The listing is very acurate. The owners are extremely responsive. The light bulb was out in the elevator and it was fixed with in an hour. Faster than we expected! The home was clean and comfortable. All beds and furniture were comfortable. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach or restuarants and stores. We rented again before we finished this rental!

What a pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The owners were so attentive and responsive to questions before our arrival. The short walk to the beach was perfect when taking all the beach gear for little kids! The fact that they provided beach chairs, towels and beach carts were the icing on a perfect week!

Our family of 5 + 2 toddlers enjoyed our stay at Kim and Steve's beach home. Location is great, a short walking distance to downtown shopping, 1/2 block to the boardwalk and beach! Property was clean and recently upgraded with an abundance of amenities which also includes an elevator! Extremely helpful for me along with those who no longer can go up and down steps. Kim was great in staying in touch, never felt we were along. I would recommend this property to everyone who's looking for comfortable stay and a short walk to the beach!

Beautiful home with very attentive hosts. Everything was as expected or better!

The home was everything promised, comfortable and with room enough for a dozen + of our family. The dining table was able to seat everyone comfortably for meals and game nights. The elevator made all the difference for the oldest members of our family, the junior master suite on the main (2nd) floor with its private balcony and on-suite bathroom helped tremendously with the flow in the main bathroom on the main floor, and the master suite on the 3rd floor, with its on-suite bathroom, walk in closet and private balcony were amazing...couldn't be better. In addition, the roomy additional bathroom on the ground garage level, next to the elevator access, allowed us to leave the beach sand behind before heading upstairs. One thing we all appreciated was that bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach tags, beach chairs and beach buggies were provided - we didn't have to bring them! And the washer/dryer allowed us to launder things as needed during our week. Finally, the communication from the owners during our stay to make sure everything was going well was first class...obviously caring professional owners! We loved our stay!

The owners were very responsive to any questions or requests. The home was well suited for a family gathering. Most of the time was spent indoors due to high winds and torrential rain! Proximity to boardwalk was great! My husband has some health issues so the elevator was a major plus for us. Would love to stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay with a couple hiccups. We were expecting the patios to be furnished as was described in the ad and the welcome packet. We were sharing the house with another family, so my husband and I were looking forward to having a drink on our private balcony after the kids went to bed. It was part of the reason we booked the property and part of how we justified spending so much on a vacation home. When we arrived, we found the furniture in the garage and the patios empty. We inquired with the owner, and were told that they don't put the furniture out until May. This was incredibly disappointing given that we were led to believe it would be out, and at the price point, would have been nice to fully enjoy the house as we planned. The hosts were very gracious and responsive, but it still sticks as a point of disappointment. Also, unfortunately the provided beach carts were broken. There were ample beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for use, which was such a help! Unfortunately, the provided beach carts were broken. 1 was missing a wheel and the other didn't open fully. I am sure this will all get ironed out as they move closer to peak season. Overall though, it was a beautiful house with ample space for both families (with a combined 9 kiddos)! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, crock pot, electric griddle, etc.). There were lots of games for all age levels (Scrabble, Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Chess, Battleship, and more). It really was a huge help to have beach towels, chairs, and toys available and not have to pack those things! Also, for anyone with a baby, the closet in the upstairs master bedroom is massive and has plenty of space for a pack and play and to give the baby a private sleep area. The house is also ideally situated just a few mins walk from the beach. Overall, a great experience other than the patio furniture situation.

The unit is in a great location with a short walk to the heart of the boardwalk / beach as well as to downtown OCNJ. The inside of the property is recently updated and was very clean. The dining / living area is a great space and where we spent most of our time. Having cable TV in every room was a nice touch for the kids to get away. The garage is a very nice size and can easily accommodate 2 cars. The property manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying at their property again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this property. We couldn't have been more comfortable - plenty of sleeping rooms and bathrooms. A dining room table that easily seated the ten of us comfortably for Thanksgiving dinner. The two-car garage and the elevator are conveniences not to be found in most shore rentals. And I can't say enough about the cooperation and service from the hosts; they are really awesome!

Everything was as advertised on website. Neighbor was quite and house was clean and just right for us. Only problem was everything was at least 30 minutes out but we didn't mind because it was still good location.

So much nicer than getting hotel rooms.big enough for bridesmaids to get dressed ,have make up and hair done together.close enough to walk the beach first and have some pictures done by photographer! Decor of house was outstanding!!

