The pictures don’t do this home justice. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious and had anything and everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful views and we enjoyed watching the baby deer playing around the property. Would highly recommend this property!

Our daughter got married in Roche harbor. This house was perfect location and size for a big family to stay. This house was the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. The layout of the home as well as the view was amazing.

This was quite spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. However, there was no Kleenex anywhere in the unit and with cold and damp weather, people will catch colds. They require you to take off your shoes when you enter - this should be in the conditions of stay as most of us did not pack slippers since we were unaware of the situation. Heated floors in the master bath was nice - wish we had known about them from the start - recommend a highlight card of unusual features in the unit. Hot tub was perfect with a nice view of the water. Rain head in the shower drips water - need to turn it on hot first so that it doesn't drip cold water while taking an otherwise warm shower. Wonderful views from the deck and unit of the water - saw deer, raccoon, many birds. Blinds did not block the sun in the morning - hard to sleep once it became light. 3 king beds were very comfortable. Outdoor beds need some weeding done occasionally. Big thistle almost blocked the entrance. Nest thermostat didn't follow our directions Great walk to Roche Harbor or the Mausoleum Too many activities to use TV. Separate hot water on sink explained why there was no teapot - once again took a couple of days to figure out.

This is our third visit to this house in Roche Harbor. Spacious, very well equipped and in a terrific location. We highly recommend this VRBO house.

Beautiful home with all the amenities one could want. Gorgeous view of the water. Chef’s kitchen. Three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The “kids” room was good for adults too. Highly recommend this property.

This home was exactly as listed. Plenty of room (and towels - thank you!!) for the 9 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped (as listed) which was a joy for us. We cannot wait to come back and revisit this beautiful place!

Overall it was the perfect place to stay!! We loved the layout of the house, especially the large kitchen; the style of the house was very comfortable; there were plenty of kids activities for our three little ones, ages 4, 3, and 2; and the adults all enjoyed the hot tub after the kids were in bed!!! It is also a very convenient location for a quick drive down to Roche Harbor Marina and easy drive to everywhere else on the island....Friday Harbor, sheep farm and Lime Kiln Park. The few things that could have used a bit more attention....there was a wind storm on Monday, we arrived on Thursday and it still looked like they could have used a blower to clean away some additional debit dropped by all the surrounding trees. Also, the master shower has what appears to be a great rain shower in the center, however it didn't work when we were there. Instead it just leaked enough water to trickle cool water as we showered with the other shower heads. Lastly, it was a bonus when we received a text 2 hrs before check-in saying the house was ready and we could get there any time without any additional fee. Keep in mind that the key lock box is the one closest to the parking area, NOT the one right next to the door to get in. We missed the one closer to the garage doors and got frustrated when we couldn't get the one by the door to open. After 4 adults went to try it, the 5th one finally saw the additional key box and it opened right up with the code provided!!! Our mistake. Though I would guess we are probably not the first to make it. ;) We did try to call the number provided for assistance and had to leave a message when noone was available. Thankfully we figured it out with in the hour since we didn't get a call back until over 2 hrs later. As I wrote....overall it was a beautiful property and we would probably use it again, just a few minor things that could have made it more seamless.

Great house in a fun location. Nice short bike ride to Roche Harbor. We had troubles with really slow internet, but the property management team and owner were great and replaced the router. It worked pretty well after that. :)

We loved our time at this property. We come to the San Juan’s every year and everyone remarked that this was the best house we have stayed in. It was a great house for two families of four. The water access is wonderful and we loved the calm Neil Bay in front. Highly recommend!
