We love staying at Wachesaw. This is the second time we have visited there. It’s a beautiful place! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and walking and looking at all the beautiful trees and houses. Everyone is so friendly and seem to love living there. We also felt very safe there! Thanks for sharing your cottage with us!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties through the years and they've all been lovely. However, if I could, i would have this house for my own! It's the perfect size and layout. The property was lovely and it was a quiet neighborhood. It's our favorite!

Best place to be for couples and families. Beautiful setting with lots of shade trees and directly across from pool. Central location between to Pawleys Island and Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay there again!!!

We loved our stay. The place was so beautiful fully equipped. The pool was directly across the road. The people were so friendly. I actually made a friend there to keep in touch. We loved sitting on the screened in porch every morning & had breakfast. All guests should visit the Marsh Walk. It is only 6 minutes away. They have good food & music. The beach is not far. This is a great location. This is our new go to place & hope to return next year, I would give it 5 stars plus

Great location, everything we needed was at the home. Nice pool and beautiful golf course. Beach was just a short drive, and neighborhood was peaceful and very lovely. My family felt very safe staying here. Thank you so much Burt.

A nice house and property convenient to the swimming pool. However, there was no detergent available for the dish washer, kitchen sink, clothes washer, very little toilet paper and only two small bars of soap for the showers. Also, it was difficult to communicate with the owner before we left PA and finally received a response the morning of our arrival date.

This is our 4th year vacationing in Murrells Inlet and we hope to return next year. Far enough away from the hustle bustle to unwind, close enough to experience all that a beach vacation has to offer and then some. Don’t miss Brookgreen Gardens, its unique, educational and beautiful.

beautifully decorated but needs update on cosmetic things. Fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. I would suggest a king size bed and remove some personal items. Would recommend cottage.

Great Neighborhood and great unit. Just steps from the pool and if you have a pet a small fenced-in yard was perfect. Just a little disappointed in a few tiny things. Hand soap in the bathroom had been watered down. Didn't come with TP or paper towels. The 1 bed in the 2nd bedroom was not ideal at all. The pull-out couch actually slept better.

The Great Escape….
We love Murrells Inlet. This is the third ‘pet friendly’ cottage we’ve stayed at on Wachesaw Plantation. Although it could use a little updating, it was clean, quiet and relaxing. We will absolutely be returning to the Inlet and would gladly rent the same cottage.

We had a great stay at this property. The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful. Lots of old oaks with Spanish moss. Very shaded. Great time.

Beautiful property surrounded by Live Oaks covered in Spanish Moss. A great southern getaway in a quiet, immaculately kept private gated community. We stayed for a short trip and were very pleased. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect Location
If you want to stay in Murrells Inlet then there is no place nicer or safer in the whole area. We were supposed to stay a year ago but my wife developed cancer and we couldn't make it. Burt went out of his way and let us come on the same dates this year. What more could you ask for?

VERY HAPPY WITH OUR STAY
We were very happy to stay at Burts cottage. Check in was simple, the house is lovely, very homey and clean. It was well equipped with all necessities and had a lovely screened in porch which was nice to relax in the evening even though it was quite cool this Thanksgiving in SC. We are very happy with our accommodations, location was less than 10min to all and the property is a beautiful place with hundreds of year old oak trees and a pristine golf course.
