Excellent location and excellent apartment

Great place right next to the cathedral. Large balcony with a view. The building is clean, modern and especially with a garage. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate his help when my son was sick. He bought and brought medicines and was at my disposal.

Some of the things in the apartment were older, it would need to be restored (e.g. hanger, clothes dryer). But these are just details that can only improve the stay.

It was everything we needed as a travelling family. You can tell that the apartment was professionally designed with practical functionality. Modern & very clean. It had an excellent location with a stunning view of the city and a little bit of the black sea. You can watch a dramatic sunrise while seated on the wide balcony with your breakfast & coffee. Sunset is also visible from there. We were lucky enough to witness the fireworks over the cathedral. Kitchen was not just beautiful, it was also very well equipped with a dishwasher, espresso machine & microwave. It has a large bathroom. 2 sleeping areas with huge sofa bed and each room had a TV. Bed was very comfortable. I also really liked that the laundry machine & cleaning materials had it's own room. Entry was spacious where we parked our baby's stroller. Every detail of the place was well put. Parking space was an added bonus. Secure building & WiFi fast. It was truly a gem to find at short notice. We were lucky it became available when we booked it coz I know it is usually occupied. The price is more than worth it. It is our favorite and will definitely book again when we come back.

Just sad we had to leave even if we wanted to stay longer. The place is very in demand.

The apartament is situated in center of Varna, very close to info turist who will give all Information you need to visit. It s has all you need in kitchen, very nice vew. It was perfect!! For sure I will come again.

A decent modern apartment. The kitchen is well appointed and there's private secure parking under the building. Pleasant city views from the balcony. There was also a baby cot, should you need one.

We had to wait a long time for owner to arrive after booking.

We loved everything! Central location, new building with amazing views, underground safe parking, modern amenities, very well equipped kitchen. The espresso coffee machine was a pleasant surprise.
