My family and I stayed at this location for several days, and we loved it. It was a perfect place for the family to gather - clean, spacious, well-kept, near the beach and with a pool to boot.

We really liked the house, one of my pet peeves is a ill equipped kitchen. This house had it all, very well appointed. The beds were very comfy too!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was perfect and we used it every day. Even though this was a Florida staycation for us, we forgot beach stuff! Luckily, they had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ellen was very responsive to the couple questions we had. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. The pool/beach toys and pack n play for our toddler was perfect. The property manager got back with us quickly, when questions were asked. Would have loved to have given it a 5 star overall however…we came in July I know not ideal for Florida trip but the house only got below 74 degrees around 3am. Any other time the house was 79 degrees it was very hot. The pool temp was at 97 degrees the whole time. There was lizard poop in garage and back deck…thick. We cleaned it up the best we could, it was there when we arrived so not ideal to travel all day then clean up poop. The Xbox in the front room also would not turn on. The location was great the layout of the house was great…but was a little disappointed in other areas.

The property was great. The layout was perfect for families and entertaining. Comfortable beds lots of separated seating just a lot of thought in the design. We would definitely rent again. Location was great beach was close and everything for beach for your convenience. Lots of shopping and restaurants wish we stayed longer. We stayed at the end of April which was nice because the spring breakers were gone and the weather was gorgeous. Everything was 10 or 15 minutes away. Nice, nice spot.

The owner has thought of everything that you would want or need in this beautiful vacation home. Everything is very high quality, clean and low maintenance. The pool could have been warmer but got better once the air temperature got warmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house which is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

We loved the location in relation to the beach access and the bikes were awesome! The house is all updated & beautifully decorated and all supplies you need and the pool was perfect for lounging! Good communication & easy check in!

Everything about the house was wonderful! Clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable beds. Something minor- we love having ceiling fan on when we sleep, but there was only 1 speed to it and it was extremely fast, would have loved to put it on medium or slow. We also couldn’t use pool while we were there. A couple days it was cool, so we wouldn’t expect to, but many days it was high 70s and 80. It’s solar heating system. Apparently the sensor didn’t work, so the pool people fixed it which was great. But the pool never got a lot of sun and the heating system was marginal because the water never got above 73. Maybe a solar cover would help because the nights were cool. Our grandkids were very disappointed they couldn’t get in, though. But we beached it every day except 1, which was very nice. The 1 day we went to Tin City and Naples Zoo. Both a great experience! All in all, I would recommend. House was great!

We loved everything about our stay. The house was wonderful and almost better than the pictures showed! Perfect layout, ample space, and extremely clean. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could need. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the lanai. We appreciated having so many options for pool toys and beach equipment. The location was perfect as well; close to the beach and tons of restaurants. We cannot wait to return next year!

My family had a great stay at this property, everything that we needed. The beach pass was a nice plus. Location is excellent and very close to everything - groceries, shopping, beach and park.

My friend and her daughters 19 & 17 took a trip to the beach and left our husbands and brothers at home. The house is situated in a great neighborhood. It is very easy to get to and well stocked. We used the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and cart everyday we were there. That is such a nice touch to have what you need and it makes the beach so enjoyable. The girls loved the pool even thought the first tropical depression of the season happened to hit the first day we were there. The rain didn't effect us at all. No flooding or water what so ever that we had to deal with. The pool was great the girls went swimming 2 or 3 times a day. The lay out of the house is great with two separate areas to watch TV or hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking!

Everything about this beach house was perfect! It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The linens, blankets and towels were clean and luxurious. There were lots of hangers in the closets and the closet in the primary bedroom is a large walk-in closet that was perfect for not only storing all my clothes, but also worked as a dressing room. The pool was warm, clean and beautiful and it’s a salt water pool, which was extremely nice. No strong chlorine smells or chemicals bothering your skin. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager, although we didn’t really need to do that. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a huge marble island and it has all the tools, dishes, cutlery and glasses you’ll need. The appliances are very new and top of the line. The garage has 4 bikes, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a trailer to carry everything to the beach. There’s also an extra fridge in the garage, which we didn’t need. We rode the bikes to the beach - it’s a 10-15 minutes ride - and my husband towed the trailer. We brought our own bike helmets with us. When you get to the beach, there’s a building with very clean and nice restrooms and a bike rack to lock up the bikes and trailer. The chairs can be worn like backpacks so it’s easy to transport them on your short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. There is also parking and a free pass to get you into the parking area if you’d rather drive. We did that, also. The park closes at sunset, so if you’re parked there, that’s when you need to leave. The beach was beautiful, with soft white sand and not covered in shells like on Marco Island. The street the house is on was being re-paved, but it wasn’t an issue at all. All the streets in Naples Park are being repaved as part of a big project. As you can see when you look at the map, the neighborhood is close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, everything you need. We loved hanging out at the pool, which is completely protected under screens and on the porch, which has a big comfortable sectional and big TV. There’s an umbrella table at the pool, so you can be in the shade if you want to. There were board games, so we played Scrabble at the pool. There are large TVs in the main living room, the front room, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The flooring throughout the house is tile that looks like wood, which is very practical and looks gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to book this house - everything about our vacation was perfect!

Overall, the house is very comfortable, nicely decorated and perfectly located in Naples.

We had a great time in Naples visiting with local family. Our stay was just fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations and was everything we could have wished for. The only drawback was the ant problem in the pool, but nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed swimming after cleaning the pool each morning. Otherwise our stay was pretty much flawless. Will definitely stay here in the future and you should consider it highly on your list!!

This home by far surpassed our expectations. Not just that it is remodeled but being a big family flying in, we had everything we needed for the beach. Definitely high rate for cleanliness as well.
