Needs to be upgraded little.

Our stay lasted 2 days. was kick out. Other people were doing bigger no no's than us. And nothing was done or said.. No warning or anything. Just get out. Will never stay there again..

Our stay was great. The location is great—so easy to get to and from the beach! And the property managers are SO kind and SO easy to get in touch with. They respond very quickly to email and do everything to make your stay worth it!

Needs updating. Kitchen is lacking, barely any trays or knives. The ones there couldn't cut anything. Bathroom had to be cleaned by me on checkin

The condo listing has inaccurate photos. There is NO separate kiddie pool as the photos indicate which was one of the main reasons we chose the property SO BEWARE if that’s a feature you are looking for, it’s not here. Walking up to this condo itself was disgusting. The condo was filthy. Thankfully, we brought our own cleaning supplies. Showers were gross, molded shower curtains they could replace for $5 every time esp at the price of the rental. The air vents have so must dust and nastiness hanging off of them. The drains were full of hair and filth so they didn’t drain properly. The kitchen was crusty. We had to RE wash everything & sanitize counters and sink. Not sure what the “cleaning” fee actually covers to be honest. If you value cleanliness this isn’t your place. If you’re used to other Phoenix properties, stay at those. Thus was our first & last stay here. This condo is more on the lines of a Motel 6 stay.

The tennis court is torn up and they were working on the building every day we were there. All in all we had a nice stay.

Excellent rental property. A few minor upgrades needed any bathrooms, but other than that, would definitely rent unit again.
