The property is spacious, clean, well appointed and we will look forward to staying here again!

The condo is just as it appears in the photos. Spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen and outdoor deck are great. The bathrooms and some of the furniture and decor could use some updating, but they are more than sufficient. The best part of staying here is the location directly across from the park, and a very short walk to the amazing beach and beach club! Seriously one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to, and the beach club is beautiful and offers plenty of space across the three pools. A short bike ride or drive through the beautiful and tranquil community to get to Camp Watercolor for kid friendly swimming, waterslides, and lazy river. The only downside is the early morning garbage pick-ups. A fairly loud, beeping garbage truck shows up every morning at about 7am to pick up trash from across the street. If you are an early riser, it won't bother you at all, but if you are hoping to sleep late, you may get annoyed. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for the spaciousness, cleanliness, location, and definitely the Watercolor community amenity access! Lastly, the management company is seriously awesome - on top of every detail from the minute you book.

We loved this property. The location is great to enjoy both Watercolor and Seaside. The condo was the right size for our group, clean and provided a great getaway for a long weekend!

The only complaints we had were that it was very loud (there were college students staying above us) and there weren't many utensils in the kitchen to cook with. But the location was amazing and the biking company took good care of us when one of the bikes was stolen.

This property was a great location and setup for our family! Walking distance to Watercolor Inn and Seaside town center. Took shuttle to Camp Watercolor which kids loved! Property Management company was very friendly and great to work with! Highly recommend!

Loved the place location was perfect!

We had 2 adult couples and 2 kids 10-6, and this was the perfect size for our group. Very very comfortable and the porches were lovely. My folks are not very mobile, so the elevator is clutch. Stylish and charming.

Condo was beautifully decorated. Typical for watercolor. Had everything we needed. Four bikes were a nice addition.Location was nice, but we could hear everything from floor above. Three children running around and jumping up and down. Not to mention the garbage truck every morning at 7:00 am outside bedroom window to empty business dumpster. Once we got used to it, it wasn’t so bad but I do think you should make people aware or should be discounted. So as long as you don’t mind waking up at 7 or don’t want an afternoon nap it is fine. As an FYI—watercolor pool passes do not allow you to use the kayaks so that was disappointing. We go to Seaside every year—so still had a wonderful time. Don’t think we’d stay here again though. We are a family of four with two teenagers.

This property overall is very nice. For our trip, there was plenty of room. When contacted (upon arrival, the elevator was not working and during the stay, one of the smoke detectors needed a new battery), the rental management company was extremely responsive. On our last night, we had rented a DVD to watch, and found there were no batteries in the controller to switch sources for the tv. Fortunately, one of the other remotes had the correct size batteries, so we made the switch. A suggestion for the rental company...check all remotes after each visit. The kitchen had adequate dishes, silverware, glasses, pots/pans, etc. However, there were no seasonings of any sort....not even salt and pepper, which we found uncharacteristic for vacation rentals. The Watercolor area is wonderful and we plan to return many times.

Wonderful property location!!! We walked everywhere! We love Watercolor and this condo had us right in the middle of all our favorite amenities!! We will definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat location - very close to shops, dining and beach club / beach. Roomy enough for 6, sleeps 8.

There were only two of us staying in this condo, but we like to have plenty of room to relax. (Smaller condos/cottages tend to have smaller and less comfortable furniture, e.g. a loveseat instead of a sofa.) The condo was well furnished and clean. We especially enjoyed having two porches to take advantage of -- 1 without screens and 1 screened-in for use when the mosquitoes were active. The Sanders Beach Rental representative (a very nice lady) kept in touch with us before and during our trip. We enjoyed being able to walk the short distance to the beach and club, since the condo is just across the street from it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the noise level. We stayed on the second floor and it sounded like an elephant was stomping around in the third floor unit above us. I don't think those guests were doing anything unusual. For all I know, the people staying on the first floor thought the same thing about us. I hesitate to include this in my review, but if I'd known that it would be so noisy, I probably would not have rented the unit, or I would have tried to rent the top floor unit. It might not bother most people, but that kind of repetitive thumping gets to me. Again, it was a pleasure renting from Sanders Beach Rental and I will start with them the next time we plan a trip to Watercolor.

We enjoyed the location, it was decorated nicely, and plenty of room. We had bikes, but were about to walk easily to the beach club and eateries. We did hear the people above us, but it wasn't to bad since we weren't there most of the day..

This condo is perfectly located and perfectly appointed. We loved everything about it...quick walk to the beach, 4 bikes provided, spacious common areas, comfortable beds...it was perfect for our small extended family. Couldn’t have been better!

Great location and very spacious condo. So convenient to the beach and to all the Watercolor shops and eating spots. Trade off was being awakened early every morning by very loud garbage trucks!! Still, all in all, a fabulous getaway!

Great place to stay with three generations- from two years old to seventy-two. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The proximity to the ramp to the beach was critical for us as was having an elevator. We could hear the floor above us quite a bit but everyone seemed to have a good night’s rest.

This property was really well furnished and very well maintained! The beds were all comfortable and the space was perfect for our family of 5. Anymore than that, it would have felt a little crammed. The location is awesome. Close to all the shops and a short walk to the beach and pool. Our youngest just turned 4 and she had no trouble with the walk! We would definitely book this place again! Watercolor is a gorgeous little community and the bike rides every day were amazing! Loved it!

Loved the location and condo layout. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids.

This unit was just perfect for our stay at Water Color with our daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old grandson. No stairs inside the unit was a super bonus and difficult to find in a rental in this area! The furnishings were nice, yet comfortable and safe enough for a little one. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. The bedding and mattresses were of excellent quality, and with back problems, I'm very picky. The bonus bunk room was a perfect spot for our grandson's portable crib, while very close to his parents' bedroom. I highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially someone with a little one.

This is our second time to stay in this condo, and third time to rent with Sanders. The Customer Service is top notch and the condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is ideal for quick access to the wooded area for bike rides, and just a short walk to the Beach Club and ocean. Perfect condo for families with small children (the bunk room is so cozy & kids love it) as the bedrooms are separated from the living area allowing naps for everyone! I mean, if you can't go on vacation and take a nap was it really a vacation? We are obsessed with Watercolor, the amenities, the resort staff, & Sanders Beach Rentals. We can't wait to go back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The condo was beautiful and very clean, but also much more spacious than I expected. The location was ideal too - we loved being just steps to the beach club and shops. We would ride our bikes over to Seaside in the mornings for breakfast (Great Southern is a MUST!) which was about a 5 minute ride. The staff was also really helpful about answering any questions we had. We will certainly be back!
