Me and some other were in town for a conference. The location of the home was precisely between the two alternating event locations and made it convenient in that regard. The home was clean and comfortable. Jack’s communication was great and he even called a few days before the trip to see if we had any questions before arriving and to make sure we knew he was available for questions s and any issues that might pop up, of which there were none.

Our stay in Nashville was amazing but this house made our stay so much better. Very clean house and wonderful owners! We will definitely be back.

The house was central to our travels throughout Tennesse. We drove to Memphis and to the Smoky mountains for day trips. It was nice to come back to home base. House is comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It is 15-20 minutes away from most tourist locations such as the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry.

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean and cute.
The location was perfect, close to tons of shopping and eating places. Jack was the perfect host. The communication was great. He called to welcome us and followed up to make sure everything was as we expected. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This place felt like home away from home. We wanted proximity to all Nashville had to offer without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It felt like we were 10 minutes from everything, but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating I felt like we were old friends. I would definitely recommend this home and if we return to Nashville, this will be the first place I will consider.

Our stay here was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely and it was not a real long drive to downtown Nashville.
Our hosts gave us a full list of fun activities in the city and surrounding areas.

Nice clean quiet. Lots of convenience in kitchen and laudry. Beds comfortable. Jack and Lenore were very helpful with restaurant tips and grocery. Also came over to help with tv issues.

The house is well equipped and perfect for a family vacation, including items needed for infants/toddlers. The location is great in that all the fun of Nashville is just 15-20 mins away, plus restaurants and groceries are right around the corner. The hosts are top touch. Highly recommended.

Our visit was greatly enhanced by staying at this property . We felt right at home as soon as we walked inside. The house is in a delightful neighborhood and very safe . The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed . We appreciated the owners recommendations of restaurants and places to get supplies . I will certainly rebook this property in the future .

This was the second time we stayed at this home, it is a perfect location for us as we visit family in the Nashville area. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and close to shopping, and the home is very comfortable and well maintained. The hosts communicate well and are quick to offer local advice if it's wanted. We will definitely stay there again!

this was at a good location and was perfect for our family. Very clean and quiet area. One thing I would recommend is if they would put a TV upstairs in one of the bedrooms other than that everything was good.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to contact. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We even saw some wild turkeys and deer wandering the neighborhood one morning. It was a quick trip into Nashville. We would stay here again.

My family and I were so blessed to be able to stay in this home while visiting our daughter for our grandchildren's birthdays. The home was very clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and was the perfect location to every place we needed to go. The hosts were wonderful, kind, helpful, and very quick to respond when we contacted them. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our visit to Goodlettsville. We trully hope their home is available for our next visit to see our daughter.

Came to Nashville for a weekend trip to visit our sons and daughter-in-law‘s and new grandbaby. The house met all of our needs, but more importantly we felt the presence of the Lord in this lovely home! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to and has a lot of amenities within a few minute drive. The hosts were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would certainty recommend this home.

We came to Nashville for a celebration of life in Hendersonville. This was a perfect location for downtown Nashville and Brentwood where we spent time with family. Convenient location to grocery stores and restaurants.

A group of us, including my one year old daughter, stayed here for the weekend, for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and had a great time. The house is very spacious and includes a pack and play and high chair. It would be nice if the internet password was sent in advance in the app and it would be great if check out was 11am instead of 10am. Our concert was pushed back 4 hours so we didn’t get back until 230am so it was a bit of a struggle checking out at 10am or if late checkout was an option. We loved how close the house is to an amazing park for our daughter and the drive to downtown was 25-30 minutes. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this cute 3 bedroom home. It was clean and pleasantly decorated with a porch out front ant a sitting area in the back. We will stay here again.

I have start by saying the hosts are very sincere people wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are very attentive to all your needs and will do their best to make your stay very comfortable. The house served our needs very well especially since there were 4 adults, a 3 yr old and a 16 mo old baby. We certainly had all that we needed for the 5 days we were there. There wasn’t one thing missing to accommodate our stay.
Thank you Jack & Lee for sharing your rental. We will consider using this rental again in the future especially since it is just minutes from my sons home!

Backyard shared with other homes, was great to see deer, just a very comfortable home. Only thing I would say needing improvement is the upstairs bath. Very small and very low vanity.

The home is well kept, neat, clean and welcoming. Jack reached out to me prior to our arrival with some helpful hints and dining recommendations (which were excellent). He was very nice and responsive in our communications. The home is in a cute neighborhood that is easily accessed off of the major thoroughfare so it was convenient to everything we needed to get to. Though we spent most of our time out and about, we did have some couch/tv time. The tv service is basically streaming service so be sure to have your access to apps ready to go. The beds were very comfortable. The shower downstairs was awesome, the pressure in the upstairs bath was low but all in all we had a marvelous stay! If you have the time to explore the antique stores and eateries in Goodlettsville, do so. It is a charming way to spend an afternoon!

We wanted to stay outside of the Nashville hustle and bustle. The house was super clean and very very nice. Great community with good restaurants and antiquing. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Good size for our party of 5 guest, clean & all the necessities. 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms - master with king bed is on 1st floor with an attached full bathroom that has 2nd entry door for 1st floor lavatory access. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 separate full bathroom. 5-10 minutes to stores & restaurants. 30-40 minutes to Nashville.
Will definitely stay again.

The home was very nice. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. I would recommend this property in Nashville to other VRBO renters. Mr. Brown was a pleasure to rent from.

This is the second time staying with these property owners but a different property. Everything is just as it is indicated. We had a small snaffu upon entry with the code. The coffee pot was broken and since I am not smart enough to use a Keurig - we spoke with the owners and they were able to run over another coffee pot. Crisis averted! Beautiful location and quiet neighborhood. Nice area for walking around. We came to visit friends that lived 5 min away and it was perfect. All in all it was a lovely property and a nice stay.

Myself and several family members came to Nashville for a graduation. We didn't spend much time at the house but it fit our needs when we were there. I felt comfortable going for walks in the neighborhood.
