Once you get past the stair climb, the condo and its breathtaking view make up for it all! We loved that we could sit on the deck and watch fireworks! Very attentive host. Definitely would book again!

This property was immaculate and had stunning views from the deck. Great location near restaurants. Host was very helpful and responsive. Only one small negative- no elevator and carrying luggage/supplies up 4 flights of stairs might not be a good fit for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It was worth the climb for us!

we had an unfortunate situation with the AC when we checked in. Julia and her son did everything in their power to correct the issue including purchasing portable AC units to cool the condo. We were very much appreciative of all they did. The condo is very nice and location to the beach is fabulous. We still had a great stay even though the ac issue. Gold star to her!

Very clean and no better stay!

Julie is a great host. It rained one day and she texted me indoor places to visit. The condo was clean, smart TVs in every room, plenty of dishware, and ceiling fans in every room. We will be back!

It was a great vacation in a beautiful ocean front condo. We totally enjoyed ourselves sitting on the deck facing the ocean. We watched dolphins play in the ocean along with beautiful views of the water. Such a great trip and the condo was so nicely decorated . We would recommend it to everyone! The host was so attentive to any needs we had.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at Carolina Beach at this beautiful property. It was clean, welcoming, and had the best view of the beach, water, sunrises, sunsets, and even dolphins swimming by!! The weather was sunny with temps in mid 70s/low 80s. We enjoyed the beach every day; having beach chairs on the property was so convenient! The owner was friendly, welcoming, and even left wine and chocolate for us to enjoy. We loved walking at the State Park, shopping at Shenanigans, and having dinner and drinks at the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar right next door. We had a great time visiting Fort Fisher, walking the boardwalk, having drinks at Good Hops Brewery, the SeaWitch Tiki Bar, and Hurricane Alley’s, and eating at The Spot, Stoked, and nearby Wilmington Beach Brewery. Overall, it was a great trip - we would definitely recommend staying at this property on Carolina Beach; the perfect spot for vacation!!

Great view from the top floor. Cleanest condo we've stayed in. Our family had an extremely good time staying here which was in close proximity to all of our favorite restaurants, shops, and activities!!

We had a great experience here! The house was clean, and provided everything we needed for a beach getaway (even board games, which our family enjoyed!) The owner was very responsive and kind. The view is PERFECT! What a perfect location for a beach getaway!

Booked a last minute long weekend trip for me and my 10 year old son. Enjoyed every second. Place was very clean and well taken care of. Host was very attentive and checked in by text several times to make sure our stay was good. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful week staying here! We had great contact with the host, who is very organized and communicates all throughout the property information that is super helpful to guests. You could not ask for a better view— a photographer’s dream and so much to take in! You definitely COULD leave and go to other places while at Carolina Beach, but really, you don’t have to! It’s all right there! A highly-recommended stay.

The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. Great view of the ocean. We had plenty of bath towels and kitchen had everything we needed. Julia is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay. View of the ocean is wonderful and sitting on the upper deck was out of this world. The third floor was a little more difficult for us older adults to manage.

This property is exactly what you see in the pictures. We got early check in, which was nice surprise. Didn't mind the 3 flights of stairs because sunrise views were breathtaking and it was quiet. Great beach access and loved proximity to the Tiki bar. Great experience

Had a wonderful time the host is great if you have a question she was quick to respond back. The condo was great everything you could ask for . Was nice to be able to set in the living room or stand in kitchen and look at the ocean.Can’t wait to come back next year.

Sister trip for first time visitors to Carolina Beach. We had a great time at Julia's condo. The location was awesome, we really enjoyed the beachfront. It helped that we had very good weather! The condo was clean, and so cute! We explored the area, going to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach and Southport. Local shops and restaurants were very good. Only downside was the stairs to reach the top for the condo, but well worth the steps to get there. Thank you Julia!

Beautiful condo with a picture perfect view of the ocean! Walking distance to restaurants in Carolina Beach and a short drive to Kure Beach, Ft. Fisher, and the aquarium. Comfortable and clean condo in a quiet building right on the beach!

3 of us in the party - parents and adult daughter. We have stayed here before. Enjoy the location - between larger condo developments so a less crowded beach area. Appreciate having beach umbrella and chairs provided. Very comfortable and we have always had a good time. Definitely pay attention to the info about stairs. This is a 3rd floor walkup, no elevator. We don't mind but may be a consideration for some. Julia is an excellent host. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay at Million Dollar View. The condo was very clean and the view was gorgeous. Julia (our host) could not have been nicer. The property is close to lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time

This property is exactly as described for Location, updates and cleanliness. Beautiful property, well stocked beach items. We like to cook as a family so the Kitchen could be a little better stocked with things like mixing bowl for pancakes or popcorn and other serving dishes. Overall my family had an amazing time!

This was a fabulous week away at the beach! Julia was super kind and helpful by all the recommendations of places to go and eat through the week. The condo was super clean and had beautiful views of the beach and ocean. If we come back to the area, we will be sure to stay again!

Julia is the ultimate hostess at this property. There were no problems which affected our enjoyment, but when we reported a few issues, she was on top of it with a solution almost as fast as we could notify her. We had a great time and would book the property again.

Perfect Location...close to everything. Property was very clean. This is as close to the beach as you can get. Owner is very accessible and nice.

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is great and being on the top floor made for an excellent view of the ocean. Just be ready to climb the stairs. We all had a great time swimming, surfing, fishing, etc. The condo was cozy and perfect for us!

Great location. Lack of elevator for four floor walk up difficult with groceries, bags, etc. On the small side for five people, but clean with all amenities.
