Had a nice trip and liked this property. Right across the street from Seven Seas beach - which isn’t a great swimming spot due to the rocks in the ocean. Reason for my dissatisfaction is that once we were in the property, both the owner and property didn’t respond d To my questions or when I had a water dispenser in the refrigerator doorr that wouldn’t stop dispensing water. The property manager took nearly three hours to get back to me. I also emailed the owner on our first day (of a week long stay) and NEVER got a response. Also note, there can be hidden fees (if you use the AC too much they’ll charge you for it).

Six adults spent 8 days together in this penthouse. Immediate surroundings were lovely - pool, reserved parking and rooftop breeze and views. The ocean was too rough most days to swim, but we enjoyed the beach, park and refreshments nearby. The roosters woke us earlier than we wanted, but we learned to take afternoon naps! Both restaurants within walking distance were excellent and we really enjoyed the preserve and lighthouse. We cooked a few meals in the very well equipped kitchen. Honestly everything was outfitted extremely well. Our host thought of everything…even found earplugs in the bedroom drawer!

Gorgeous condo in a prime location in Fajardo. The rooftop patio has great views of the water and it’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach, which will be shorter when some road repairs are done. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient when we had a minor issue. So many things to do locally if you’re not just planning on looking at the ocean all day.

Everything was great the owners and the property manager were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. The only draw back was there was construction across the street so getting in and out of the location was at times a bit difficult but overall it was a great location plenty to do and places to eat.

The apartment was super clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and we had a great time! One night the water was low, but it was in Kevin’s (the host) notes and we waited and it came back soon enough. This location was central to everything we wanted to do fishing, snorkeling, and rain forest. The pool was closed while we were there and Kevin arranged for us to go to another pool!! I definitely recommend this rental if you’re going to be in Puerto Rico!

Stayed with 3 generations - ages 7-70. condo was immaculate and beautiful, and well-stocked with almost everything we needed.

The house is beautiful and immaculately clean! I do wish we had a Bluetooth speaker for music on the rooftop deck, the description said there was one but when I asked about it the house manager said it had been stolen and they decided not to replace it. There was some major construction being done to the road right next to the villa but it didn’t ruin our vacation. Overall a wonderful time had by all! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time overall. Best part was the private roofdeck overlooking the water. The pool was nice but a little smaller than expected based on the pictures. Very convenient to El Yunque area (20 min), Fajardo bay and a few local restaurants. I recommend making reservations at La Estacion in advance if possible.

Beautiful property, well maintained across from Seven Seas Beach. Very clean and well appointed. Gorgeous rooftop terrace. Close to many activities I. Fajardo,Luquillo and Wl Junque. About 1-1.5 hours to San Juan. Would have given 5 stars except for a few issues - not under owner control- lots of construction on street- noise stars at 730 am on weekdays. Also one day of power outage during day - under owner control- windows in 2 smaller bedrooms are metal louvres that when closed let in no light(but let in sound) When open let’s in light but no glass so can’t use AC. Somewhat minor issue. Overall excellent condo with great amenities and excellent location.

Beautiful property, centrally located to beaches, Restaurants, rain forest. Construction going on road entire stay, noise level high.

My wife and I brought our 2 year old and infant as well as my parents for a 5 night stay. Toddler loved the pool which is built for adults but has a transition space to a kid pool. Interior of the unit was nicer than the photos showed. The rooftop deck was incredible. Public beach was a short walk across the street, and nice but not a “white sand” beach if that’s what you’re looking for. House of Pastelillos and Costa Mia were both incredible local food. Would recommend both, several times over. Small on site playground was a bit rundown but still a hit. Overall would recommend highly

We loved our vacation to PR and Palma Vista was exactly what we needed: beaches right across the street, great restaurants within walking distance, and luxurious villa. Very nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the second floor outside area was fabulous!! We will definitely be back.

This villa is absolutely the perfect place for your stay in Puerto Rico. It literally had every single possible thing we needed to make our trip and our adventures complete. The terrace on top was our favorite part but we also spent a lot of fun times around the big table between the kitchen in the living room. The pool was fantastic and the access to everything around the Villa was easy. We really appreciated how safe and secure the Villa was. Communication with the property manager was so helpful and quick! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy Puerto Rico and all it has to offer. There was also easy access to the islands on the eastern side.

