Relaxing on the back porch listening to the river was so nice and peaceful. Beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for a compfortable stay.

My family had a great time at the cabin. Wry private. Fishing behind the house was better than expected. We had several double digit days. We did have a couple days where it rained but we’re able to tube from the bridge to the house on the “faster” water. Whitewater rafting and plenty of hiking areas nearby. It’s a great place to get away. Owner was very responsive to questions. We would definitely return. Thanks!

The cabin was just perfect for our family of four. A big yard where the kids played soccer. A stream right outside the cabin where the kids could dip their feet in and try to fish with my husband. A firepit for us to sit around at night and eat s'mores.The cabin had all the basic essentials we needed. I especially was happy this cabin was bug free and had such nice mattresses that weren't too hard or soft. The location of the cabin is serene and perfectly located. We had so many adventures during our stay. We went tubing at Bryson City and stopped in to view the train museum. We rented a pontoon boat and went swimming at Lake Santeetlah. We went on a several hikes nearby with my 4 year old and 8 year old. The Joyce Kilmer Memorial Loop is a must see while here. We had such a wonderful time just being together and creating many family memories.Thank you to the hosts for making our family feel welcome.

This was our second time staying in this cabin. It was fantastic, just like the first time. It has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The fishing is fantastic, too!!

Week long motorcycle trip, cabin, roads, people; everything was fantastic.

Overall the cabin was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and perfect for a family trying to get away from the stresses of everyday life. Communication with Randy was quick and easy and he kept a check on us the entire time. The cabin is steps from the river where my wife and I caught nearly 100 trout over the course of our 5 day trip. We traveled up river about a mile in a half to the DH waters and my wife caught a personal best trout. Even caught a few right in front of the house. The front yard was perfect fog our dog and he also loved the river. Location is a good distance from town and multiple hikes and scenery. Overall we had a great time and we will definitely be back.

I almost don't want to share this beautiful place and keep it all to myself, but Randy and Bridget deserve kudos for the lovely place that have created. First off, the location is beautiful. You can stay right on site and have the beautiful Creek and surrounding woods and neighborhood to walk in. But it is a perfect home base for visiting all of the beautiful nearby places, like the nantahala Forest and gorge, the Joyce Kilmer forest, all of the lakes, rivers, waterfalls, and so much more. The cabin itself is clean, beautiful, and well taken care of. This time there were just two of us, but we stayed there last time with a bigger group and never once felt crowded. The owners are easy to work with and exceptionally quick to reply to any needs or questions. They provide you with a ton of information on local attraction, events, shopping, and dining. I truly can't think of a single thing that they missed. Having lots of beds, two bathrooms, comfortable seating and plenty of it, plus two sizable porches with lots of rocking chairs and swings and gliders means you simply can't be uncomfortable. Throw in the hot tub overlooking the creek and you have my happy place. This was our second stay and we are already planning the next trip!

We booked this property two years ago but had a death in the family and had to cancel last minute. Randy and Bridget were very understanding. We promised to rebook and we did. Communication with host was excellent. The property and house were perfect. Plenty of room for all of us(8 plus a baby, 2 small dogs). Kids loved the hot tub and fishing. We spent alot of time on the back deck. Its a perfect place to sit and relax. We took many day trips. Hoping to come back again.

This was a great place to relax and watch the kids and dog play all day in the creek. Randy was very easy to communicate with, and promptly took care of the few things we needed help with. One of the best cabins I have ever stayed at. This is a true gem nestled in the woods and the weekend was a breath of fresh air for me and my family. The guys loved being able to fish & relax. The cabin layout was great - we had everything we needed for our stay and didn’t leave once the entire weekend. I am obsessed with the back-porch & fire pit area. We would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

