If you are looking for a Hawaiian Oasis - THIS IS IT! Truly the epitome of relaxation. The location is centralized for Maui adventures - 20-30 minutes from just about anything. The backyard is idyllic with swaying palms trees and luxurious pool and hot tub, with seating areas of choice. We looked forward to coming back “home” every day and enjoying music and the best setting ever. It isn’t right on the beach, but that works because it is so much calmer than the beachfront with so much activity. Having the doors open and the breeze coming through the house was incredible and very private. The size was perfect for our family of 5. The large outdoor spaces make this place 4 times as big. Amy was without a doubt the most considerate and thoughtful host we have ever had! She has thought of everything you can imagine. We love to cook and the kitchen was so well appointed. Amy had left us specialties from Maui like fruits, chocolates, nuts etc. We felt so well cared for and it was such a fun week. We were all sad to leave. We hope to be back and would recommend Amy’s house 100%!

Everything about staying at the Kihei Oasis was painless and so easy. Great property for kids. From first contact when booking, my emails inquiring information/recommendation and our stay were just perfect. The property is absolutely amazing, the trees & animals were a joy to observe and take in. The pool and spa are top notch. Amy has SO many amenities for the home and play (beach, pool) it was so very much appreciated. We will be back for sure, this property & manager are true gems, just an amazing time. We had a lovely stay at Kihei Oasis - a beautiful property, well looked after. Outdoor spaces lovely, allowing private areas for socializing. Home was perfect for 6 adults, and the home was the best supplied rental property I have been in. Everything we needed was there, and more. Amy was a great host.

This house was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, with Amy being so personable and helpful. The pool and the hot tub were daily staples when we stayed. Such a relaxing place to come back to after the days adventures or beaches. It was hard to get a feel for the residential neighborhood, but we felt super safe the whole time; no other houses appeared to have the amazing amenities this one does! We were close to Kihei, Wailea, the North Shore (20 minutes), the crater and Upcountry (about a hour), West Maui was about 45-50 minutes depending. It was a great location and Amy gave us wonderful local recommendations. Could not recommend this place enough!

This property was absolutely stunning - we loved every aspect of it. Amy was an outstanding host. It's clear she is a professional, and has thought through the variables it takes to deliver a memorable experience. We know you don't come to Maui to stay at your rental, but it was so nice to wake up and enjoy the pool as we plan our day, or to come back after a full day of adventuring and unwind in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the indoor/outdoor music kept the island vibes going at all times, and the house was stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted (beach chairs, yard games, coolers, umbrellas, etc). I would absolutely rent this property again, and I've already been recommending it to anyone who will listen. Amy is top notch, and the Kihei Oasis is a perfect way to enjoy Maui from a centrally located gorgeous home.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this property. A true home away from home that was fully stocked with every imaginable household, pool, and beach item you could ever need to enhance your stay on the island. The pictures, as great as they are, still don't do this home justice. The backyard truly is an oasis, with a massive pool and spa that rival a resort to go along with hammocks and multiple seating areas to enjoy meals, morning coffee, or a relaxing read. There was nothing better than venturing out around the island in the morning and early afternoon, and then returning back to the house to cook a great meal and enjoy the pool and spa into the evening. Lastly, Amy was a tremendous host who was always available by phone or text to answer questions or assist in anything that came up. You will not regret booking this property and we hope to be back in the future.

Amy is the best host and was so attentive to our needs. The house feels like home and is well stocked with everything you will need and more. The backyard is the icing on the cake, you will not want to leave the pool, spa, hammock etc. I loved waking up early each morning and having my coffee in the gazebo listening to the sounds of the waterfall, birds, wind. Absolutely amazing!! Run don’t walk to Maui and this gem of a rental!!! I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was wonderful and the pictures didn’t do justice to the backyard and pool. This is such an amazing place to have as a base for exploring or simply to stay there all day, in the pool and bbqing. Then you get Amy who is fantastic, welcoming and strives to have the essentials on the property so you can just enjoy. She also provided a good list of restaurants and other activities. She is who you hope to have as a host. We are already discussing how to get back.

We stayed here for the last portion of our honeymoon for around 8 days. The property is breathtaking, private, and so amazing. The house is well stocked with so many extras for you to enjoy like pool floats and beach chairs and condiments and cooking needs. Amy is just as amazing, she’s a wonderful host and is so kind and attentive. We loved everything about our time here!!! You will, too!

