The house was perfect for me and my family. The location was convenient as it was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Joe and Nancy are excellent hosts. Their home is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The back decks are awesome; we particularly loved the ping pong table and corn hole! Joe was very helpful in answering any questions I have. Short drive to LBI beaches; which was our main point of interest. Highly recommend this rental.

The basement is a wonderful game room with ping pong, darts, and TV. The backyard has a fire pit and deck on the canal. It was chilly so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the kayaks and fishing poles but they are all there and available. home is just across the bridge from the beach and there are tons of great restaurants within minutes. Joe and Nancy were super accommodating and responsive. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful holiday get-together here. Everybody enjoyed the spacious home and felt very comfortable and relaxed. The dog bowls and a mat ready to go in the kitchen were much appreciated by our furry family member.

Joe and Nancy's home was the perfect base camp for our visit. The location is beautiful with the lagoon views, and access to nearby stores and the causeway were super convenient. Our kids' favorite things about the house were the bunk beds and the games in the basement. The adults loved the backyard - especially enjoying the firepit during some mild November nights. Our golden retriever enjoyed watching the ducks cruise past the dock. Joe was helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall - our stay was great and we hope to visit again in the future.

The property and house are beautiful. The owner made sure we knew where everything was. Very communicative through out the rental. The view was beautiful we even on the morning we left had some geese and mallards come visit at the dock. We will be highly recommending this place to family and friends.

Home was clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was outstanding and the water views from every room were amazing.

Best experience ever renting a property. Everything was there, bikes, kayaks, gameroom , amazing grill, gorgeous deck and lighting. Water steps away. We felt like an invited guest. There was not any negative that I can find. We want to come back next year!

We enjoyed our long weekend in this very comfortable house on the water. The house was roomy and well equipped. The hosts were quick to communicate. It was fun grabbing a kayak and getting right into the water from the dock. The location was convenient for trips to Long Beach Island, Batsto Lake and River for paddling, and the Forsythe Wildlife Refuge for hiking and birdwatching.

Everything was great! Our family had such a fun time with all the amenities the house provided, it felt so comfortable, we are planning on coming back!

We loved Joe and Nancy's home. Joe was extremely helpful and a available with information. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and floats. It was a serene few days, I wish we could have stayed longer! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely go back!