Great location and very lovely home. Walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of room for a group of six women. We really liked the open floor plan and the porch off of the living room. We are serious coffee drinkers, so we actually brought our own coffeemaker (the house did have one). We knew there was no BBQ grill, but that would have been nice.

Everything was clean and organized! Great place! Elevator is a huge bonus! Owner extremely friendly and accommodating. Responds quickly to all question.

Beautiful home with all the amenities your family/friends need for an enjoyable vacation. Steps from the boardwalk and beach, but soundproof inside. This unit has 3 decks which make it great for dining and entertaining. 3 off-street parking spots with a huge garage at this location, is unheard of in Ocean City, but not at any of Kim/Steve's properties. The elevator makes it easy for check in and check out, as well as those long days lounging on the beach and too tired to take the stairs. Kim/Steve have the most amazing homes and are the best hosts. If you have not already slept in one of theirs, you need to!

Beautiful property with the best location in ocean city. Very close to the beach and very close to all the attractions on the boardwalk. Kim and Steve were also excellent and attentive. Would 100% stay again.

The absolute best part of this property is the location. It is 1 block from the beach/boardwalk/water park, which was great for experiencing all that Ocean City has to offer. The house was smaller than we expected and may not the best for young children (the living areas are tight, stairs are steep and there is no yard space). It is well decorated and comfortable with a small, albeit nice patio. There were beach carts, chairs & towels for us to use. The kitchen is also small and minimally equipped (eg - there was only 1 dish towel). It has a washer/dryer which was nice. The elevator is shared with another property, which wasn’t explained in the initial brief & created a few door knocks from our downstairs neighbors. Overall - the location can’t be beat, the place is nice, but probably better suited for a small group of adults, rather than young kids.

This is our second year renting the unit, it worked great with 3 generations staying . Plenty of room and you can not get closer to the beach. Parking for 3 cars is also a major plus if you ever try to find parking in Ocean City

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Since elderly parents were with us this year, having an elevator was a huge plus since my mom can’t do steps. Going to the beach and boardwalk was very easy—one short block! The owners are extremely very nice and responded instantly to our needs. Highly recommend this property! We all had a great time!

This place is so beautifully appointed. Just lovely. The location is perfect, the elevator extremely helpful for a couple of old folks with canes! The few issues we had were immediately addressed by the Resnicks, and were minor. They are fabulous!

My family and I had a great vacation in Ocean City this past week. The location on 810 Plymouth helped make the week a memorable one. This is a beautiful house with easy access to both the boardwalk and downtown shops. Easy to walk everywhere and the comforts of home.

We took a trip here for a local getaway with some friends. The property was clean, spacious and everything was updated nicely. The best part is that it’s located walking distance from the boardwalk and beach! Ocean City, NJ is a nice place to spend time with family and is kid friendly. Our group all decided that we’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Thermostat not user friendly. No instructions . Got hot especially upstairs when temp outside went into 90"s. Even hotter during the night. Garbage cans not big enough for no. Of people in unit and last tenants Garbage filled several cans so we didnt have enough space for ours in our 3 day visit.

I would go back again. It was great and easy to communicate with the owners.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We rent multiple houses a year at the beach; this house is by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The house is decorated beautifully. The owners have thought of many details such as boardgames, large TVs, actual decent knives and pans, etc. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The house was great! We stayed late March into April and unfortunately, the weather was cold. Thank goodness the house was extremely roomy and comfortable. Two of my children are college students and did their classes online. My husband also worked remotely the whole week. My younger son played xbox the entire week. There were no complaints about the wifi (which is unusual ) ! The house could not be in a better location. It's right on the Boardwalk and Beach and a short walk to the town. We loved it and would definitely go back!

This house is truly outstanding. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, minutes from the beach. My husband and our adult children had plenty of space to spread out and to be together. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to sit and enjoy our Thanksgiving feast. The cozy fireplace and comfy couches were the perfect setting for after dinner games and conversation. The porch swing on the front deck was my favorite morning coffee spot. Kimberly was wonderful and quickly responded to all of our messages, even on Thanksgiving day! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

In the midst of COVID 19 everyone was worn out from masks and sheltering in place. Steve and Kim’s property helped with our COVID fatigue! The property was immaculate. The bedrooms, kitchen, patios and bathrooms were so clean and we were comfortable in spite of the pandemic concerns. All of the appliances were state of the art and update to date as well. Steve and Kim were responsive when we had questions while on site! The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was an added bonus. The grocery store and restaurants were all within walking distance. We are already considering returning in April!
