We had a great stay her and would definitely come back! The kitchen is very well stocked and it’s all the rooms are spacious. It is the best location so close to Main Street, Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. The one small issue was that we could hear the people in the apartment above us walking and running around in the very early morning, but other than that no complaints!

Two families for Christmas ski holiday, great location to bus to DV and walking to Main Street. Good kitchen and pantry amenities. Appreciated basement tv & bunk room for adult kid space. Dining seating is as picture. Upstair neighbors noticeable. Overall nice stay.

PROS: The unit is a 3 minute walk to historic downtown Park city, making it fun for our 20 somethings.
Lots of comfortable space for five of us.
Very comfortable bedding.
The large “basement” bedroom has a huge projection TV - perfect for movie nights and privacy for the kids.
The management was very attentive and responsive when needed.
CONS: The unit is a bit worn out and needs some TLC. (But in general, we had everything we needed.)
We were in the lower unit (B) - you can really hear the footsteps (sounds like stomping) from the unit above.
It can be daunting crossing the street to walk to town-we had 85 year olds visit for a day — it takes a bit of courage and speed to cross. But the drivers in Park City generally stop to let you cross.

Perfect location for proximity to lifts,dining and shopping. Well equipped kitchen for eating in! E very thing worked! Great house layout for individual privacy. If you had a lot of small kids the downstairs would hold many! Great vacation!

The property is well suited for a family get together for all ages. The location is great — easy walk to Main St & across the street for the bus shuttle. It was nice to have the fireplaces. Downstairs bunk room was great for the children. There was only 1 kitchen towel, a larger couch would accommodate more in the living room — perhaps a wrap around for the limited space might fit. Wonderful memories!

Great location, good space - a few things could improve and make it really good
The home was very close to town and super convenient for our group. The space and rooms were good and no complaints there. The fixtures are a bit dated with some true oddities. The sinks and faucets in the master bathroom are bizarre and super hard to use. The faucet is a hole in the mirror that only turns on if you open the mirror slightly. It seems like these need to be replaced as they were very awkward. The other issue is the noise. The condo above is very noisy as you can hear every step someone is taking and mumbling from talking as if you're in a Charlie Brown episode. The only other thing is the driveway is very steep. Be careful when unloading bags or groceries as things will fly out the back due to the steepness. It's also very slick on snowy days. Outside of those minor items, the unit was great and I wouldn't steer anyone away from it. I think the owner could fix 2 of the 3 items easily and make it really great. Not much they can do about the unit above them.

Great location, poor linen and towel quality
Everything was fine about our stay except for one major thing. Our sheets and pillows and even some towels were not washed.
We found hair, blood stains, sweat marks, dandruff and dirt on all the beds. It was extremely obvious the beds had all been remade without putting the linens through the wash. It was beyond disgusting. We didn’t notice until 10pm when we went to sleep too and there were no extra linens. So we had no choice but to sleep in them until we could call the property manager in the morning to have them swapped out.
It really put a damper on the trip because even outside of obvious Covid issues, we began to doubt the overall cleaning regimen of the property. It felt dirty.
I had also sent several emails to the property management company before our stay with questions and almost never got responses even after several follow ups.
Great location near downtown though.

Good location. Power went out the first day for a few hours and the property had no flashlights, which was problematic. Otherwise, good. Easy walk to Main Street.

The basement with the projector was our favorite space. All of the beds were very comfortable. The location was great with an easy walk to downtown. There are a lot of stairs, so not great for 3 & under. We could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing.

We are owners of a rental property in Park City and are very aware of the issues regarding rentals in the area. We could not have been happier with our experience with this property. The management staff was quickly responsive with initial issues on arrival, arranging for access to the spa and gym when passes were not found in the unit. This is a very nice perk. Be aware that wireless internet access is very fast (400Mb/s) upstairs but is hardly present in the basement area (where the projection TV is), an issue which should be easily solvable with a repeater. The master bathroom is unbelievable and pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location couldn't be better. We highly recommend this property, especially for groups with teens who might want some separation - you can hardly hear them in the basement!

Great Trip with the Guys!
We had a guys trip with 12 and this property was perfect. Easy access to the buses to get to the mountain, and only a 4 minute walk to all of the bars, restaurants and shops on Main Street.
The home was very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable, we were all raving about how these were the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a rental home. If there was a con at all, it would be the water pressure in the sinks and showers. The hot water was good, just light pressure. Plenty of space and we would 100% stay here again on a return trip!

