Wow! What an amazing location and property for our family vacation in Zion! We had 12 people in our party, including 6 children, and we had more than enough space for everyone—bedroom, living room as well as outdoor space! The location really couldn’t be beat. We were literally right outside the entrance to the National Park. The shuttle stop to get inside the Park as well as to get around the town of Springdale was within a very short walking distance. There were also many restaurants, shops, and a large grocery store all within very short walking distance. All in all, the location was truly ideal for several reasons. The property was clean and well stocked. We cooked most of our meals during our stay, and we had all the cooking utensils and appliances that we needed. Communication with the property manager, Alex, was always very timely, helpful, and pleasant. He texted us the day before our arrival to introduce himself, communicated with the cleaning staff of our early arrival, accommodated us so that we could drop off our bags and groceries early, responded immediately to any questions or requests, and was very helpful in every way. Overall, this was one of our very best experiences staying at a vacation rental, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed the roominess and location of this property! We did encounter a few small roaches and had to stagger our showers to have enough hot water for our six ladies. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our accommodations.

The rental was clean and had all the necessary essentials. It was close to Zion National Park and located near the shuttle system for the park. It was great not having to worry about parking. The house had plenty of space and beds for our family of 10. Barbara and Alex had excellent communication and were helpful.

Barbara was a wonderful host. The property was just perfect for a large group to spread out and relax allowing for individuals to find quiet time within the house as well as great spaces to hang out together. It has everything you need. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants from such a convenient location. The setting near ZNP is lovely.

This house is great. Best location for visiting the park and walking to town. Amazing views from the windows. Clean and lots of beds for a large group. Could not have been happier. Host is is so nice and very responsive. Rent it!

We had the most amazing vacation in Zion. This home was perfect, both in size and location. Within walking distance to everything in Springdale. It was very clean and the host was most helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a family reunion involving 11 members from three families at the Zion vacation home and needed sufficient room for all. This rental met all our requirements fabulously. Firstly we could not have chosen a better location. This home is located in a quiet yet well-served neighborhood within the natural surroundings of Zion and within a mile of the park entrance. The home has three floors including the basement with all the essentials. The backyard has a beautiful patio with a grill and ample sitting that was a big plus. Above all, the owner lives next door and was very friendly. If I even go back there with a group that large I will not think twice to choose this home.

This was a beautiful, clean, easily accessible house. The house has everything youcould need and more! Barbara was so nice and welcoming. The house is in walking distance of everything including good restaurants, coffee, the shuttle to the park, and the grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Zion is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We were so happy to be able to get family and friends together to enjoy the area. We had 14 people and the house handled all of us well. We never felt cramped, and the water was always hot which is a big deal with that many showering. We did not have to supply toilet paper, trash bags, etc. like we did in a house we stayed in previously. Barbara seemed to take care of everything. She was also very helpful with questions about the area. The house is located right in the heart of the town of Springdale with a market and parks. The front yard was like a park and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outside. The only downside for me was that I was hoping to see a lot of stars and the Milky Way, unfortunately it was the week of a full moon. Everyone was sad to leave and already talking about going back. Thank you Barbara for making us feel so welcome.

We had a party of 7 stay at this Springdale vacation home for an awesome week of adventure. The house is spacious, clean, and perfectly situated for walking distance to groceries, shops and a multitude of restaurants. We made a stop on way from Las Vegas Airport to a Walmart for bulk provisions as suggested by the hosts which saved some money and time. The shuttles gave easy access to Zion. We drove early to park at the visitor center and took internal park shuttles for our various hikes. We also did day trips to Bryce and North Rim Grand Canyon which were a couple hours away. The home was very comfortable with plenty of room for all. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We would love to return in the future as this house was perfect for our family!

This home is nestled in the heart of Springdale. You can walk to the market, the coffee shop, shuttle stops, the candy store and even to Zion. House is spacious and clean.

This was my 2nd stay at this wonderful property, which has more than enough room for our group. The location is ideal - walking distance to shops, restaurants, and groceries just down the street! The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well appointed with all you'll need should you stay in and prepare meals. I look forward to my 3rd trip to Zion; we will definitely stay here again! The owner is very pleasant to interact with, should you need anything or have questions.

The location of the property is excellent. The views from the windows are so picturesque, there is lots of parking, the nearby market is great and the shuttle stop is a short walk ( although it is an easy walk to the visitor centre) Ingrid, the host, was so accommodating and friendly. We were a group of 11 friends who had come from The Huntsman senior games for soccer and Ingrid allowed us to put our perishables in the fridge in advance of check in. We later passed her at the local cafe and had a chance to say hello. One day we were checking in to the park at the visitor center and the Park Ranger said she knew who we were, we were the champion group of women staying nearby! The entire experience felt so personal and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed this spacious and private vacation retreat! Great communication and easy checkin and checkout process. Close to free shuttle service, store and restaurants! Great little town! We so enjoyed Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon during our stay! We would highly recommend this vacation destination and also this property!

Great location, nice house, lots of space. If more than one person was on WiFi, it was useless. We had 2 trying to work and they had to go elsewhere. Can't use hot spots for work and many other things, needed WiFi. Wifi should be upgraded. Kitchen well equipped. Make sure heat and a/c are unlocked before you arrive so you can control.

I contacted the manager after the first night, who said they had sprayed the previous week and she would call me back after calling the exterminator. She did not call me back. Had I known about this bug problem, I would have chosen not to stay here. Having no other place to go, we slept with lights on during our 4 night stay. People need to know this is a problem before staying at this property. I contacted the owner following our stay requesting a refund but she refused.

Great property. Perfect location for Zion. Walkable to everything you need. Great places to eat just a few minutes walk. Property is very quiet, like your own little oasis in town. Comfortable outdoor spaces. Kitchen fully equipped. Hostess was very nice and helpful .. Amazing views of Zion from inside and out.
