We stayed in this lovely villa in 2019 and were happy to return again. The villa has been updated beautifully and is so comfortable and cozy. Our communication with Dave was easy and his responses were quick.The location is perfect to get to so many of our favorite Hilton Head destinations quickly, yet is a quiet and peaceful community that feels set apart from any hustle and bustle.
Our labradoodle enjoyed his stay as well and it was great to be able to bring him along. We will definitely return again. Thank you, Dave and Barbara, for another wonderful vacation in a place that felt like home.

The property is very clean and super nice! Couch and chair covers already provided for pet hair protection, although our rescue dog Luke has enough poodle in him he doesn’t shed much. We all had a great time! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your villa and enjoy a week of paradise!

2 adults, a 4yr old and a golden retriever made this property our home for a week. It was wonderful! No complaints about the items available for use during our week - and everything was comfortable and perfect for our family. We would stay here again! Hosts were great, communicated well with us. Sad to be home as it was a truly lovely space to occupy for the week.

The location of this property was perfect!
Enjoyed walking to the pool/pond area with our dogs.
BUT the condo, it could have been a whole lot cleaner! The wooden floors were filthy...our feet were brown if you did not have shoes on, and the main bath tub did not drain well! The pillows in the twin bedroom need replaced, And the condo had a musty smell so we bought candles!
We did enjoy our time away so we focused on that!

This was our first time staying at a Shipyard property and it did not disappoint. Everything was just as described in the listing and we felt right at home. David was an amazing host and answered any and all questions we had before arriving. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for everything!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa. It is very nice and comfortable. Our dogs felt right at home also! It is such a peaceful area, so relaxing. We will definitely stay again!

What a wonderful community for a family vacation! Bike or walk to the beach and pool, easy access to grocery and restaurants. Clean, cozy home shaded by trees with a lovely sitting area on the back porch. Owners were very responsive with communication. Highly recommend!!

Great for families with pets. Convenient to restaurants. The beach was wonderful! Our pet loved running free prior to 10 am & after 5 pm.

The villa was great, perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The villa was well equipped and cozy. It was a nice walk to the beach and loved that we could use Shipyard Beach Club facilities. The pool and tennis / pickle ball courts were an added bonus.

I shouldn’t write a review about this rental become more people will book it now. Long and short, this is a perfect two bedroom villa in the heart of Hilton Head. Upstairs neighbor is super pleasant and the community couldn’t be nicer! Will definitely visit again!

Wonderful unit in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities and beautifully decorated. Plenty of golf and tennis options. Since it's set back within Shipyard, just be prepared to bike or drive to the beach. Dave & Barbara, the owners, are terrific hosts and incredibly responsive

We enjoyed our stay at your villa in Evian. It was a very quiet location on the cul de sac, and convenient to everything Hilton Head has to offer. We appreciated having use of your beach chairs at the Shipyard locker as the weather one day was unseasonably warm. Although we only had breakfast and went out for all our other meals, the kitchen was well-appointed with almost everything one would need to prepare meals. We used only the master bedroom, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Thank you for the accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa! It had everything we needed. The villa was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location is centrally located in the plantation so you could easily walk or ride your bike to many activities. It was very convenient to have access to the beach locker. Awesome that it was pet-friendly. Owner was very attentive. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Stay!
The Shipyard is an older development (1984), but this unit has been nicely maintained. The floors are tile, so no need to worry about dirty carpet. Kitchen is well stocked with newer appliances. Bathrooms are large, clean and well maintained. The unit is very dog friendly! Multiple beds for your dogs to sleep on and slip covers on all of the furniture. This unit isn't managed by one of the large vacation rental organizations and as a result, the condo is better maintained than most with a better price point. We will definitely return!!

Beautiful quiet roomy condo
Beautifully appointed condo in quiet location within walking distance of tennis and pickle ball courts. Kitchen is well equipped. Condo was clean and with lots of nice towels and comfortable beds.

Location, location,location
Great space and corner unit bordering golf course with ample shade and wild deer strolling by. Also lovely area to walk our dogs, friendly people and quiet at night. Quick walk to fabulous pool area. Loved it

Great location on Hilton Head close to everything, walk or bike everywhere! Very clean and well stocked and hosts were available when we had questions. We highly recommend!

Great location for dog-friendly unit
We have stayed several times in Hilton Head and thoroughly enjoy Shipyard. We believe it’s the best area to stay in terms of convenience to the beach, golf and restaurants. This property was great for a dog, and it also is very well equipped from the kitchen to extra cleaning supplies. Would definitely recommend.

Great place
This villa is a great place to stay, especially if you have pets! It has quite a spacious backyard with some grassy area. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking equipment you need. We also love the proximity of the villa to the beach, shopping areas, and to get food. It was a little bit difficult to find and to get out of the complex at first, but after driving and biking a couple times, we could get in and out of the complex without getting lost.

Excellent stay
This was a great place to rent in Evian. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms very updated and modern. The porch was lovely, and the neighborhood was great for walking our dog. Would rent again next summer!!!

Excellent privacy
We had a great stay at the property - everything was clean and exactly as the description provided. The only negative was the grill - we feel it does need to be replaced or removed as it poses a fire hazard with small holes beginning to erode the bottom and the bottom plate was missing making it hard to control the heat/flames at times but definitely not a dealbreaker! As stated earlier, it was beautiful, private, and clean with just about a 10-15 min bike ride to the beach and the pool right around the corner. We would definitely come back!

Great location!!!
We love to ride bikes. We could ride to the beach in five minute, and we were located between Shelter Cove and Coligny. Another convenience was the locker at the beach had beach chairs and an umbrella.
