We previously stayed here with a group of our friends a few years ago and immediately enjoyed this home, so when it was time to find somewhere for our family to stay this year, we searched back to this property. Very clean home with all the amenities needed to make it a super smooth vacation. Home is very clean and in great condition with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice quieter neighborhood and beaches and close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough away to not be in the middle of the craziness when town gets busy. We are already talking about next year!

We had a great stay over MDW. The house had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach, close to Biltz and Nauti Dounuts, and a manageable walk to the boardwalk. The rooftop deck and front deck had plenty of chairs to relax on. Scott was also very quick to respond and was very flexible when we changed our check in date. Will definitely keep an eye for this house in the future.

The place was great for us. We were one block away from the beach with easy access. The house was clean and presentable. We had some earlier issues trying to communicate with the owner which was a bad time in the midst of a tropical storm. The write up says it's easy to find the 2nd floor entry but there was nothing on the doors letting us know we were at the right door. Without having any communication, it took us a while to figure out we were on the "1st" floor, not the "2nd". Once we figured it out, we were fine. I suggest the owner "letter" the doors for easy identification and fix his "mailbox is full" problem.

My family and I had a great stay here! The location was great, just 1.5 blocks to beach, and away from the busy-ness of other areas of OC. We were 5 adults and fir comfortably in the bedrooms and living areas. We loved grilling in the back and hanging out on the porches. The view from the rooftop porch was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything we could've needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great week! This beautiful home had everything we needed, and more. Scott was very responsive to messages, and was very accommodating. Huge plus- they have darkening shades in all the bedrooms! This was a great surprise as we haven’t experienced this at a rental. My kids actually slept past the sunrise due to this! haha The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Everything was clean and organized, and they have very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, and I loved that the garage fit our SUV, and had room in the driveway for my Dads truck. Super easy entry onto the beach! Highly recommend Scott and his home! We hope to return. Best, The Kikolas

Our second year at this beach house was even better than the first. Location is terrific and the house definitely met all of our needs from the set up of the bedrooms to the well provisioned kitchen. We look forward to next year!

This home has it all!!! The best location, so spacious, nicely decorated and so clean!! The house was exactly as described and even better than it looked in pictures. We loved the garage storage space for bikes and beach stuff. Extremely detailed instructions were provided by the homeowners, and that made it so easy to navigate the property, to pack and to clean up. We will be back!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We came to Ocean City for Thanksgiving hoping to get a rental with a comfortable home feel to it. This place far exceeded our expectations. Stunning from top to bottom and the manager came right over when we needed a lightbulb in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

The interior was very comfortable and relatively clean, although I don't think the blankets provided had been washed in awhile. And it's a mystery to me why property owners don't provide the bare minimum of essentials such as hand soap. I have had two vacation properties in VA and Maine listed through VRBO and I always provided hand soap, body soap, dish soap, fresh dish scrubber, paper towels, TP and tissues, and trash bags-- for all trash containers. This can't cost more than a couple of dollars per stay, but providing these things along with basic cleaning supplies and vacuum will ensure a tidy house at the end of the stay. I know that my guests have always appreciated it. I understand that turnovers for beach properties are tight in season. but you should have an adequate supply of clean blankets for each bedroom, every booking. Other than that, property is in a good location and was as described.

What a perfect house for a beach vacation with my family ! The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and appliances, the deck was a great spot for lounging while the kids napped, and we loved the location! The beach was steps away and so was the ice cream! We cannot wait to visit again.

This was a great rental property. It was well taken care of and we had no problems. It’s in a great location for walking to the boardwalk and beach, but also in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely beach vacation in a large, comfortable rental. Beds were all comfortable. The garage was perfect for storing our bikes. The kitchen was adequately stocked with tools for our eating in. The grill was especially appreciated. Thank you for sharing your comfortable home with our family Scott. We continue to await arrival of our security deposit.

This is our second summer vacation at 1910 and we had a wonderful week! The house is so close to the beach and the boardwalk! We rode bikes all week and ping pong was a huge hit yet again! Having beach tags right in the kitchen to grab and head to the beach makes for even more convenience. Thanks for another wonderful experience!!

Enjoyed our long Easter weekend in Ocean City. The place was even nicer then advertised, and was close to everything on the island. I would definitely stay here again, a very nice property.

This is our second spring get away at Scott’s property, and we cannot wait to return next year already! A perfect place to stay for a long weekend for couples and families alike. Minutes away from the boardwalk, downtown and many nice eateries. Would definitely recommend!
