Location great. Owner very responsive Some deficiencies were quickly rectified. Outdoor furniture only seats 4. House served us well

We had an amazing stay and the house was amazing and the location can't be beat as it is close to the center (within walking distance) or where all the action of Nashville is. It was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely rent again when we are in the Nashville area.

Ideal location as it is lose to Vanderbilt and downtown. The rental was well appointed. 24 HR parking is allowed on the street in front of the house and there were always plenty of spaces; we never used the property spaces in the back.

This property is nothing short of perfect! The location is close enough to the pulse of Nashville but far enough from the busy downtown as well. There were many restaurants/bars within walking distance and the neighbourhood felt VERY safe. Michael, our host, was amazing at checking in with us to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The thing that struck me the most was the quality of the home from linens to the unexpected extras in the kitchen. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations. We are a group of 5 professionals who have travelled extensively over our years and all considered this to be the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Bravo Michael!

Would highly recommend. Location is about a 6 min walk to the heart of the gulch! House was exactly as described! The host is very communicative! They even checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything:) we will be staying again for our next nashville trip!

This rental was perfect place for our family. Location was better than expected and the house itself is set up very nicely. Plenty of space for our party of 8. We used the scooters to get from downtown and we also called an Uber$15-$20. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone questioning. It’s a definite yes!! Very clean and the most comfortable beds after our late night ventures!!

Very nice stay for two days in Nashville. Close to everything downtown. We enjoyed it.

Had a lovely time staying at your VRBO! Kitchen was well equipped. Only comment I would make is the sofa in the living room is so deep that those that are very short need extra throw pillows to be able to sit on it. Otherwise, great place, great time!

Just came back from 3 nights & 3 days at Sigler House. It’s a beautiful, well stocked , comfy house with many amenities provided including extra towels blankets, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper tissues, a drip coffee pot with option to do pods( all supplied). The beds were really comfy and I used the jacuzzi in the primary bathroom which also has a shower. The location was perfect for us… 3 active women in our 60’s… one turning 70 while there. Just a short 10-12 minute to the Gulch where we had a few meals from breakfast at Milk & Honey to Thai food to Sambucca’s for after dinner drinks & listening to music. There’s a great little grocery store nearby with snacks, fruits & veggies & other called The Turnip Truck . We also walked downtown & back few times. It’s about a 25-30 minute walk which was fine for us. If you’re in a hurry or don’t like to walk, it’s a very inexpensive ( $6-$7) Uber or Lyft ride. The only time we really needed to Uber was going to the Grand Ol‘ Opry which was about a 25 min Uber & to Belle Meade Mansion … maybe 20 min away . Michael was extremely accommodating. One of us came in several hours before us & he let her get in to the house early to drop off her stuff & freshen up. He checked in with us and was reachable with any questions if we had any. I highly recommend staying at Sigler House. It made our time in Nashville absolutely perfect.

This property is exactly as it appears. The house is clean and in a good area. Easy access to The Gulch and a quick drive/Uber to Broadway. We highly recommend this property and the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

My nephew has been in Nashville for a year and a half. The trip's sole purpose was to visit him. (and see the sights) Walking into the beautiful home on Sigler Street was just the perfect way to start the vacation. House is even BIGGER than it appears online. Just incredible, clean lines, HUGE kitchen space. The beds, I cannot say enough about the beds. So important while away from home that your bed is comfortable. The pillows the mattress, magical! First time to Nashville feeling out the area, this is in a location called the GULCH. You can walk from the house to bars and restaurants. (very cool) It is an UBER Ride to Downtown but a very cheap one. We also did Insta Cart for groceries they came right to the door. Owners of this house provided coffee. What a blessing. House simply clean, big, warm and comfy! Highly Recommend. :)

The property is exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and well appointed! Communication with host was excellent. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Neighbors were a little noisy late at night but the kids slept right through it.

The house had everything! Great beds plenty of room on quiet street. Keurig was stocked as was the fridge with more than a few waters which was a nice touch.

Overall great space. Wide open main living space for gathering. Nice location a block away from music row. Easy Uber ride to Broadway or walkable. Very comfortable beds. Had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at Sigler House. Walkable to the Gulch and Music Row - which was very helpful when a big snow storm hit. The house had everything we needed for a girls trip, the beds were very comfy and most importantly - the house was warm. Michael was very responsive to my questions - especially when we concerned about getting out of Nashville on time, with the snow and cancelled flights. He was very flexible and understanding with our check- out time. We would definitely come back to stay!

Our stay was wonderful in this house. Pretty close to everything. There are 2 parking spots in back but there was always parking in the front also. The managing agent was amazing, he was so helpful and responsive! If your thinking of renting this house do it you will love it!

Our group of six women thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edgehill. The location was perfect for exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We loved the space, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a dedicated parking space.

Great 3 bedroom townhome in the Gulch. Walking distance to downtown. Extra fold out sofa bed and queen air mattress. Fully functional kitchen. Exactly as advertised. Michael, the host, was a prompt and highly effective communicator. I would stay here again. Thank you, Michael!

We had a great stay. The home was very clean and a short walk to Broad Street. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I do not usually feel safe in big cities, but I felt safe here. That means alot to me. I would love to stay again.

I took my daughter (and six of her college friends) to Nashville for her 21st birthday. It was a BLAST! This VRBO was perfect! Immaculate. Great neighborhood. Less than a mile from Broadway. The host checked in regularly to see if we need anything. The only thing I want to warn about is the fact that VRBO says it will take up to 30 days to receive my prepaid $1000 security deposit that we had to prepay. To me, that seems like a long time.

We had a lovely stay in The Gulch. This house was very accommodating with the 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and deep sitting couch for our family of 5. Neighborhood was very nice and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Close drive or Uber ride to almost all Nashville attractions. I have very high expectations for accommodations and this house was good overall. A few issues I noticed are: 1). During the excessive heat and humidity, the upstairs struggled to stay cool during the day. It did cool off nicely overnight. Additional fans would be nice to have for the summer months. 2). Master bathroom shower is nice & spacious but there is no place to set anything other than the shower floor. An over the shower head caddy or standing shelf would be a nice addition. 3). We had some questionable cleaning issues when we arrived. There were towels left on the back of doors in the 2nd floor hall bathroom as well as wet towels hanging on the towel tree in the master bathroom. We assumed that the towels may have been left from previous guests so we washed all towels when we arrived. The towel supply seemed low for our family size until we found more towels in the dryer. The kitchen supplied only 1 dish towel and an old previously used dish sponge. I asked the owner about getting access to a new clean sponge to wash our dishes and he kindly offered to have the cleaning crew come by that same morning to provide us with a new one. The homeowners are very kind and responsive!

Amazing location, with the best hosts! Very responsive, accommodating, and all around helpful! Just far enough away from Broadway, and easy access to all the major neighborhoods!

Beautiful property in walking distance of all downtown Nashville fun. Piano was a great addition as several of us play. Also enjoyed the quiet nights even though in city and air conditioning was great and was greatly enjoyed after our hot days out downtown. Great place and property owners were great and helped me through my first VRBO experience. Would love coming here again sometime