This was a wonderful creekside cabin! The cabin was just as listed and a great property. It provided ample space for our group of 6 and provided plenty of cookware for our meals. The deck overlooking the creek was fantastic! Relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the creek and looking at the stars was a perfect ending to each day! My husband and father enjoyed fishing in the creek, especially down the little path to the right of the backyard which brought them to a great fishing hole. Several trout were caught there! We thought the location was great! It was a nice quiet neighborhood and only about 20 minutes to get to Robbinsville (where there is an Ingles for groceries). We enjoyed visiting several places in the area: Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Yellow Creek Falls, and Cheoah Point beach on Lake Santeetlah. A little further away we got to visit: Fontana Dam, Cheoah Dam, Bryson City (The Road to Nowhere), and rafted at the Nantahala Outdoor Center. A huge favorite of the week was renting a pontoon boat for the whole day and seeing all of Lake Santeetlah! We would highly recommend the family owned business of Santeetlah Boat Rentals. We really enjoyed our week at this creekside cabin and exploring the area!

The cabin was perfect. We made all of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The couches and bed were very comfortable. There are a lot of great places close by to go hiking. The fishing was great, too. There is a path to the right off the back porch that is a 30 second walk to a little bit deeper water. My hubby caught a huge rainbow trout and several good size brown trout there (using crickets). We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is located in close proximity to town, and big snowbird trails for the BEST trout fishing on the east coast. Frankly, There is no place id rather be than on snowbird. The cabin was very clean and cozy, and the appliances were all new and working very well. Theres not much to say other than it can't get any better than this!

Amazing cabin right on the river, with a great porch and hot tub for taking the chill of the river off. The owners are so responsive and pleasant. We’ll be back!

This was the best cabin we have ever stayed in! Fishing on Snowbird Creek was fantastic even the children caught fish.

There isn't one thing we didnt like about the property. The creek in the back was so peaceful to hear in the morning. The cabin was well decorated and felt very cozy. It was 5 of us and we really just loved hanging out by the fire, making s'mores, playing games. I was able to cook home cooked meals, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a problem with the hot tub, owners were very responsive and solved the problem right away. There is lots to sight see within relatively a short drive. We will definitely be back again in the summer ❤

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our dog settled in easily, the bed was very comfortable and it was so nice to be so close to the river. Only complaint is that someone came by unannounced at 6:00 the night we checked in and never let us know what they were doing or even that they were there. I believe they were changing out the grill? But that was a tad unsettling. The layout of the furniture in the living room would make it a tad cramped for multiple people to get comfortable and watch tv. However, with so much natural beauty and the peaceful setting we didn't utilize the TV too much.

The property was very nice and our pets loved it. We enjoyed nature and that we were not that close to anyone and the guys enjoyed just walking out the back door to fish.

Breath taking for us, everything you need just the way suppose to be. We vacation a lot and normally have to carry things that some rentals don't have. You have it all and that's is great. Keep up the good work.

Clean and a great size for our 4 young adults and mom. Loved kayaking and tubing Snowbird Creek out behind the cabin. Great hiking in the area. Well appointed kitchen for us to cook all our meals. Internet helped the “kids” get some TV time at night. Quiet area with none of the crowds like the Smokies. Prompt and courteous communication with the property owners. Thank you for a great vacation!

This is the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. My daughter loved having “her own” bathroom upstairs. There are other properties nearby but our dog was still able to run free because the neighbor cabin was not occupied. Yay! Thank you for providing hand soap at the sinks and firewood. We only had one fire but the fire pit area was very nice. Front porch is great at night to view all the stars and lightning bugs. While we were happy to have a smart TV to have a movie night, what we truly enjoyed was the family time without electronics. The creek was flowing and so nice and soothing to listen to. We didn’t find much for places to eat or things to do in Robbinsville but did take a day trip to Bryson City for gem mining, shopping and food. There was one thing missing from this cabin…a jar to put lightning bugs in :). Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

What a great week! Cabin is amazing, setting is tranquil + hot tub is icing on the cake. Randy responded quickly anytime there was a question + made sure we had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. Butterflies during the day, fireflies at night! We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was a perfect setting for our creekside wedding. We look forward to many more stays at the cabin.

The property was perfectly clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, filters, sugar, oil and S&P. The refridgerator was spotless. In fact all the appliances looked brand new and worked great The cabin is right on the creek. We enjoyed all our meals on the deck listening to the creek. The king bed was super confortable and the sheets were nice and soft. We hope to come back soon.
