Nice, clean, second story apartment. Just as pictured. Walkup.

This condo was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, not only inside the condo but also for the beach and recreation. The screened lanai was a favorite place to be with a view of the ocean and the beach. And being on the beach was wonderful. And being walking distance to town was a great bonus. We spent a lovely month in this place and hope to do it again.

Everything worked out better than expected. The condo was great as was the laid back beach community. Close to several golfing friends. Just a super location for all our needs. One thing to fix. The cushion on the chaise lounge on the lanai is totally worn out. Looking forward to 6 weeks next year. Dave and Patty

The condo was great for two people and the supply of beach chairs- umbrella- and towels was fantastic as most places do not have that which is hard. Location was prime.

The condo was quite lovely. It had everything I needed and then some. It was very comfortable. I was however exceedingly disappointed that there was no beach at all. I guess I misunderstood the description.

There is so much to say. No words can explain the experience we had...we are so very very grateful for everything. We hated to leave.... had a blast

The condo was a pleasant surprise as it was nicer than I had expected and completely stoked with all i needed in the kitchen and even had beach towels, and beach chairs etc. Only disappointment was that there is currently no beach, but there is one just down the the street so that made it pretty easy. Great area and great hosts! My plans changed causing me to arrive early, and they let me in several hours ahead of check in. They were very accompdating. Highly reccomend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and at Manasota Key. I do feel very bad that your beach has disappeared, but it was very easy for us to go up the road about a mile to Blind Pass Beach which was awesome. We found the condo to be very comfortable and the folks staying there were very friendly although worried that we would not enjoy ourselves without the beach right there. Plenty of places to go explore and we enjoyed getting our power walks every day on the main road, which was very quiet. Thank you for everything. We will return. We LOVE the west coast.

Stayed in F206. Lanai had a great view of the Gulf while getting plenty of sunshine. Owners were very accommodating, willing to correct any issues immediately. The Murphy bed was perfect for guests! Kitchen was well stocked. Condo was within walking distance of 3 restaurants. Weather was perfect. Unfortunately, mother nature was somewhat fickle this year with taking away some beach. However, the two counties involved are making plans to correct the entire shoreline.

We loved our 3 week stay in Manasota Key! Our condo was super comfortable and clean with many thoughtful conveniences provided by Lisa and Jim Brown (managers). The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable as well as the Murphy bed in the front room. there is handy toaster oven in the kitchen as well as every dish, pot or utensil you could want. We took advantage of having the two bikes available to us in the storage room and took several enjoyable bike rides to explore the area. The storage room is full of such handy items to make your stay more enjoyable ie: fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrella, kids beach toys, even a kite! The location is convenient to the rest of the island. The beach area was washed away by a tropical storm while we were there (which was amazing to experience in its own right!) but the beach access continued a bit further down from where we were within walking distance. The beach stretched for miles of walking as well as shell picking and exploring.Just beautiful! There are lots of restaurants, stores and golfing close by. We would like to recommend Farlow's On The Water. Delicious food and wonderful ambiance. WalMart and Publix is close by for shopping as well. We would love to come for a return visit.

Loved it every minute of my stay in this apartment. Very cozy, good set. Beach was great, fishing too. Enjoyed watching sunset from the beach and balcony as well. Thank you!

You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo....it is close to everything steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and sitting on the lanai listening to the waves. Wished we could of enjoyed the beach more but the red tide made that impossible.

Bathroom needs a little updating and more silverware is needed. Other than that, it is a great place. Decorated well. Everyone in complex is very nice and join in the cocktail time at sunset. Nice pool, beach area, walking distance to town beach & beach yoga. Everything you need. Couple of minor issues, but maintenance was right on it.

Weather was great. Beach not crowded. We could walk to all the restaurants. Well kept property and had everything we needed. We would definitely return.

The beach is incredibly beautiful, and is not packed like some beaches we have visited. The condo has beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The storage under the condo also has 2 bicycles to ride. Thanks for a great experience.

My husband and I chose to stay at this wonderful beach condo on gorgeous Manasota Key for a vacation getaway. We were so impressed by everything about this condo, from the professional and warm dealings with the owners, the gorgeous and comfortable condo, and the beautiful beach it sits on. This vacation allowed us to relax and enjoy the many things there were to do. There are boat, kayak, and jet ski rentals in the area, just to name a few. We loved using the bicycles, included with the unit, to cruise around the island. We were able to pick from the great selection of restaurants, that were just a mile up the road, for lunch and dinners with and without musical entertainment. We felt there was something for everyone. We enjoyed countless hours on the beach, swimming, floating, and watching amazing sunsets. Every sunset was so unique and breathtaking! We would then head to the pool to continue enjoying our 'fun in the sun.' When we were ready to get out of the sun, we would escape to the condo, which offered us a comfortable and well-equipped "home away from home" feel with a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation. We are hoping to be able to return to it in the near future!

We've spent Jan. and Feb. 2014 & 2015 here and look forward to coming back again next year. We have enjoyed countless sunsets and walks on the beach. Fun tennis, golf, bike rides and just relaxing with a good book on the beach. The unit has most everything you could want, plus... the Lock & Key(restaurant) just down the road. It's been a great get away from winter for the two of us.

Stayed here over the Christmas Holiday. It is a very well kept condo just steps from a great beach. It was so nice to have the bikes and the beach chairs. Nothing to do but shell and enjoy the scenery. Oh, very close to good restaurants as well.

We stayed at this condo during March 2012. This place have everything. We loved having the nice bikes to ride around Manasota Key. The wi-fi is excellent. The condo is neat and tastefully furnished. There are 4 good restaurants within walking distance. We are coming back again next year. Harry and Gayle from Illinios
