We had a perfect girls getaway at this lovely property. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, had a perfect layout for a larger group and the owner was responsive and friendly.

We had the best time during our long weekend stay. We were down to celebrate my wedding with closest friends and family and this home was perfect. It was stocked with all necessities and very clean. Ross was great with communication and very helpful. We will be back!

Perfect size for a large group. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Great amenities. Walkable to beach and down. Ross was very responsive and check in was easy. Did not have a lot of soap/shampoo or trash bags.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! We had 14 girls, and the house was more than enough in terms of size and beds. The kitchen and porches provided the best spots for hanging out. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which is very convenient for the area, where most houses are much farther from the beach. The pool was great too!

This house was perfect for our family of 19. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The backyard/pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to come after a day at the beach. Host is very nice and easy to communicate with!

Property's location was ideal, adjacent to Rosemary Beach but offering a more private beach with close access. Home provided perfect space for our 15 family members. Property was not without some minor issues during our stay related to ice maker and golf cart which the owner responded to with local repair. Overall favorable stay.

What I liked most about this house was how well equipped it was for a multi-generational family to enjoy! High chairs, baby gates, a wagon and golf cart to get the provided sand toys to the beach, a fantastic back yard with covered eating area and grill, outdoor shower, great pool and pool toys, corn hole game, and nice grass side yard. Lots of gathering areas inside for our big family, stocked with games and wonderful eating areas inside and on the balcony. The bunk room was amazing! Ross responded promptly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home.

Overall, the house was great. Lots of space, lots of cookware, plenty of tvs. The negatives were confusion over complimentary chairs and umbrella at beach. You have to sign up for even the complimentary ones well before your trip. I understood you just needed to reserve additional ones in advance. We never got that straightened out. There were no bikes which had been mentioned in the amenities and the house next door was under construction with attendant noise and workers’ vehicles everywhere. We also had rainy weather and no swimming all week. Luckily, this house has a lovely pool that the kids totally enjoyed. Once the neighbor’s construction is over, the house will be a great place to stay.

Our large extended family stayed here for the second time and really enjoyed! There were even some updates and improvements. We love the size of the house and the bunk room for all of the kids as well as the multiple ocean views and easy walk to the beach. Rented the golf cart to help get people to and from the beach or to town center of Rosemary; although you can’t actually park, it is still very helpful. Great stay again! Thank you!

This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family gathering. The house was spacious, beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach and walking to the town along 30A was under a mile…an easy 15-20 min walk!

We stayed here for our girls trip and I cannot stress enough how important location/proximity to the beach and space/comfort was for us - and this property does not disappoint! It’s beautiful, functional and walking distance to both the beach and downtown Rosemary area. Highly recommend!!

This rental was perfect for our trip. The bunk room was fantastic for all the teenagers! The house was clean and charming! Would highly recommend for a large group!

The property was great and as advertised and promoted. Tons of amenities especially for cooking. Ross heated the pool for a fair additional cost along with allowing us to use the cart. We had a blast.

We had eight adults and two infants. The house was perfect for our group. There is a lot of space indoors and a lovely backyard with a great pool. The location is very close to beach access and there are gulf views from the deck. Rosemary Beach town is less than a ten minute walk which is nice. Since this is more of a residential neighborhood there isn’t the crowd you have in Rosemary. There is a Publix about 2 miles away and good markets to buy local seafood. It’s a great house!

We celebrated a friend's 50th Bday Girls getaway cooked in the kitchen and had plenty of room and enjoyed our dinner on the front porch with an amazing view of the sunset Our host was great and responded quickly to any questions we had Highly recommend

This property is exactly as describe, and Ross (the property owner) was amazing to work with. Our family had a great time! The private pool was the cherry on top of this rental. Beach is a 3 minute walk. So glad we had the golf cart to shuttle our tents and chairs. This was one of our best rentals ever :-)

We have been taking a family vacation to the Seacrest, Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach area every summer for the last 20 years. This house was one of the best, if notTHE best property we have rented. And we have rented many homes in this area over the years. Great location. Great amenities in the house. The kitchen is fabulous. Especially if you enjoy cooking even while on vacation like my family does. The family room is really great for large groups. Lots of comfortable seating. Same with the large dining space. The private pool area was very, very nice and was fairly secluded — which is unusual for the area given how close the houses are to one another. The bedrooms were very spacious — especially the two masters on the first floor. Ross, the house owner was great to work with if and when we had questions or concerns. A golf cart (for an additional fee) is available with the house. I would highly recommend renting it for the ease of taking trips to the beach.

