I have nothing to give other then praises except traffic is horrendous! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. The house has everything one could need. Location is exceptional! The living quarters impeccable! The pool was a bonus. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

We spent 2 weeks at this property and had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everybody. Bedrooms were roomy and with three bedrooms and three baths, everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have a lot of towels as well as beach towels for everyone. Location was close to everything we wanted to see. The house was very clean and it was nice to have cleaning supplies to use during the two weeks. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!

We stayed at this villa for a week during our kids' spring break, and had one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The villa was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We had a great time swimming in the heated pool, and my son and I fished off the dock every morning. The location is also fantastic too, with quick access to restaurants, groceries, ice cream shops and a cool city park with a large nature preserve. We will definitely be coming back!

Location was perfect

We had a nice, quiet getaway. The house was well maintained and well stocked. Only suggestion would be for extra cleaning of cushions on lanai couches, however, this would not keep us from returning.

We stayed for the entire month of January 2022 and this home was absolutely wonderful. We stayed after the hurricane and initially wasn’t sure how the property and area was, but we were so pleased that the property was in absolutely perfect condition. The quality of the home was excellent, and outdoor patio area spacious and relaxing for hanging with friends and family, and the dock was wonderful to dock a 26 foot deck boat we rented. Would encourage anyone to stay here, and host was great as well.

The check in process was easy. The home was clean and spacious. It was exactly what we expected. We will definitely book again.

We love Cape Coral, and this house was super for our family (plus it’s in a great location!). We fished, walked, swam, rented a boat, relaxed and enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer…we will definitely be back ;)

House is lovely. We were just one couple but house is laid out well so that 2 couples could stay or a family. The canals made sitting outside very pleasant, and the pool was lovely. We liked the neighborhood. The house was walkable to rotary park and even to Tarpon Point.

I will start with the bad. No cleats on the dock but with long enough dockines just wrap and tie off on boat cleats. Icemaker does not work due to design. I understand this as mine at home also has issues due to design. Publix is 5 mins away. Bought $3 bag of ice. Problem fixed. Don't sweat the small stuff. Now for the house. Large open floor plan. Master bed and bath are very large and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and room opens to pool. Spare rooms also were nice but we did not use so cannot comment on comfort of beds. Living area is very large and plenty of room and seating for everyone. Kitchen is nicely equipped and pretty much has anything you need to cook almost anything. Pool area is nice with TV outside and nice sesting. We spent most of our time out there. If you are bringing a boat the house is is only a few minutes into the canal. Very easy to get to from the landing and the wide dock makes it easy to dock. For those that do not want to cook there are several restaurants within 10 mins of the house. House is very nicely located. Overall a very very nice experience and highly recommend this house to anyone with or without kids. Definitely a 5+ star stay

We were surprised with the house, because it looks much better in reality than in pictures. A lot of space, quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool. And very understandable owner, we had to put down our beloved dog three weeks before the arrival. When we let the owner know he wrote us warm words and in half an hour we had a refund done. This rental had everything needed for vacation. It was clean and easy to get around town. The outdoor area and pool were great!

The house had a lot of space for the four of us. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. House has been newly painted on the outside a blue/green color. Plenty of pretty fruit trees and lush landscaping. There was a mango tree on the property as well. Kayaks were a plus and easy to launch from lower deck!

My husband and I spent 9 days at this property and absolutely fell in love with it! We travelled with our senior fur baby and loved that Rotary Park was just a few houses down the street which provided a shaded walk during the hot July weather. We loved the community, the walkers, the bikers, everyone in the Cape Coral area was so very friendly! We ventured out to Sanibel Island to enjoy the gulf, we looked at homes for sale in the area, and are overall very pleased with this quaint community. The landscapes are beautiful and well kept even in the center islands of the streets. We are already looking for a date in 2023 to rebook this property!

Very easy renting process, enjoyed our stay!

This place is exactly as described. It is a beautiful house and the location in the canal made it easy to get out to the gulf with our boat rental. The highlight for the kids was the pool! The covered tiki hut on the dock was great also. We absolutely loved this place and hope to be back soon!

This place was beautiful, we drove 14 and a half hours to get here and we arrived two hours early and were allowed to check in early

The house was super, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. Tony was always on hand to help with any minor issues and questions as was Nat. Loved the neighbourhood and the Owls, Duffy’s bar was a 30 minute stroll away which was great for a few drinks and nice food all drinks were 2 for 1 at all times. Loved sitting on the dock feeding the fish, bonus was being able to garage the car. All in all a wonderful vacation in a lovely house.

Property was great. It took a while to get around Cape Coral. We were using Ways ap, Once we switched to another navigation ap, everything was fine.

We had a great stay at this property! Pool was a huge hit with the kids and we were close enough to explore other cities/beaches within an hour of the area. Plenty of amenities for your beach day!

Our stay was wonderful at this property. We enjoyed every minute of it. The house is only about 30 mins away from the airport and was very easy to get to. The road that this house resides on was so quiet and peaceful yet close to grocery stores and restaurants . This house is very close to walking paths and very quiet to bike around and kayak the canals. Our stay was amazing and we look forward to renting a house again for our next stay. Thanks for a wonderful first stay in Cape Coral.
