Gus was absolutely fantastic! I had some issues with VRBO before leaving and he called to reassure me and my partner that we were squared away for our trip. Then upon arrival he was an incredibly gracious host in offering us suggestions on places to eat and things to check out as well on the island. Gus even has a stray cat, Lemon Drop, that would greet us every day, which was a delight for my partner. We definitely have talked about coming back and would love to rent the space if it is available to us again!!

Wonderful place to stay, everything was perfect. Great host, great spot, easy access to the beach and other spaces on the island. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Loved our stay at Gus’s place - just a short walk to the grocery, the beach, and a yummy juice spot we got breakfast at! Clean, cute, vintage decor. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Loved out little cabin! Gus was so sweet and checked on us! It’s close to everything and super close to the beach that was not very crowded! Plus Lemon the cat made us feel so welcome!

Perfect location, right next to the market, and just a short walk to the beach. Close to downtown full of shops, bars and restaurants. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Being able to use the beach chairs and wagon to walk to the beach made all the difference! My husband and I loved staying here. Gus was so lovely and helpful. Lemon the cat was adorable!! Would stay here again!

Right across the road from the beach! Easy walk. Clean apartment, incl floors! (which I'm a stickler about). Gus was so hospitable and personally checked me in and gave me a quick tour, and was very responsive. Highly recommend this property and host!!

This little bungalow was perfect for us. We absolutely loved the decor and the host was so gracious. It was our first time at Tybee Island and we absolutely fell in love with the place. We will be back and I hope that we can stay here the next time we come.

I enjoyed my stay at Cole Cottage Too: just a short (1.5 block) walk to the beach, grocery store a block away, & short walks to several good restaurants - avoiding the pay for parking on Tybee. Gus is a great host (I appreciated the use of the beach chair) & I’ve already recommended CC2 to family & friends!

We loved our stay at lovely Cole Cottage. Just a short walk to the beach. We borrowed beach chairs from the cottage and enjoyed relaxing at the beach! Great communication with Gus. He recommended several local restaurants. The bathroom is a bit small and there is not a dishwasher, but the charm more than outweighed those very small inconveniences. We would definitely stay here again!! Unexpected Bonus was being greeted by Lemon the orange outdoor kitty, who was so sweet!!

Cottage was clean and had all I needed for my visit to include beach chairs/towels and a stocked coffee bar (Keurig). Ideal location, walking distance to most restaurants (parking is a real pain). Also, just as advertised, short walk to the beach. The owner (Gus) made sure I arrived to the correct location, the GPS doesn't take you to the property. Looking forward to my next stay!.

We loved staying here! We enjoyed being able to hop on the bikes and ride around the trails. Very quiet place. Glad that this place was in a more peaceful area than others!!

This little cottage was exactly as pictured if not better and the location was perfect! We walked everywhere we wanted to go on the island and had very easy access to Savannah. Loved our short stay!

> Location was ideal being centrally located on the island - walkable to all points of the island, which was great for exploring. You can walk along the beach or streets, choose your own adventure.
> Easy access to the beach to relax & bask in the sun or check out views from the pier or grab a coffee (recommend The Surfing Goat) or ice cream or bite to eat from the shops.
> Accommodations were lovely & provided everything needed to hang out while it rained or to nap & sleep at night. Fresh towels for bathing & the beach, coffee pod for that first cup of the morning, kitchenette if you want to eat in.
> Owner is super responsive. Met his lovely daughter who was very nice & provided good recommendations of places to visit while it was rainy.
Would definitely rent again.

the property was as described. It is centrally located with easy drive to both north and southern beaches and restaurants. The manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was perfect for a couples weekend. The decor is bright & welcoming- beach theme. Separate bedroom, living room, & a kitchenette The location was great, as we were there for the Runfest & I was able to walk to/ from the events. We also could walk to restaurants & the grocery store. Gus was very welcoming & kept on touch before & during our stay- making sure we could find the cottage & had everything we needed. We definitely would stay here again.

The cottage was cute and relaxing. Kitchen nook is super tiny, but it was all we needed. Location was really nice. Easy close walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants. Small grocery store on the same block! Host was very communicative and responsive. Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee. The Cozy Cottage was just that. A relaxing place close to the beach and restaurants. Gus was a perfect host. Friendly with tips regarding Tybee. It's a place we hope to visit again soon. Thanks for the hospitality.

The house was very beautiful and clean and well equipped. The pictures just don’t do enough justice for how amazing it is there. Big beautiful windows with lots of sunlight coming in. Lots of privacy for how close it is to everything the beach the main strip and grocery store right around the corner.

Wonderful stay, great location, private and Gus is a wonderful host. We will definitely be looking to stay again and all the two of us needed in a beautiful island get away.

This property is close to the restaurants, beach, market etc.. it was convenient and had everything we needed. I hope to return again.

This is a great little beach feel property. Very convenient to all the pier action and beach. You can walk anywhere. There is covered parking. And what can i say about Gus? He is an amazing host that ensures his guests are taken care of. He is very kind and loves the animals in the neighborhood. Don't forget to say hi to Lemon Kitty. It was fun to see him again and his new little friend Loper running around outside.
This was our second visit and we are looking forward to the next

Little getaway for my husband and me. Gus was the best host! Friendly and helpful. His two little cats are great junior hosts. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and walking distance to some restaurants. Grocery store less than a block away. We loved it and will return.
