This condo has everything you need to have a comfortable stay by the beach in Kihei. The accommodations are better than what is captured by photos and the process is quick and simple. If you are looking to visit many parts of the island, this location acts as a great center point by the beach. Wendy is very responsive and helped us with any issues during our stay.

The property was just like the picture represented. Close to beach, shopping and dining.I wish there was a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, a twin was hard to get used to for a 69 year old woman.And a dresser would have been nice.

Awesome location and property - close to great beaches and fantastic dining/grocery options; amazing ocean view from the condo; amenities (washer/dryer, AC, kitchen, beach gear, etc.) were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised! This is a beautiful condo with all the ameninites you could ask for. You are walking distance from the beach, shops, groceries, restaurants and more. There were 6 of us in this trip and we were all comfortably settled in the space. The sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking - and you'll have them every single night. So convenient to have a clothes washing machine and dryer in the unit - helps those who pack light! We also had access to the terrace on the 7th floor and the views from there are even more spectacular. The bathrooms were very nice and very spacious. Beach towels and gear including chairs, toys and boogie board were included. The A/C in the rooms were a great option. Overall, the place was comfortable, spacious and clean!

Pure Perfection…..everything you are looking for in a condo….very comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked, nice amenities, stunning ocean view, and great location. Beach access, shopping and dining are just steps away….walkability score 10 out of 10. Condo complex is clean, well maintained, and safe. Being located on the southwest side of the island makes navigating the entire island by car a breeze.

Don't let the exterior fool you. The building may be older looking, but this unit has been remodeled and includes all the home-away-from-home amenities you will need: kitchen included all appliances, pots/pans, flatware and plates/cups/glasses. Bathrooms all had clean towels and soap. Bedrooms were each decorated nicely and had individual a/c though during the time we stayed, only the front 2 rooms needed it and only for short periods. The lanai is where the sunset action happens every night, and what a way to start the day as well! Beach towels AND chairs to take to the beach right across the street. Laundry in unit. The location couldn't be more convenient. We walked to restaurants, shops and the natural grocery market. Snorkel rentals right in the Dolphin Plaza next to the complex. Easy access to highway. Could go on and on. Will definitely be staying here again if coming to Maui!

This is a beautiful condo located within walking distance of several beaches. There are fantastic views from the lanais and from every window in the property. The condo is well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the prefect size for a family of four. The view was great, and so was the location.

We had a wonderul week together with our 4 adult children celebrating our anniversary! The place is perfect and so well set up. The whole complex is so clean and well maintained and the pool area quiet yet perfect for a relaxing afternoon! The view is absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect an easy quick walk to the beach, to coffee shops and stores! Couldnt recommend more! Thanks for making our dream a reality!

We loved facing the ocean and the closeness to the beach and the fact that we had two large decks facing west/ocean.There were 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms with was perfect for us. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler. The dishes were very nice, lots of pots and cutlery. A couple of the frying pans were quite worn out. Loved the clean pool and the rooftop deck with barbecued and tables was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We loved our unit! It was very easy to book and the owner was very helpful! The view surpassed our expectations! The unit was supplied with trash bags, laundry, and dish capsules, as well as a kitchen that had any items you might need. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous place to stay. We could see and hear the beach from the patio. The condo is bigger than it appears on the add. More than enough room for 6 adults. The patio area was such a wonderful feature. Wonderful to have beach towels, chairs and an umbrella to use for the week. Everything listed in ad and photos was accurate. Host provided soaps, shampoo, TP, paper towels, some laundry soap-it was great that we didn't have to shop for this. So glad we stayed in Kihei away from the hustle and bustle of other more "tourist crowed" cities. We did use the pool a few times, it's deep. The other guests with little kids got lots of use of the pool-we heard a lot of Marko-Poolo games from the pool! The roof top patio with two large grills and plenty of seating was wonderful. There are so many places to get lunch and dinner very close to the condo. I highly recommend the Maui Bread Co and the Mexican place right across the street. It's a busy intersection to cross the street to get to the wonderful beach area-but most drivers are very good at stopping at the cross walk. I saw a turtle in the water my first two days at this beach. So Cool! I'm so glad I booked this condo for my week long vacation in Maui. Couldn't be more pleased.

