Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this particular condo due to it's location on property as well as it's proximity to both Kings and Queens shopping centers. So convenient to be able to walk to both. The Condo was very clean, furniture in great condition and nicely decorated as well. It was very roomy, could easily accommodate a family of 6 (it has a loft with two twin beds). This condo is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator) and the view of the golf course is wonderful way to start your morning with a cup of coffee on the lanai - so peaceful and beautiful. Bill and the property manager Joe, were easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I had an awesome stay here in late April 2024. The place was very clean, comfortable, well outfitted and was true to the description. That bathrooms were clean and the bathroom in the master bedroom was very nice. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The kitchen was well equipped and the only things we couldn't find were red wine glasses and a large cookie sheet; this was one of the most well equipped VRBOs we have stayed in. We could tell the owners take pride in hosting on VRBO and the attention to detail and how well outfitted this unit was made for a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but a few things to note: this place is probably not ideal for those with young children - our children are well behaved and we were very strict about quiet hours yet a neighbor commented they were noisy; there were also reports of noise complaints from families with young kids in the guest book. This is a third floor unit and two loft beds are up a steep staircase; not an issue for our family but something to be aware of. Lastly, the lowest the thermostat could be set to was 73 and if the doors weren't shut for 5 minutes the AC wouldn't run; we had an uncomfortable night until we figured this out and 73 is still not as cool as we keep our house in the summer. Overall this is a fantastic condo for a visit to the area and we had a great stay! I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

We had everything we needed here: comfy beds, ceiling and portable fans, beach towels and gear, bath towels, and kitchen supplies. The walls and doors are VERY well insulated! We never heard our neighbors. We swam in the infinity pool every morning and evening and played mini golf at the King's Shops a couple of evenings. We also walked to A Bay beach a few times. Lovely!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful fairway unit at Waikaloa. We have stayed at various rentals at the Waikaloa Resort for the past twelve years and this unit tops them all with a golden 5 star rating in all aspects . We would not hesitate booking this unit again or recommend it to our friends and family! Outstanding in every aspect 👍🏄‍♀️

This is our 4th trip to the big island and definitely one of my favorite units I’ve stayed in. It is well equipped, clean and you can’t beat the location. Thanks for the fantastic accommodations. We will definitely be back!

It was as advertised and a great fit for our needs...

We stayed in appartment with teenage kids. Appartment was exactly as described. No surprises and comunication with owners was very easy all the time. Location in Waikoloa is great, close to two shopping centres and walking distance to beach. Really quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. Probably car still needed to do larger shopings e.g. in Kona and sightseeing. I can definettely recommend!

We loved the property and location. The home was well stocked, very clean and convenient. The owners provided information on beaches and restaurants that were spot-on. The loft bedroom was a huge hit with the girls. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat for future family vacations.

This property really made our vacation special. We had other families here with us in HI that rented rooms at local hotels for much more and nothing compares to the space and amenities we had here. Bill is very easy to work with and the VRBO team makes things so easy we will definitely be coming back!

The property on which the condo is located is exceptional: the trees and the flowers are magnificent! On the balcony, I enjoyed looking at the view of the volcanoes in the distance! Communication with Bill is excellent. The condo is very large for our family of 6. Exceptional cleanliness and lots of extras! Close to everything on Big Island. Much appreciated being near Anaeomalu beach (10 minutes on foot). I highly recommend it!

Friendly, easy to communicate with hosts, WAY more amenities than expected. Kitchen as fully stocked with small appliances as home kitchen. Nicely furnished, but still comfortable decor. Perfect location. Gorgeous view from lanai. Enough space in this condo for a family vacation. Well maintained. This condo provided us with a comfortable, enjoyable family vacation.

This Villa is awesome. Great location! We were visiting family in Kona, Waimea, North Kohala, and Hilo. This is a great middle point for us. The villa was beautifully decorated and there were alot of extras! Would like to rent again when our timeshare is unavailable.

We had a great week on this D34 Fairway Villas Condo. The condo is in excellent condition in a great area of Waikoloa Beach. Everything was perfect inside and outside of this condo. It is within walking distance of the Kings and Queens shopping centers and the A Beach. Great accommodations, and restaurants with great food in the nearby shopping centers and the overall area.

We had such a wonderful stay. The property is clean, very cozy and checked all of our boxes. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cooking utensils, the rooms were all large and very comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning, but the cross breeze is fantastic. This is a place that you are comfortable leaving the front door open into the evening. It is easy walking to shops, groceries, sweets and the beach. The neighbors were all friendly, and the grounds are nicely kept. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is one of the few times where the property description matched the physical property. Great stay. Additionally Bill was quick to respond, offer advice and helped with all questions. Top notch property owner.

This property came exactly as advertised and provided us with a great stay in the Waikoloa neigbhourhood. The location provides convenience access to groceries/restaurants/shops and is a 10 to 15 minute walk or very short few minute drive to the beach. The property was well equipped for everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

This is the best vrbo property we have experienced. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, quiet, great location and Bill and Diane were responsive, generous hosts. We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped unit overlooking the 1st green of the Waikaloa Lakes Course - a great location for our golf vacay. We're looking forward to coming back!

Rental property was fabulous!

We spent a month at this property in September/October 2022. I would give it six stars if I could! Items of note include very comfortable and supportive beds, a very quiet and private area without loud noise or neighbours and lots of outdoor items like beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. The lanai overlooks the golf course so is very quiet at night and free of traffic and bright lights. Wonderful view of the night sky! A great sunrise view over Mauna Kea. The gated nature of the property gave us a sense of security. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We made several friends among the residents of the complex and enjoyed meeting other guests. Bill was very supportive and communicative and was invaluable in helping us out. Thank you Bill and Diane for your kindness. We hope to return some day!!

This condo did not disappoint. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and didn't have any negatives. It's extremely close to both Queens Marketplace and King's Shopping. No problem parking.

We had a very nice stay. The condo was great and we had no complaints.

It was everything we hoped for. The host was so gracious in allowing us to refine our guest list at the *very* last minute, gave very clear information on how best to enjoy our stay in the area, and had even provided beach towels for a quick jaunt to the beach. Easy access to nearby stores, a spacious cooking space, and beautiful work that they did on the home. It was a great home away from home, and we would definitely seek this place out again should there be a return trip to the Big Island. Thank you!

The property was fantastic! It was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, and had a nice supply of beach essentials as well. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The hosts were super responsive to any questions, very timely with providing us information, and we loved all of the tips provided about local amenities. We highly recommend the property!

From the communication with the host to the cleanliness and location of this condo, everything was perfect. Home is just as described. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, great tips from Bill about beaches and shops--we will be back!
