Awesome spot!

The home was very nice and we were so happy with it. Most of the rooms had an attached bathroom which is so nice and the other 2 bedrooms had a bathroom very near to it. The yard is very large with a lot of room to hang out. The kitchen was. really well stocked and we really enjoyed the open floor plan to be able to all hang out together when we were at the house. The long drive way and garage access was awesome for our cars. We very much enjoyed our weekend there and definitely hoping to be able to come back!

The property was fantastic. Just as advertised. Pool and hot tub are is big and lots of room for everyone. All the facilities were top notch. Thanks for a great stay. Also, to those who might think it is a remote location it really is close to all the amenities you would need. Especially if you are going to the Tennis tournament. It is very close.

Our family (us, kids, grandkids, 10 in all) stayed at this home for the 3rd or 4th time this year during Spring Break. A perfect place to stay for a family. 7 very spacious bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. Everyone can have their own space. The living area is very big - the kitchen is huge and well stocked. We had fun playing games, or with the pool table. But, of course, the outside is the best. A very large swimming pool with plenty of room for swimming, playing volleyball, etc. Justin has always been fantastic and responsive for whatever we need, although we've never really had any problems. Would definitely recommend this for a family or group stay.

This is a beautiful home and property! Perfect for our group of ten friends to get away, relax, and enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the whole place had everything we needed. The backyard is amazing; hanging by the pool, enjoying a bonfire, with plenty of food, drinks and laughs was so fun. Justin was easily accessible for our questions. We all agreed we would absolutely rent this place again. It would be fantastic for friends or family members!

This place is amazing. Great property, great house, great location, super host. Highly recommended. Well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Super private backyard. Fireplace and fire pit to enjoy the shining stars. True gem.

Our group of 5 couples had a great time at the property. Our only problem was that when we arrived on Saturday we were told that the main home's propane was critically low and that propane company wouldn't come until Monday so we were asked to not heat the pool or spa and be cognizant so we could make it to Monday. We really wanted to heat the pool/spa because those were the nicest weather days during our trip (it got cold and windy for several days after) but we didn't and we conserved on showers too so we could make it to Monday. The propane company didn't come on Monday so we got even closer to running out. In fairness, the owner was in Hawaii and didn't know they didn't come until I texted them but 3 days of our trip had us conserving hot showers and not utilizing resources. The Seller was able to get a propane company out on Tuesday and we were finally able to heat the spa and all take hot showers, cook, etc. without worry about the propane running out (Woo hoo -- we were thrilled!). It made a big difference knowing we could enjoy the home as intended. The remainder of our trip was very nice with the Sellers even providing a nice bottle of Chianti wine to make up for our discomfort. The home is less luxurious than most homes we have rented over the years for our annual trips and a little more beat up, but the floor plan (# of bedrooms/baths) and back yard set up were really nice. Our annual trip ended with everyone being very happy and no further problems. We do appreciate the owners/managers fast response when the propane company didn't show up and I am sure they will be watching the propane more closely prior to groups arriving in the future. The property was fantastic. Justin was great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with friends, family, for a golf getaway or just to get in the sun and relax. We will rent again, in the future!

This house is one of the rare instances on VRBO where the pictures don't do it enough justice. The house is HUGE with an incredible backyard and a large pool/jacuzzi. We stayed here for the weekend celebrating my girlfriend's birthday and could not have been more impressed with the house and Justin. Every person had their own room and the guest house is huge and comes with a second kitchen. You will NOT be disappointed if you book this house.

excellant for a large family

Our family visited the house for Thanksgiving and spent 4 glorious days in the desert sun at this incredible house place. I told the property manager that this is by far the most under-rated house on VRBO and the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is fantastic with just about every bedroom connected to an en suite bathroom and an amazing great room for everyone to enjoy. But the backyard is next level - we swam we played bocce ball and horseshoes and we even squeezed a few lemons for homemade lemonade. The privacy was fantastic, highly recommend!

Property was gorgeous, just as described and pictured in the listing. Justin was incredibly communicative during the visit as there were a few minor issues. My 7 friends and I had a lovely reunion and birthday party -- there was room for everyone and we definitely made great use of the space.

This was our first experience with VRBO, and what an experience!! The hosts have thought of everything you would need for a great trip. The location is awesome and very private. It was a pleasure to stay here.

This house is great, so much to offer and so much space! Stayed at the house with a group of 12 guys for a golfing trip and all of us enjoyed this home. Backyard is huge, and the pool is great! Justin was very helpful and accommodating in all of our requests, definitely going back!

We loved this house. Love that there is a bathroom for every bedroom and that 5 of the 7 were en suite. Perfect for a group of families to spread out and still have their own private rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with more than we would ever need. Pool and backyard amenities were awesome. Small issues with a light and spa, but Justin was super quick to respond and get it resolved ASAP. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Loved our stay. We came with family and 2 dogs and had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and there were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The pool is big and we spent most of our time there. Would definitely recommend.

This house was great!! So spacious, clean, wonderfully stocked with everything you need. A bathroom for every bedroom! We had 2 families and we really had so much space for all of us!! We would definitely stay here again!! The pool was wonderful too!! The music set up was awesome!!!

Everything was amazing

We rented this beautiful VRBO to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandsons. We had plenty of room. Everyone that came said they would love to go back again. The pool is fabulous and we were very comfortable in the 120 degree temperature. The property manager was very approachable & ready to resolve any problem.. we look forward to going back someday.

Great house for multiple families.

My family and I had a most exceptional time staying at the property. It more than met our expectations in terms of space, the place is huge, and having everything we needed right on hand. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and have a great time together. We would definitely stay here again. Justin the host is very nice, accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Our stay overall was OK. He was a little difficult to get ahold of and took roughly over 6 hours to respond. The outside was completely pitch dark at night and when we brought it up to their attention he said that we have to work for what we had. There were ants everywhere. As well as a scorpion our last night.

Amazing property and beautiful. 16 people stayed here for 4th of July weekend. I cannot find words to describe this beautiful place. Very well equipped kitchen. It had double washer/dryer. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which makes everything so easy for couples. Pool was so big that we all fit in. The Casita is a different story. Our teenage kids loved it. Boys had the bunk bed room and girls the king size bedroom. It was just simply perfect for us. My guests very stunned by the beauty of this property. Justin was just amazing. He was there when we arrived. Showed us the property and fixed the issues on one of the bathrooms and left. Thank you so much and we are coming back.

The house, pool, and yard all amazing and well kept up. Really, the pics on the listing don't do it justice. Tons of outdoor space and the pool is the perfect size for a large group. We had an amazing long weekend and Justin was prompt and great. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Our family of 10 (from 6 to 65) stayed at this great home in Indio. 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, with plenty of room and space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked, linens are plentiful and there is great entertainment areas throughout. The house as a great room with a very large kitchen area, pool table, couches and TV. Outside is a large swimming pool which is perfect for swimming, sunning, volleyball and playing. The outside fireplace is very nice for the evenings and we enjoyed the BBQ for several dinners. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking. Have been there twice and would definitely return.

5 families used Justin’s place and it was great. Clean, great pool and hot tub. Easy and fun.
