We have stayed at Ocean Hammock Cinnamon Beach a few times. We love the corner 3/3 units with the huge balconies. Unit 835 was everything and more

Great location awesome patio had a few bumps down the road, but they took care of everything right away. The only thing I’d have to say is the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise had a great time.

Overall the unit was clean and spacious. No one in our group had a single night of sleep due to the poor quality of all the mattresses. The view was amazing however we would not stay here again because of not getting any sleep.

Condo was nice, met our needs and was as advertised. However, management was disorganized with check in procedures and wasn't responsive to a cockroach infestation. Also, we weren't able to use the beach because of beach renurishment going on that wasn't communicated to us in advance. Good condo, poor management.

The condo was spacious and nice as shown in the listing. There is a great view of the ocean. The neighborhood makes you feel safe with a private atmosphere.

I don’t usually write reviews, but really felt that I needed to. We just returned last week from an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo looks just like the pictures. I am very particular with cleanliness, and it was very clean! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of things in the kitchen. The showers worked great. were two beach chairs and some toys for the beach which were great since we were flying not driving. I think my favorite thing about the condo is the stunning views! I could have sat on the balcony all day and just enjoyed the view. The pools were wonderful. They are saltwater which I love. The food and drinks at the grill by the Pool were great. There is only one thing that I would comment about the condo, and that is that the couch was a bit worn. We didn’t spend anytime on the couch, but if you need a nice couch that might be an issue. I also appreciated the timeliness of the management company. We were unable to open the door one day (it’s s code) and I called and spoke to someone immediately. The whole issue was resolved in 2 minutes. Overall a FANTASTIC trip to cinnamon beach. I loved the condo so much we are already looking into coming back in August.

The property was very clean and equipped. We spent most of our time on the lanai and the only thing we were disappointed with is that the there was no light on the lanai for the evenings. It was a full moon so we were lucky that it was bright outside. The property managers were very quick to respond and we left a note for a few things that would make it a little easier for guests. We were surprised that there were no beach towels being that this is a ocean front property and has 2 resort pools. We flew in so we did not have a option to bring them with us. The pictures need to be updated - there are bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom and it shows a queen bed. It was confusing because the description said bunkbeds? We made it work but it could be a issue with 3 couples traveling.
Overall though I would stay here again. I love this resort area.

Beautiful Place
This property is beautiful. We had the best vacation. The balcony views are amazing and the condo looks exactly like the pictures. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay so the bunk beds were perfect. The pools are great and the beach was so close. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely gorgeous property! We had 3 couples who stayed and there was plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor space on the balcony. Highly recommend.

Wonderful view
Loved the condo and the view....just needed the weather to cooperate! The condo was spacious and the kitchen very well stocked with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pools. Overall a great vacation.

Beautiful View …Lovely Condo
First I want to say that I was really impressed with the cooking utensils and the condition of the condo. Our challenges were 2 fold. The management company kept sending me an email to print of my gate pass. I emailed and called several times and did not get the email until the day before my arrival and I was already on the road. When I got there my key code didn’t work. That being said We had a great time!

Fabulous property
Exceptional property, great location, clean and furnished nicely. We will stay there again. Need to bring, beach towels, food, coffee filters, coffee, salt pepper and other such items. Good stay.

The condo was everything hoped for. Wi-fi was a bit flaky, but otherwise experience was ideal.

I would have liked a few wine glasses in the condo. The pool guy was a little over the top about no drinks near the pool I understand the rule but they were only a handful of people there and we all had cups and it was the adult pool The first day no one was at the concession stand and we wanted a meal as we had just arrived. We ended up running to the store which no one wanted to do. Beautiful place and we will come back soon.

We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach many times and have always enjoyed our time there. This time was our trip was "Exceptional", and our family enjoyed every day at this beautiful condo. From the comfortable furnishings to the peaceful time on the porch overlooking the Atlantic, we felt right at home. We will be back for our next beach vacation at 835 Cinnamon Beach!

Cycling Vacation
This property was amazing. We rented with friends and family (5 adults) to ride the Tour De Forte Bicycle ride in St. Augustine. It was close enough to meet other friends for dinner and check out the town, but far enough removed not to be in the hustle bustle. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and the view was awesome. Great pool, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Just a note, this is not a hotel so bring extra TP, paper towels and your own beach towels. Had several things to discuss with management and they were extremely helpful and took care of everything. We'll be back next year!!