Our family stayed at Kehei Oasis for 9 days and we truly didn’t want to leave. The house is so comfortable and has every amenity you could want. Plenty of space for us to gather for meals but also have quiet places to retreat to. The backyard is truly an Oasis and we had a hard time leaving to go explore the island. It feels like your own personal resort hotel, secluded from the neighborhood. It’s as beautiful as the pictures on the listing, but you also get birds chirping and the sound of the waterfall from the spa. The owners are really great people and put their hearts into making your stay an incredible experience. I highly recommend and will return as soon as I possibly can!

Our family and friends had a great time in this beautiful oasis. The grounds are very well maintained and you can tell the owner really cares about her property and takes care of it. Location: It is right off the highway but you can't hear any road noise on the property because it's tucked in down a long driveway. There is a beach park you can walk to in about 15 minutes and there is a cove right next to this park where you can see large green sea turtles resting near the rocks. Conveniently located very close (5-10 minute drive) to most Kihei restaurants and stores. Just a few minutes away from Ululanis Hawaiian Shave Ice. The best! Property: 6 of us stayed in the 3 bedroom/2 bath house. It was challenging for 6 of us to share 2 bathrooms but we made it work. The trampoline in the front yard was fun. The best part though was of course the backyard with the beautiful flowers, palm trees, lizards, birds, pool, gazebo and hot tub. No matter what adventures we set out on during the day we were all eager to get back to the house and swim or relax outside in the oasis. This is the first time I wanted to spend this much time at a rental house while on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil, pan or equipment we needed. The pantry was also very full of spices, condiments, sugar, coffee, etc. The garage was conveniently stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pool and beach toys. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing property! The backyard and pool are stunning! Very peaceful and tranquil! Our family had a great time! We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary! This home has everything you need! A very comfortable home away from home! Amy is a wonderful hostess! Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The backyard, pool, and spa are AMAZING. It is so quiet and private. Amy was an excellent host, she ensured we had everything we needed and was so accommodating.

The property exceeded our expectations! The house was well appointed and the back of the property was like having our own private resort. Very quiet and relaxing. There were many toys for my 3yr old grandson to play with. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and gazebo. We had dinner on the deck every nite. You will not be disappointed with this property - it is truly an Oasis.

We booked this house as a surprise trip for my moms 60th birthday. To say my family was impressed with the accommodations is an understatement. The house has everything from suncreen/aftersun, toiletries, pantry items, coffee, laundry detergent and more. We have never stayed in a more well-stocked VRBO. Nothing needed replacing during our 10 day stay. Seriously, just pack a few changes of clothes and a toothbrush. You will need a car as it is a decent but doable walk to the beaches and shopping. Alternatively, bike rentals may not be a bad idea since the yard, pool and hot tub will exceed your expectations and you may spend most of your time there! There are lots of different lounge areas so everyone gets space. The house is located very central to every corner of Maui which is a plus if you are adventuring. As mentioned in other reviews, you will love the host! She stopped by on a rainy day to make sure we were comfortable to and drop off pies from Monkeypod. She stayed in touch during our whole stay, offering recommendations and answering questions. A very detailed welcome package will arrive well before your stay and answer any questions you have! She also can do some light grocery shopping if you are arriving late. I would say dont hesitate if you are considering booking! Its well worth it!

Amy made everything easy! She is a rock star host and the pool and toys are out of this world. She did whatever she could to make our stay fabulous.

What can I really add to what has already been said? Amazing hospitality, check. Ridiculously over the top private resort backyard with pool and spa, check (our most pressing problem each day was picking which amazing seating area in which to lounge). Fully stocked house, with everything thoughtfully organized, check (this included a garage full of boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and more). My favorite had to be owner and host Amy—who was so helpful and kind. You just want to rent from someone like her. And then hang out with her too because she’s an interesting person. It’s nice to deal with a such an expertly service oriented individual like Amy and not a management company that brokers multiple rental houses. My adult son has autism and Amy was great in her interactions with him which is appreciated as he is often infantilized because of his quirks, but Amy was not in that camp. For local dining recommendations: We loved MonkeyPod, Coconuts, and Miso Phat Sushi for dinner, Nalu’s South Shore for breakfast, and Kraken coffee for our daily latte habit. We enjoyed the Kamaole beaches, Po’olenalena beach and watching the sunset off Wailea beach. Our major splurge was a private 1/2 day sail with Kainani Sails in Ka’anapali. Saw mama humpback and baby, snorkeled in the clear water with expert guidance (crew goes in water with you) enjoyed lunch and cruised the coast til sunset. We will just have to come back again to do the road to Hana and Haleakala at sunset. Darn, guess we will just HAVE to rent Amy’s place again. It’s a hardship, I know (😜)! Seriously, so grateful and thankful to has experienced Kihei Oasis! Mahalo!!!

