Overall this is a great place to stay. Large deck to enjoy the view, spacious kitchen to prepare meals, and a lot of space indoors. It would be nice if fans were provided. During our visit it was very hot and upstairs bedrooms did not cool down. We purchased a couple box fans which helped. We were driving so we could take them home. Oddly the toilet paper was scarce. There are 4 bathrooms and some of them didn’t have full rolls and no extra.
Would I stay here again? Yes.

Large spacious house with beautiful view - esp from outdoor deck! Only 5 private bedrooms, but a sleeper sofa in basement rec area. Mattress on sleeper sofa leaves a lot to be desired. Great kitchen and large dining area - well stocked with condiments and spices! Lots of towels and blankets as well as a nice laundry room. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 kids. The only downside was $10 pp for the pool, $15 to hike the ski hill, and $20 to ride the chairlift.

The place was perfect for our family. One last ski Hoorah for the season, we got to meet up with family at this location and we all had a great time. Perfect for jumping on and off the slopes with the kids. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. Bathrooms were clean! Truly enjoyed this place and we always enjoy Grandby Ranch.
The only downside we had here was that the downstairs TV wasn’t working, And the hot tub was not maintained. The hot tub wouldn’t get warm, the water level was low and very green. These are 1st world problems I realize and definitely not deal breakers for us, but kinda stinks we didn’t get to utilize the hot tub like we would have hoped.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 families with 7 teenagers. The teens enjoyed having their own rooms and the game room. The location to the slope was a short walk. We had a few questions while staying and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this 5BR Granby Ranch home. The home is very spacious, had every amenity we wanted, and has been well maintained. I couldn't have asked for more convenient access to the ski slopes. The hosts were always pleasant and responsive in communication. We would gladly book the house again if it's available the next time we visit Granby Ranch.

This is our second time to stay at this property. Both times it was exactly as advertised and met our needs for our family ski vacay. We love this home and would stay here again and again. Had a question while we were there and they responded quickly and we had what we needed. Can't wait to stay here again.

Wonderful home, beautiful location. There was plenty of room/ bedrooms to accommodate our family, 7 adults and 5 children. The grandchildren especially enjoyed the basement games.

The owners were very easy to communicate with. William responded to all of our questions immediately, and in the positive every time. We had a beautiful stay. During our family reunion we had ~25 people in the house at a time on occasion and there was plenty of room. The game room is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a mountain retreat.

Accommodations were exactly as described. This property offers ample room supporting our multigenerational vacation very comfortably. Views were spectacular from the deck while sitting at the table top fire pit. Thank you for allowing our visit into your beautiful property

We had 12 people (9 were 6' or taller) in this house and we had a wonderful time. Communicating with the owners was easy with immediate responses. The amenities were very clean and all were in working order. There were ample towels and supplies. We are hoping to return next year!!

Owners were wonderful to work with! Everything was set up so nice for Christmas! The location was beautiful. Ski in ski out if you are comfortable on a blue. Super easy drive of only a minute or so for those of us that ski bunny slopes only

Worked great!
We had some first time skiers join our Spring Break fun this year - Granby was a great place for them! Our experienced skier switched to boards & made the most of it! Location was great! Owner was very helpful as we had some trouble with outlets in the kitchen. We had to wash some of the dishes prior to use but we had four Moms to take care of it.

Family vacation
We had a great time. The owner graciously arranged for an early check in which was much appreciated. It was close enough that skiers could walk to slopes. The outdoor room for skies & boots works great so ski gear can be stored in heated room.

Very clean and great location. However, it does not sleep 18. We had 16 people- 8 adults and 8 kids. There were not enough beds, many of our kids slept on the floor. They advertise that you can sleep on couches, but the layout or couch cushions did not make that practical, The space was cramped and most could not sleep even after a full day of skiing due to old mattresses. There were not ample dishes, towels, or seating to accommodate a large group. It is meant for a group of 10 max. Otherwise, you would be better renting two smaller units to properly fit everyone. We all left a day early because it was so uncomfortable. I think we were most disappointed because for the price we paid per night, we could have rented several condos to legitimately accommodate our group. The owner was kind and responsive, but the condo can not accommodate the number advertised.

Great family ski trip
The house is perfect for a ski vacation at Granby Ranch. Just a short 5 min walk down the street to put your skis on and head straight to the lift. The house has 3 levels with bedrooms on each level so it's easy to spread out. Very pretty views from the kitchen, nice hot tub, owner was very responsive. Would stay here again.

House was good condition & good location to ski base. While ski-in/out it there is a short walk to get to slope but still convenient is you don’t want to drive to ski base

A nice getaway, but not all that close to Winter Park
The property itself was nice, but the amenities specified were not quite up to the expectation I had when I booked. Specifically:
- The hot tub water was green and not really all that tempting to sit in
- The xbox and games that were provided did not work at all (broken disc reader on the xbox)
Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying here to others, as long as some of the amenities are replaced/upgraded.

Great place for family ski trip
Our family enjoyed our ski vacation at this property. We enjoyed being close to the slopes. The hot tub was a bonus as was the game room downstairs. It was very homey! The only thing that I would recommend is some new mattresses. All in all we were pleased.

Golden Aspen Wedding
We rented this house for the bride (our daughter) and her bridesmaids. It was fantastic! The girls had a great time being together! We were able to feed them before the wedding, take pictures of everyone getting ready and enjoy all the time before the event. It was great for the bridesmaids to have a place to come after the celebration as well. Thank you for helping us make her wedding perfect!

Wonderful Place
We loved this place. Our extended family came and stayed. It had a couple different living areas. The kids loved playing rock band and adults enjoyed playing games. Would highly recommend!

unless it is replaced. I must say that the owners were very responsive and did all they could to help out. Even though we had some issues we still thought the place was great for multi-family vacations. We would definately rent again.

Great for family. Views are wonderful. Low area in middle of downstairs queen mattress. Liked game room. Liked spa.
Liked pool access. Master bedroom needs a closet. Upstairs shower slow drain. Kitchen lacked sponges and soap. Would get house again if in Granby.

Beautiful home, amazing views, would definitely stay again
Had an awesome time. Such a beautiful home perfect floor plan for a lot of people staying. More than enough beds and really enjoyed the game room in the basement.

Picturesque Mountain Stay
Amazing stay! Property was as described. We had a group of 10 and had an a abundance of space to enjoy. Game room was a fun bonus. Stayed during the summer so could easily walk to base camp one, about a 10 minute walk down. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a prime Granby Mountain location!

Summer mountain trip
This was a perfect property for our 2 families. We had 10 people total with tweens/teens and adults. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for a crowd and then some. The house was very clean and true to the listing pictures. Hot tub was ready and warm, perfect for our tired muscles after the outdoor activities! Close to everything we wanted to do including rafting, hiking, swimming and exploring. Full Grocery store was less than 5 minutes away. Our kids loved the game tables, great for family fun time. Property owners were great to work with and went the extra mile with lots of little surprises/ amenities that were very helpful such as shower toiletries and a very thoughtful welcome basket. Would definitely rent this property again.