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation in unit 835. The condo is very spacious and comfortable with lovely decor. Beach access was fantastic and convenient. The pool area is great and easy to get to. We generally go different places every year for vacation and this is one of the best. We went kayaking, took a sunset cruise in st. Augustine. We ate in a lot due to COVID restrictions. One negative - I wish was there was a place on the property for grilling.

New family tradition
The condo was incrdible, the view from the balcony was my favorite, beautiful, relaxing; the private beach was stunning and convinient specially during these covid times and the need for social distancing. We had a relaxing, fun and overall great time, we hope to return every summer.

Beautiful view and very comfortable accommodations
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has an incredible view off of the living room. The condo is very clean and maintained well. We will definitely book again.

Great place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable and plenty of space! We had a little trouble connecting with the property management company I think mainly because it was the start of COvID-19 and a lot of people were calling them at the same time. The condo was great and the area was beautiful! Our favorite spot was the balcony!

Beautiful place on the beach
The condo is very nice, the master bedroom windows would not open there is no grille in property and getting in touch with Mgmt is really tough until you’re on property then it was a little better

Family Beach Week
Had an awesome time with my family at Cinnamon Beach in the Palm Coast. We have made it a tradition to try to get together here each summer. This is our fourth visit. It’s peaceful and beautiful there and our accommodations were clean and very comfortable for all 7 of us. Pool and gym facilities were also very nice. We will be back next year!

Lots of room, clean and luxurious
We were stunned by how nice these condos were, none of the people in our group had anything negative to say. The environment was safe and friendly. A Publix store was a short drive away.

Beautiful condo
We had a great stay for a long weekend. The condo is very spacious and very comfortable for 3 couples although we only had 2 couples. The pool areas were also very nice. We would definitely recommend this condo highly and look forward to returning!

Unit needs some TLC.
We have stayed a Cinnamon Beach before and enjoyed our stay. Amenities of resort are nice. Pools, beach and bike paths are great. Pool side grill was good. Our condo had not been cleaned when we arrived at 7 PM. A scheduling issue with cleaning service? Cleaning service came in with new linens and cleaned bathrooms and kitchen and mopped floors fairly quickly. No concerns with the quick cleaning, however the condo needs a deep cleaning. Unit was dusty and unkept. Sliding door to balcony needs repair. Very hard to open/close and handle was broken. Lock for door is a PVC pipe!? No water to refrigerator so NO ICE! Repair guy stated it was a plumbing issue. No broom in room to keep floors clean while staying. Lots of small issues with lamp shades and other items. All this was NO big deal except that the rental group made a huge deal about taking care of the room during the rental agreement but that is not the case for this condo. This condo needs maintenance and cleaning. Overall the experience here was good.

Our stay was wonderful, but the weather was a little colder than expected. The condo is fabulous. Very comfortable. The ocean is at your window. The amenities were very good. It was a little far from restaurants and activities. You did feel very protected.

Unit 835 was really nice and clean, would recommmend this unit to anyone. Stay away from unit 845! 831 is beautiful too!

Biketoberfest 2014
Our location was between Daytona and St Augustine Fl. This was very convenient for going to different areas unless you wanted to be out late in Daytona.We had three couples staying at this condo which was plenty of room. It was a GREAT getaway.We couldn't have had a better time.Terrific view and the weather was perfect. Due to being gone a lot we didn't get to enjoy the pool and other benefits of staying there but would recommend for anyone with or without children.

Best vacation
It was a wonderful place & I have recommended to other relatives. I did not want a tourist busy area, which it was not but only 30 minutes to St Augustine & only 40 minutes to Daytona

First family vacation
The place was amazing, from the first day we all felt at home. The only complaint we had was that the dryer could be updated, took too long to dry clothes. But other than that everything was great!! Will definitely be back!! Thanks!!

Great week at the beach!
From a 4 year-old, to his parents, to his grandparents...a great time was had by all. Perfect location and facilities. The Vacation rental pros folks did a pro job with all the arrangements. We cooked many meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Captains BBQ was spectacular & got multiple visits. JTs Seafood was great, but we skipped it Sat nite as the wait was over an hour (same for all the nearby restaurants--plan to go early the first nite!). Enjoyed Flagler Fish Company's wonderfully excellent seafood both dine in and cooked at the condo.

My wife and I have stayed at this condo twice and recommend it to anyone that enjoys the ocean. The facility is A-1 top quality, including the recreational facilities.