The house was perfect. Pool set up in backyard with grill was a great place to relax after all day on the beach. Property owner was super responsive and helpful. Place is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was awesome. We had 19 people and fit perfectly.

Seazen is simply amazing! Our family vacation included 12 adults and 12 kids (ages 3-14). There was plenty of room for everyone! The beds are comfy and the rooms are large. There is an awesome living room with a pull out sofa on the first floor where the kids piled up to watch movies. At bedtime, the bunkroom was perfect. The kids loved having their own area to crash and spread out. The older kids were at one end of the large room and the younger kids were on the other side. It was perfect. There are two bathrooms on that floor which makes it nice because it is the same floor as the kitchen, dining and living room area. Even with all of the huge rooms, we spent so much time on the back patio by the pool. The fountains and the pool lights at night were a big hit. There is a large covered area with 4 tables and chairs and a grill. It was perfect for the rainy days! Even though there was a lot of construction going on around us, it did not deter our stay. We rented the golf cart and enjoyed taking the kids around to see the rest of the area. The downside is that you cannot take the golf cart into Rosemary Beach or park it at the two closest beach entrances but since the beach entrance is so close, it wasn't a deal breaker. We got to the beach at 6:30am every morning to set up our area close to the ocean because it gets extremely crowded. If you rent chairs, that is not an issue. Rosemary Beach is also within walking distance and everyone enjoyed some time away shopping and eating. This house is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need. I loved that even with our big family, the house stayed cool at 70 degrees. We also spent time on the second floor front porch as it provided a wonderful place to feel the ocean breeze and relax. Ross was extremely easy to communicate with and took care of everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation. It is by far our favorite beach house.

We introduced all of our family from California to the beautiful white sands and emerald coast of Florida and none of us wanted to leave. This house was the perfect fit for our family reunion and was a beautiful retreat to gather our family all together. Countless hours were spent in the beautiful backyard swimming and playing cornhole tournaments for hours. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We loved our stay and will be definitely coming back!

We stayed at this home with 19 people ranging from 1-70 years old. The backyard is AMAZING. The pool is the perfect size, there is plenty of seating, the grass area is clean, the outdoor shower is so helpful, and there are plenty of pool side chairs. The pool has a fountain feature which is so fun and can be turned on and off to your liking. When you go out to the patio there is a pool alarm that sounds which is very helpful when you have several small children. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fabulous with tons of room to spread out. The bunk room is so much better than the pictures…..well designed and the kids had so much fun. All bunk beds were occupied during our stay with several age ranges and the room is large enough that they weren’t waking each other up with every move they made. There is construction happening on one side of the home but we were so busy with the pool and exploring the area it did not hinder our stay. We rented the golf cart plus another 6 seater golf cart plus several bikes. We all agreed that the bikes were the better option instead of renting the extra golf cart. Easy to bike/walk everywhere, parking for vehicles/golf carts is tricky for the area. This property is very close to several beach access points. Owners were very easy to communicate with. It is a wonderful location and we hope to go back some day.

This beach house is simply amazing! We had 17 adults & 3 babies in our group & there was plenty of room for everyone!! Renting the golf cart was a great decision! The beach is a short walk or the golf cart was used to shuttle people back & forth! Everyone in our group really enjoyed the pool!! For our group, this house was perfect for our vacation!! Hopeful to book again for a future visit!!

Large spacious bedroom suites with king beds and walk-in closets. High ceilings with hardwood floors throughout the house. Beautiful spacious pool in back. Peeks of the ocean from second floor. Nice golf cart to take us to the beach

This house was perfect for my extended family who stayed for a long weekend and then my immediate family for the rest of the week. The location is perfect for the beach as well as to explore Rosemary Beach and surrounding communities. The house is spacious, very well maintained, and has a backyard that is perfect with the pool and eating area. The bonus is the ice maker! I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

This is our second time renting this house. We all love the kitchen and open floor plan. The 4 kings are perfect for all the adults to get a king bed!! They added a new covered patio to the pool with tables and chairs! Great to be outside in the blazing sun or pouring rain!! Can’t wait to rent again next year!!

Nana and Papa booked the house for a Spring Break Vacation. Me and my wife, my 3 Kids and their Spouses , and 11 Grandkids ages 1-11. The Beautiful house held 19 and we had plenty of room The pool was heated to a very comfortable warm temperature. Very short walk to the beautiful Beach. Walked to town or rode the golf cart and had music and good food and shopping. We did the Bon Fire at the beach one night and it was fun. Rented 16 bikes for two days so we can get to town and see the whole town and Beautiful Beach. Great Vacation for all.