We spent a week at this condo and it was a great experience all around. Super clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the views from upstairs terrace are amazing! Communication with Kevin and then with Xiomara was excellent. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was a plus for us also. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to nearby restaurants. My family and I appreciated having convenient access to everything we needed right in the unit - from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, sunscreen, insect repellent, etc. The rooftop patio was huge and beautifully decorated. This was my favorite spot. Oh, and we're extremely grateful to the property manager for shipping out our daughters iPad which she left behind. We received it within 2 days. All in all, very clean, mostly quiet and super convenient for us. We would rent again.

This property was absolutely amazing 3 large bed rooms with unbelievable comfortable queen size beds beautiful linen and pillows super comfy. 3 spacious bath rooms with plenty of hot water and water pressure master suite was just spectacular. Soap towels shampoo everything to pamper yourself in. Chef's Kitchen fit for a king had every utensil you can think of and more. Luxury glasses and plates coffe cups and more. Washer and dryer. Every thing you need for the beach chairs umbrella towels surf boards cooler just every t crossed i dotted. This unit was extremely spacious no rubbing elbows and the high light the spectacular private roof top. Just stunning. Very nice beach right across the street and a breath taking out of this world beach about a 15 min walk through a trial at the end of the beach that is right across the street.This is a must to see the true beautiful of Fajardo. This location was more on the local side then tourists side. But was extremely safe and friendly. Locals were extremely warm and inviting. Food , Markets. Gas station all super close to property. I traveled with my wife son daughter and son in law and we all had a memorable vacation at this property would love to visit again.

We had a great experience and hope to stay again in the future. The beach was great and so were the local restaurants. Loved the terrace upstairs.

Unit and location were amazing. Maybe just time of year, but not many restaurants were open.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Seven Seas beach and nature preserve are so close and convenient. We also enjoyed walking to Hidden Beach. Fajardo is a great location for the bio bay and snorkel tours. Lots of great restaurants to choose from as well. The condo was clean and a comfortable, as pictured. We all loved the beds and slept very comfortably. We would definitely return.

The apartment is lovely and comfortable. However, the two bedrooms on on side of the apartment do not have windows -- just blinds. The noise of roosters (or maybe it was one demented rooster) that started crowing at 3 am until 6ish every night kept us up. There was also a loud party on Saturday night until 1 am. By the fifth night, we were so sleep-deprived and that we moved to the Conquistador Resort, which was beautiful, quiet and not that much more expensive. There may not be much that the owner can do about the roosters. If it were my apartment, however, I would put sound proof windows that one can close and open. Also, when we checked into this apartment, I expressed concern to the manager about just having one key to leave or come into the gated community. She told us there was just one key. This created problems when some of us had to stay in the apartment to work. The noise and key problems really made this a stressful vacation -- the opposite of what we needed, especially after paying so much.

The place was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and in a quiet location. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time exploring Fajardo and surrounding areas. The natural beach across from the condo was convenient, but the hidden beaches nearby (walking distance) were hidden gems! The local restaurants had fantastic food and pleasant service. We enjoyed the local vibe. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. We especially loved the rooftop veranda. It provided a beautiful view and was a great place to relax in the morning and evening.

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful property. The views from the roof deck were stunning. Everything was spotless. Thank you!

Perfect location to explore NE parts of Puerto Rico. Beach, food, and drinks are just steps away.

Kevin's place and attention to our needs was great! All comforts and amenities were tastefully done and with your positive experience in mind. I have never slept better - premium mattresses, lush pillows and bedding. Kitchen was fully(+) stocked. Bathrooms were gorgeous and loved Paya products. Upstairs terrace has a stunning 360 view. We spent every sunrise and sunset on it. Gated and secure. Grounds and pool very well kept. Conviently located to many popular tourist attractions tons and off the beat local hang outs. I highly recommend taking a water taxi to Icacos Island. We used Captian Mingo. If you're planning on going into the national rainforest make sure to reserve your car weeks ahead of time (this is a new proceed). Loved our stay!

Great location to explore the eastern side of the island with easy access to San Juan. Property was immaculate and had the exact amenities one would need for a trip to the beach or to make your stay comfortable. Would highly recommend and also visit again.

Wonderful, spacious, clean and modern facilities. Organized refreshing. Love the two different levels. The upper porch is amazing. The pool is peaceful& refreshing fun for all.
