This was the perfect base for our family vacation at the beach. The home was large and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us all to stretch out. We enjoyed the selection of beach equipment available as well.

The house was fantastic and Debbie was quick at handling the small issue we had finding sheets for the pull out beds. The house provided plenty of space for kids and adults to be together for meals and family time but also private areas to separate! We hope to go back next year!

This house is amazing… Debbie, the owner, did not cut corners on anything. Everything from spices in the cabinet to Kcups for the 2 Keurigs. The only thing that we couldn’t get to work was the 3rd floor mini frig but I never contacted the owner… plus we really didn’t need it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. It rained a couple days, but the covered front porch was wonderful. The pool is clean, beautiful and gigantic. The one thing that was disappointing was the chair rental company takes up 3 rows of this beach which is about 80% of what you have access to and unfortunately beaches to the right and left are private. We ended up driving about 2 miles down the road to South Walton Public beach which was lovely with free parking. All and all a great trip!!

We had a great experience overall. There was one issue upon arrival but it was promptly fixed by the property handyman. The house was spacious enough for 2 families and in a great location.

There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The location of the house was perfect ... close to the pool and just inside the development. We stayed at Windows by the Sea for a month and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and everything was in great condition. Perfect location close to pool and very walkable to the beach, even when carrying a lot of kids things. Also walking distance to everything in both Rosemary and Alys. Owners were terrific and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home in a great location, equipped with everything needed to make a beach trip successful and memorable. We had 3 families with 5 total kids and it was a comfortable experience. Used the tram for a ride to the beach area which was very convenient. The beach experienced was a little packed right in the Seacrest designated area, so we went further east to Inlet Beach public access. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would recommend for family vacations looking for ammenities/pool/great location to dining, etc!

My family and I had a blast at Windows By The Sea! Great location, near the pool and the beach. Plenty of room for my wife and I, and our 3 teens, to spread out and relax. The owners were accommodating and responsive. We will come back on our next visit.

We had such a great time in Seacrest. The house was perfect for our family and friends to spread out and enjoy our time together. Great location within walking distance to the pool, beach, and shops. Debbie was very helpful and attentive to our needs during our stay.

The property is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. I am very particular and have stayed at the finest hotels. This was my first time staying at a VRBO rental and I am so grateful we found this property. Debbie (the property owner) was incredibly attentive and responsive. During our stay, (without us asking), she had more board games delivered for us to enjoy. How thoughtful!!! We all loved the porches/balconies on each level of the home. The community has a “home like” feel which we really enjoyed. The beach is a short walk away, but there is a tram service available. The community pool is beautiful and very large and there are plenty of nearby places to eat. We are look forward to staying at Windows by the Sea again.

We have vacationed in this area several times but after adding another family to our getaway, we needed a bigger house. The room with the built in bunk beds was a nice surprise! The 11 of us had plenty of room to sprawl and relax. We very much appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The bikes were also a nice addition. Two of the bike seats are really tall and aren't able to be lowered because the bolts are rusted but the rest were great! Every night we took a bike ride through the bricked streets to wind down our day. It was fabulous. The proximity to the beach and pool were great. Many days we walked to the beach instead of taking the tram because it was so close for us. Over all it was an awesome experience and we plan to book this house again in the future.

Overall we were pleased with our stay and had a wonderful family vacation. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need! It was SO nice to be able to do laundry along the way too. A few mishaps...There was a miscommunication with the check in process...but we were able to adjust around it. Our biggest struggle was the A/C in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms. By the last day of the trip, we think we may have found the problem but it was frustrating. The ice maker in the fridge was either not working or VERY slow to work and that was another pain point. And there were silver fish on the upstairs pull out couch. However, Debbie (the owner) was VERY responsive to our concerns and overall the house was gorgeous and perfect for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time and honestly...I would stay here again!! It is a PERFECT location!!!

Great house close to everything in Seacrest! Lots of covered porches to relax on, toms of space to let the kids play and adults relax! This one has it all bikes , beach chairs , even board games ! My family and friends enjoyed this relaxing long weekend ! Art and Deb you did a great job on the house and are a great host ! Will most definitely be returning to Windows by the Sea !

The property decor was awesome. However, the air conditioner problem was bothersome. But, they did work diligently to correct the issue.

This home was very nice with upscale finishes. Each of the four bedrooms was supplied with luxury bed linens and towels and everyone was happy to have their own adjoining bath. All the TVs! The kitchen was well equipped with everything one might need. The owner is attentive and in our case, summoned the maintenance guy immediately to address an issue with the garbage disposal. The pool for the community is awesome. My family really enjoyed our vacation week here and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice open family space to enjoy. Thank you for offering this property for rent!!

We were so fortunate to be able to stay in “Windows by the Sea” for the last 3 ½ weeks. Debbie and Art, the owners of the house are very gracious and kind, also very prompt at responding to any questions you might have. The house truly has everything you would need for a wonderful stay. The first time we stayed there (summer of 2015) we had a total of 12 people (7 adults and 5 children) and had plenty of room. This last stay it was just my husband and I - a retirement get-away. We love that the family room and kitchen are so open to each other. Whoever is in the kitchen prepping food feels included with what is going on in the family room. The house has spacious decking on each level with furniture to sit out on and visit, have a glass of wine, take a nap, read a book, etc.. There are six (6) bikes, which was one of our favorite things to do, take a bike ride to Rose Mary Beach, get an ice cream cone at the Sugar Shak, ride to Charlie’s Donut Truck in Aly’s Beach, ride to the HUB and shops or just ride around the Seacrest neighborhood. We love it all! There are beach chairs and beach toys at the house and it is a short walk to the beach, or you can take the tram during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. The Seacrest pool, which is the largest pool we have ever seen, is a short walk from the house. You would be very happy renting this home as you can tell, we were. Thank you Debbie and Art.

We had a great time with three generations of our family. This is a beautiful, well-equipped house in a great location. Close to both the beach and the huge lagoon pool. Spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and relaxing porches. The owner is very helpful - both with the booking process and during the stay, responsive to any queries we might have.
