Perfect condo for family. Everything was as described, would stay again.

Perfect stay. We came to spend Christmas in Disney and it’s one of the closest locations. Richard let us know ahead of time there was a WalMart close by and we were able to order and have our groceries brought to the car on the way to check in at the property. There was an issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly and the property manager responded immediately and had it fixed by the next day, and kept us updated by text which was extremely helpful. As promised it’s an end unit and was quiet, we were able to sit and enjoy the porch at any hour. I’ve rented several places in the area, and it was a nice bonus that this condo had some things already provided like coffee filters, seasonings, some bottles of water. There were ample towels. It is a very safe area, and someone is always at the guard house. Parking was never an issue. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, close to all the Disney Parks and shopping. This condo was perfect for our small group of three, but could accommodate 5 or 6 easily.

Once again, staying at Windsor Hills Resort and this condo was perfect as always. Communication with the owner was far and friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. It was a very short walk to the pool area, and the security and gated resort makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended

We loved the area of town, the resort, and the condo, met all our expectations, and was like a home away from home. The condo was clean and in order and the items provided matched the description given.

This condo was perfect for our stay in the Orlando area. Close to everything, but with all the resort amenities that one would want for a day off from the parks. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at this condo! It was the perfect size for my family of four and just a short drive to Disney, shopping and restaurants! The kids loved the pool and water park at the condo and I loved the space!

This was a great location near Disney parks. Communication with owner was always prompt and he explained everything well. Only small complaint we had were the beds were not very comfortable and some areas of the condo were not as clean as we would’ve liked. Overall though this condo worked great for us.

We were very satisfied with the rental. Very clean, comfortable & quiet. 5 minute drive to Disney parks. There was an unforeseen issue with the refrigerator which owner Rich handled as quickly as possible. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Orlando

Absolutely loved this condo. Great location on the top floor very quiet, very clean and well stocked. Very comfy beds! Close to all the parks. Easy drive to gulf or ocean. We have stayed at Windsor hills a number of times and this was our favourite condo. And Rich the owner is fantastic to work with. Made everything so easy for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, the layout of the condo worked great with have the rooms separated. The kids (two teenagers) enjoyed the amenities.

Condo was really nice and comfy. They had lots of baby items if needed. Our son loved the bunk beds and the pool. Very quiet and 3 minute walk to the pool. Love the little store on property. Thanks for a great stay.

This was the absolutely best place to stay, and away from the absurdity of I4 and International Drive. The pool area was awesome but we had little time to explore, with all our time commandeered to Disney and Universal. It was a great place to head out from every day, with easy access to Sherbeth Rd. Great stay, great facilities.

I traveled to the area for soccer at ESPN! The home was beutiful and had everything I needed! I was able to cook dinner which I loved! The beds were comfortable and having Netflix capability in the bedrooom was an added bonus! The host was an amazing communicator! I will be back!

This is the third time we've visited Disney World and this was by far the best placed we've stayed. The condo has everything you need and was very quiet...especially during the nights. The pool area was fantastic for our grand kids. We would love to come back again.

The instructions provided from the airport were very helpful for someone who has never been to the neighborhood. If you can, rent a car with epass!!!! The condo unit had everything we needed which was great since we arrived late at night with not much time to run to the store.