This property was nothing short of fantastic. Amy and Mike were rockstar hosts and we really can’t think of how the experience could be improved. The property is gorgeous, the house is extremely comfortable, and the location is great. Amy has the house set up with every amenity we could need and more. Our top destinations were just a short drive away. We are so pleased, and are already thinking about our next trip to Kihei Oasis!

Simply the perfect oasis!

I've been to many places and rented many houses. Amy's place is by FAR the BEST I've ever stayed in. She didn't miss a beat in making sure we were supplied with EVERYTHING. It felt like we were at our very own resort. She's amazing and her place is even more breathtaking than the pictures she offers of it😍😍😍

Inside was very cozy and it was very well kept. The kitchen was stocked with many appliances and lots of spices available for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels and other supplies. The outside was amazing! The backyard was beautiful with many seating options to relax. Pool and spa were great, and it was very peaceful. Also, it was wonderful to have so much pool and beach equipment.

Amy has made a true Oasis of a property. I cannot overstate how incredible this house was. There were so many extra touches and extra items that made it feel like we were borrowing a close friends' home. Have stayed so so many places in Hawaii and elsewhere and this was the nicest.

Amy was an incredible hostess. Very friendly and accommodating. Amazing communication and just a genuinely lovely person. Her home was impeccable, it was everything that was advertised and more. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we come back to Hawaii this will most definitely be the place that we come back to

Overall the property was excellent. There were a few. I or issues, however overall we had an very nice time

Loved, loved, loved our stay! I came to Maui with two friends for a writing retreat and this was the perfect relaxing, inspiring place for that. The pool and yard are stunning and very private. The house is the best stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Check in to the house before you go grocery shopping- you’ll be surprised what supplies are already in the house. Highly recommend!

The Kihei Oasis is extraordinary and the perfect home for us during our Maui vacation!! Amy met us at the house when we arrived along with a basket of goodies that we very much enjoyed!! Amy showed everything that was available to us during our stay and believe me that everything we possibly needed was there!! The pictures online VRBO were amazing, though in person, Kihei Oasis is even that much more unbelievable!! Safeway was very convenient for groceries. We also tried and enjoyed takeout from several local restaurants, Maui Burger, Coconuts, Fabiani’s and loved eating our meals at the table in the backyard. There were Gluten Free options at each of these restaurants as well as many Gluten Free treats at Maui Bread. The fresh made Li Hing Mui Malasadas from Sugar Beach Bake Shop were our kids favorites so we went there early 3 different days for a breakfast treat! The close by beach Kamaole I was perfect for swimming on the day that we went! Kihei also turned out to be a great location to tour all the other parts of the island giving easy access to the West Side, Snorkel tour to Molokini, Wailea, Upcountry and Road to Hana! We also left lots of time to enjoy staying at the house with the Oasis of a backyard! Our 7 and 10 year old kids absolutely loved the pool and the trampoline and also loved the tiger inside!! If we vacation in Maui again we will most definitely want to stay at Kihei Oasis!!

My family and I had such a wonderful week staying at this oasis. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable and the backyard was to die for! The pool and yard is where we spent a majority of our time and the kids loved all the toys they had available for them in the garage. Amy went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay and was always available to us if we needed anything. She was so kind and helpful. I cannot wait to return as it was seriously the best stay and holiday of my life. Thank you!

Paradise

This property was simply amazing. It felt private and quiet, which enhanced a relaxation vibe. The backyard with pool was breathtaking. It was great to enjoy an outdoor dinner or simply having a cup of coffee early in the morning. There were an abundance of amenities, such as plenty of beach towels, various beach coolers/bags, beach chairs/umbrellas, snorkeling gear, etc - other toiletries, soap, travel size toothpaste, etc - portable vacuum, which was helpful for the rental car after beach trips. The kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, etc. and other cooking items like seasonings, olive oil, etc. Amy was exceptionally easy to communicate with. She greeted us upon arrival and reviewed how to utilize the pool/jacuzzi and gave us a generous welcome basket with fruit, coffee, and chocolates. Overall, it was absolutely worth staying here.

We have rented this lovely home multiple times. Amy is such a great host and she has a beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool. Great place to stay