Enjoyable Stay
Overall our stay was quite enjoyable! The location was excellent besides the fact that the house is on a main road so it is tough to cross the street during rush hour. Something our family really took advantage of was the bus stop right outside of the house. The home is great for a family vacation but I would advise that the tv’s should be updated to apple or something that can airplay because your only option is to watch satellite TV. The house definitely can sleep 14 but the dining space wouldn’t really accommodate that. Double thumbs on the fire places.

Lovely summer stay
The house was great and the service was so helpful. We enjoyed being so closed to downtown and all of the restaurants. Park City is beautiful in the summer. I'll be back and I'll definitely stay in this house. They made it so easy to enjoy ourselves.

Pet friendly luxury!
Our host, Taylor, we warm, helpful and made our stay in Park City wonderful. This residence has a perfect location. Just a few doors up from the roundabout near Main Street. It is a good size and has a huge basement with a media room and four bunk beds. The place was scrupulously clean, well appointed with towels, condiments, great pots and pans, large fridge that is incredibly clean, comfy seating in the livingroom, a huge master bedroom and bathroom. We brought our dog and found it easy to walk her to the grass near the roundabout for potty breaks and to Main Street to walk her for exercise. Park City is really a dog town. Don't hesitate to bring any well mannered/trained dog to walk around the town. Many of the shops put out bowls of water for dogs. A couple of placs have decks or patios that allow dogs to sit with owners while dining. I recommend this property for a stay in Park City and especially recommend Taylor as a host.

Great place - ideal location
The place is great. We came with 2 families. 4 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space. The kids LOVED the basement media room. We skied both P.C. and DV. The bus stop is right in front of the unit so we did not rent a car.

Such a well appointed house
This home is so well taken care of and had everything our family needed for our ski trip. The proximity to town and the lifts are great! We had fun cooking dinner in the kitchen and sitting in front of the fire after a long day on the ski runs. Equity Residences was such a helpful group in preparing and assisting us with our vacation.
We would definitely recommend this home to others!

This property is spectacular. Best in class and the location walking distance to downtown Park City just can't be beat. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

In the heart of Park City! Views of the slopes!
This is a ski property you can't miss! Although the residence is pure luxury, the location is the best. Our group walked to Main Street every night for delicious meals at the local restaurants including Grappa. You can take the bus (which picks up directly in front of the house) to get to Park City Ski Resort or walk if preferred. The property manager was responsive to our every need. We will be back next winter!

Winter wonderland in the heart of Park City
We booked this house because it is located very close to the Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts, yet is in the heart of Park City proper, just a short walk to Main Street. I love the Park City vibe, so the location of this house is just perfect.
The house itself feels like a perfect ski chalet. Being inside is very cozy when it's cold on the outside, We loved sitting by the fireplace in the living room (and doing photo shoots).
I was the only one in my party who didn't own a set of skies, so I booked Ski Butler through the host because of the 10% discount and the convenience factor. They came to the house and fit me for ski gear. It was perfect! Saved so much time!
The host was very responsive and answered all the questions promptly, making our vacation easy and enjoyable.
This house does not have a hot tub, but to me, this is a minor detail. I took advantage of the local SPA passes and relaxed in a spa instead.
We will be back!

Beautiful, walkable space
The property was gorgeous, with a big spacious kitchen and everything you would need to cook, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. The property was within easy walking distance to everything on main street. The property manager was helpful as needed. We did have a few issues with hot water, the stove and water pressure- but they did not detract dramatically from the enjoyment of the stay.

Perfect location. We'll be back!
This was the perfect space for our group. We were right downtown by all of the action and had a couple of awesome dinners as a family. We had access to a fitness facility with pools, hot tubs, saunas, and a spa, so everyone could enjoy themselves. The home is lovely, with lots of space and is very well finished. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony in the mornings before hitting the slopes. Taylor (the host) took excellent care of us and handled everything we needed. I will book this home again next year!

We didn't want to leave. We needed a relaxing weekend away and that's exactly what we got. There was amazing snow, the host took care of everything we needed, and we were so close to everything fun to do in Park City. I will be back to this home next year!

Great house in my favorite place!
This house was a dream come true! We went for a friend's bachelorette weekend (13 girls) and had the best time. The location of this house was truly the greatest - 5 minute walk to Main Street in Park City. So helpful to not have to depend on Uber and be able to go to and from the house whenever desired. Everything in the house was clearly labeled, organized and clean. The decor is true ski house decor and we LOVED that! Would absolutely stay in this home again!

Deer Valley Dream!
We just spent a great week at this location. The fit and finish of the home is fantastic and it's well equipped for all seasons. The location is fantastic -- only minutes walking from Main Street and the transit center -- we rarely had to use our car as the hiking, biking, dining and shopping were so close!
