Nice location to beach, boards and restaurants. Property was pretty clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great location. One and half blocks to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, we all felt comfortable and safe. Especially being able to park in the garage and driveway.

This home has everything you need for a memorable family vacation! It felt as if I took my personal home and sat it right beside the beach! Home Sweet Home! Very clean, spacious, and may I add the owner is very sweet and wants to make sure you have a wonderful vacation with your family! Close walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was a great experience however six trash bags were in the garage when we arrived and the host was not communicative of the expectations. She crucified us for being young professionals although she does implement an age restriction. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

The location was perfect . 5 min walk to the boardwalk. The house is so beautiful especially the master bedroom. The owner Ms. Barbara was so responsive and nice .

This is a beautiful home! Very modern and clean. Close to the beach. The parking is a plus! Barbara was very responsive to emails. We plan on coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in North Wildwood at this house. It was perfect for our families especially the nice big dining table. It was only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach so a convenient walk to food and other entertainment. We would definitely come back if we visit the shore again.

This was our first vacation stay in Wildwood as we usually stay in Ocean City. We were referred by a friend who stays here when they come down for their vacation. The location of the home is one block to the beach and seems to be a very family friendly neighborhood. The home had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and to be comfortable. The top deck had great views and was a get-away from everyone else as it's on the top floor. Felt like we were alone with no noise from our group and we had total privacy.. What a fabulous Master Bedroom!!! Huge closet, comfortable chairs, TV.. what more could you want.. The home is gorgeous and we like our friends, we will be recommending the home to our friends.

This is the 3rd year staying at this rental property which is in close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Like the other times we stayed here, the house was very clean and had everything we would want in a beach house. It’s well taken care of and you can see from its condition, the owner cares about the property which is why we booked again for summer 2019. It fits our family well and we know it will be in the same condition as when we last stayed here. Can’t wait to sit on the deck with my Bloody Mary!

This was our first time using a search engine such as VRBO to find someplace to spend our weekend.. we were VERY skeptical and concerned about the photos being real (you know does the house really look like that) and the home being clean, etc. We put the key in the door and held our breath... WOW!!! Photos match what we saw on line when we entered.. Since we are SOOOOOOOOO fussy about cleanliness we went around and checked out all of the rooms and the bathrooms before even bringing in our luggage. There was NOTHING to be found.. As advertised and portrayed by the owner.. VERY clean.. even passed the white glove test for dust.. Yeah I know that sounds weird, but as I said we are clean freaks.. If we saw anything out of order, we were prepared to leave, call the owner or whatever.. We ventured into the kitchen and were not disappointed there either.. the kitchen had 2 coffee makers.. one drip maker for those of us that like that kind and one Keurig...... We enjoyed the blender to make up our mixed drinks... Everyone had a great time, enjoyed being with friends and family.. We also loved the house and would highly recommend for anyone wanting a clean, beautiful home to stay in.. Thank you VRBO and the owner for a great time!!! Hope to return again...

We were referred by a family friend who has been staying here for the last few years. We were here for a business meeting... my family came down with me and we had a great time, enjoyed the stay and wish it could have been longer. We spent a great deal of time in the kitchen cooking and enjoying many glasses of wine. The home had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean (spotless) with an owner who returned calls promptly (and we had plenty of questions) The best part of the visit was how comfortable the beds were... slept like a baby... we will be back again for sure.. Thank you to the homeowner who made sure we had everything we needed on a very short notice.

This house is simply amazing! A block away from the wildwood boardwalk, and it really feels like a beach house. Barbara was very responsive to any communication. Only thing- you need to bring everything. Aside from pots, pans and blankets everything else needs to be brought - towels, sponges, soap, propane for the bbq, more stuff than you would probably imagine. But every rental is different. An amazing time had by all!!

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!! MOLD IN THE SHOWERS AND ON THE SHOWER CURTAIN. Dirt and dust on ceiling fans & vents. If you need more proof look at the review from KATHRYN S. from June of 2017. The owner is trying charge me $200-$300. Read on to get the details. The tone was set when we noticed that the owner left posted notes all round the house with rules & regulations. A radio on the kitchen counter had a note on it reading "I belong here and I am not to be removed". Also the tone of her email rules was very off putting. Here is an example from her email: "Owner's closet – there is a sign on my private door that states if you enter you will lose your security.. I MEAN IT! The door has a mark hidden from view and a photo it taken every week so we will know!". Talk about Creepy! Who writes something like that? I think a sign stating owners closet do not enter with a lock on it would be sufficient. Also, the house sleeps 12, we had two families of 4 in there for a total of 8. The owner only provides 1 set of keys!!! That was a BIG inconvenience, when people were out of the house at different times. There were several dents and scratches on the walls, stains on the comforters, tears on the couch and an ANT INFESTATION (Kitchen & Bedrooms)!!! Which I disregarded b/c I felt like that was the normal wear & tear of a shore house rented weekly that sleeps 12. At the end of the day the owner is charging me $200-$300 for a pull in the carpet that can be cut w/ a pair of scissors. RENT ANOTHER HOUSE AND AVOID YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!

This property is all that is advertised. Definitely at the top of our list of places to stay in Wildwood.

I have been staying at this property for the past 10 years every summer with family and friends. This place is as advertised. Spacious with a fabulous layout in a great location. But even more important to me, it is spotless clean, everything is in perfect working order, plenty of amenities, and the owner is extremely accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay in North Wildwood !

Very nice single family home with three floors close to the Wildwood boardwalk. Great balconies to sit out on at night and enjoy the shore breeze. Very well maintained home with granite countertops in kitchen, outside shower to go along with three bathrooms and lots of sleeping space in the 4 bedrooms. We had a great time and loved the house and will definitely book again in the future.
