The top floor gives you amazing view. Fireworks on New Years !! Condo had everything you needed an so nice to have extra dishes. We have stayed in many units at GC and we will be back to this one.

We will definitely come back to book this condo. It had all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked, the closet had beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, ice chest) and the view was amazing. It was in a great location and an easy walk to the Shops at Wailea and restaurants. The barbecue, hot tub and pool was right below the balcony for easy access. The views from this condo are great, especially at sundown over the ocean. The unit kitchen is very well stocked and the knives are even sharp which is a rarity in my experience. Would definitely stay here on our next Maui visit.

We loved our stay here. Had a couple hiccups like a broken chair, and unfortunately the roof was being worked on (it was supposed to be completed prior to our stay), but the communication from the property management was good. Great location in Wailea. A nice walk to shops and the beach/resort area. Great restaurants nearby.

We had absolutely amazing stay at beautiful place on earth. Mahalo

Book without fear. One downside, there is no food storage and there are what I've chosen to call "maui ants". There were traps and the property even sprayed during our stay. That was a beautiful 4 hours of no bugs. Point is, bugs are a fact of life and this place did everything that could be asked. Its a beautifu space and I would 100% stay here again. Just be prepared to store your food on the dining table and wipe off the main counter space before preparing food. We don't cook much on vacation so it didnt impact us very much. Enjoy.

The place was perfect for our trip to Maui! The place was clean and the welcome basket was so nice! Great to have cold beer in fridge upon arrival and coffee for in the morning :) Sunset views were amazing! Great location close to great shops and food and beaches! Loved having all the chairs and umbrellas and cooler for our beach days! Pool below being renovated through mid June so had to walk a bit to grill but other pool not far at all! Perfect place for a relaxed trip to beautiful Maui! Thanks for sharing your place!

This condo was in close proximity to the shops, resorts and beaches. It has everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We didn’t miss being at the more expensive resorts on the beach at all! We actually got a day pass at the Fairmont, but I probably would have enjoyed it more just hanging out at the condo! Property management was very quick to respond when we had issues with not getting a parking pass. This property was great and would definitely stay again!

This was a very roomy and well outfitted condo, in a great location! It was very easy to book and had everything we needed for a family of five.

Overall this stay was amazing! Very large unit with lots of space. Very clean! Beds were very comfortable! Unit was equipped with pack and play for baby and a high chair that attaches to a chair. Please note this is the top unit with no elevator so you need to be able to climb a few flights of stairs! This wasn’t a problem for us, but would be for someone with mobility issues. Unit had everything we needed! Beach chairs, beach toys, parking spot, towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, etc. Definitely will stay here again!!

The condo was amazing! It was far better than I expected. It had every amenities you can think of. All of the beach items (coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towel, body board, etc.) are such a wonderful convenience. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). The condo is in a perfect location to walk to the shops and restaurant. The kitchen had everything! This condo was truly amazing and made our trip to Maui one of the best in my life. I would definitely stay here again and to anyone planning a vacation to the beautiful island of. Maui.

The pool is just out the back door and down some stairs. It is a small pool but we didn't spend much time there - mostly using he hot tub at nights after getting back from exploring the island or the beaches. We loved that were 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 2 coolers, a couple of beach bags, and 2 body boards to use! There is a grill in the pool area that we used one for dinner. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. There is a washer and dryer just outside in a closet on the deck which was very convenient. There were only 6 bath towels and we stayed 7 nights so we used the washer for those as well as swimming suits and beach towels during our stay. The condo sits just high enough that you have a view of the ocean from the deck. We saw several whales from the deck which was fun. Plenty of chairs and a table on the deck as well. The condo was clean which always make me happy and I am fairly hard to please when it comes to clean! We did have an issue with tiny ants on the main kitchen counter after a couple of days. We were very careful to keep food and dishes cleaned up because we noticed the ant traps around. But we had a lot of rainy days so maybe that made the ants worse? The management company did say they would have the cleaners put our more ants traps but I would suggest having extra's under the kitchen sink (we did find an empty box of ant traps under the kitchen sink when we looked for some). We would stay here again and the entire family was sad to leave!

Stayed here with my small family and brother. This place is truly top-notch and may be my new favorite vacation rental. The condo is very spacious and the separate rooms are really separate living units. We appreciated the high quality furniture, I noticed that the other vacation rentals around us had cheap outdoor furniture, whereas this place has high quality furnishings and decor throughout. Having a full and well stocked kitchen is a must for us, and the views from the patio are probably the best in Maui. We went home every evening to swim, bbq, and enjoy eating dinner while watching the sunset. The pools are also very well maintained and lovely! We are already planning our next trip to Maui and will likely stay here again!

Great location -- within walking distance of the Shops at Wailea and a short drive to the Wailea. This unit overlooks one of the subdivision's swimming pools and is one of the only units in the subdivision with an ocean view. The islands of Lānaʻi and Kahoʻolawe are visible in the distance and you get a great sunset every night on the lanai. The units has lots of room to spread out and independent air conditioning in the two bedrooms and living room. As of mid-August 2022, the unit did not have hot water in the kitchen sink, which meant that the dishwasher did not do a good job cleaning dishes. Once we realized that, we hand- washed the dishes.

Clean well kept property right above the pool and across the street from a great coffee shop and so close to restaurants and shopping.

It's even prettier than some of the pricier areas with hotels. The condo is at the top of the tallest building on the property, so you can see to the amazing beach over the others from the fantastic balcony. The condo itself is in great shape and well equipped. It's also right on top of the pool with steps leading down to it. I was able to look over the balcony and see my teenaged son in the pool. Checkin was so easy, and we had a designated parking spot. There was a welcome basket. There wasn't a lot of noise even though the pool was below us. They provide everything you could want for sitting at the beach or snorkeling, including chairs, umbrellas, huge beach towels, coolers, body boards, snorkels, goggles, and fins. There are restaurants and stores nearby, and I saw plenty of people out walking around. Island Gourmet Markets is right around the corner; it's a small grocery store with everything you need. There are even pre-made meals if you don't feel like dining out. If you have trouble with stairs, this isn't the place for you, because it's on the third floor with no elevators. We knew that when we reserved it, and it wasn't a problem for us. The shower mat in the bathroom suuuucks, and that's my only complaint. Lol. There's one thing I want to mention not related to the condo. I've been to maui before and done the Road to Hana, so I expected it to be the same. If you plan on doing that, make sure to have cash because some of the things are no longer free like they use to be. Some waterfalls have parking fees and things like that, but there are also more restaurants and restrooms along the way now. Also, the black sand beach is paid, and reservations need to be made days in advance. You get a time slot, and it takes about 3 to 5 hours to drive there from the start of the trip depending on how much you stop and look at. Don't rush trying to get there. It's cool, but don't miss the other stuff along the way just for that. If you're adventurous, keep going past Hana to the national park. The 2 mile hike to the waterfall is a rewarding end to a long journey. I recommend using the Road to Hana Maui Driving Tour app. It's not free, but it's worth the few dollars. Save a little energy for the ride back if you do. Try Shoreline Snuba or repelling. They're both amazing. Have fun!