Our group loved this unit. Sweeping views of the ocean, great walking access to Kamaole I and shops, and a nice pool! The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the basket of beach towels awaiting us. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed in a few units in the KBR building. This is one of the best. Everything is well thought out and the amenities are superb. Good coffee maker. Nice dishes and utensils. New appliances. Upscale bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach towels and gear for 6. This was our home away from home for a few weeks and we enjoyed every second of it. Communication with Wendy was easy and friendly. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

We were in Maui for 1 week . We felt like home and it had everything we needed. The apartment's location was great and the view on the beach was fantastic. I would definitely come back, thank you!

This is our second time staying in #401 and we enjoyed every minute. The view from the lanai is wonderful and we love how many great little places are within easy walking distance. The beds and furniture are comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. We hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at 401. Owners were friendly, responsive and respectful. Many amenities at this property, which we learned from talking with other renters in the building, was not the case at some of the other units. The location was great. Close to food, beach and shopping. Also had a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets from the double lanai. Highly recommend this unit!

This property is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautifully decorated, bright, end unit with 3 spacious bedroom and two beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. But by far our favourite part was the huge lanai with comfortable seating and amazing views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The location is great too, a short stroll across the street to Kamaole Beach 1. Can’t say enough great things about this place and hope to return one day.

The view from m every window is stunning. It is located in the perfect spot in Kihei, close to beach, food, shops, and the best massage I ever received! The condo is beautiful and spacious. Overall it was even better than the description in the listing. We had the most marvelous stay

Stayed here in July with 3 kids and it really exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and well stocked. Location was fantastic - two minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to some food places including a grocery store. Highly recommended!

Everything we needed was provided at this condo! Great location, beautiful view, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and sand toys for the kids. Very clean and spacious! Great for family vacation!

Usually, I stay at Marriott Residence Inn. However, it was way too expensive this year. So I decided to book my family for a condo instead which turned out way better than I expected. This was a great location and an amazing condo unit. Absolutely loved it and I’m determined to stay here again in the future.

Great location and great fit for our family. It was clean and easy to walk to the beach. The beach chairs and towels there for our use were perfect! The rooftop grilling and dining area is also wonderful at sunset. Highly recommend!

This was our second visit to Maui, and it was even better than the first! Wendy was great to work with throughout our stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. Waking up each day to a view of the beautiful waters of Maui was the best part of our vacation. We can't wait to work with Wendy to plan another trip soon! This apartment is located barely a block from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. However, there are several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were very pleased. The condo itself is an end unit, so this adds to the quiet (a big plus for us). The downside is that although there are AC units in the bedrooms, there are none in the main living area, so the apartment does get very warm during the day (we avoided using the oven for this reason). It is quiet enough to sleep with all the windows open & fans running, so it does cool off at night. Overall, the unit is in very nice condition, however, we could not get the dishwasher to start, and the door to the master bedroom would not close. Despite these inconveniences, would still stay here again.

I have been coming to Kihei since 1986 and have stayed at KBRR…only in 2 bedroom units on 5th & 6th floors…this is the first time in a 3 bedroom on 4th floor…this end unit was perfect for our family… Beautiful remodel, furnishings high end quality…and having A/C in the bedrooms made for excellent sleeping…you cannot beat the location of property, beach, restaurants, shopping, gas, views from the lanai endless… We are planning a return to Kihei Maui Hawaii in 2024 and hoping this unit will be available as it is so well maintained you know the owners care about quality and the occupants also take pride in using it on their stay!!! My family (parents, husband and siblings) and I had such a wonderful time at the Royal Honu. Wendy is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The place was beautiful, well-situated and had an amazing view from the two large lanais. We also enjoyed the pool to ourselves during the night. You will not leave disappointed. Well-maintained and updated condo in the heart of Kihei within close walking distance of the beach, grocery stores and many restaurants. I have stayed in this condo building dozens of times, but this condo unit is my favorite. Lovely place!
