Property is modern and spacious. Backyard is private which is really nice when using the Pool and spa.

The property is within a close drive to the strip. The house is clean and well stocked with items you’ll need. The negatives - contact the property manager well in advance of your arrival to heat the pool- it takes 24 hours and a fee per day. The ‘warm tub’ does not come with a remote or wall switch start. Guests must VRBO message the property manager through the app Every Time they wish to have the jets turned on. I did finally find the property manager’s cell number in the pool guide (which describes using a remote to turn on the hot tub - but I was told that this particular locations spa can only be turned on remotely by the property manager) and text to get the jets working on the second day. I had to text each morning and evening to use it (annoyed by this). Our group may just be used to soft comfortable beds at home but every one of the 6 beds has a low quality extra firm-as-a-board mattress. Some of us slept on the couch because we were sore in the morning. The beds may work fine for kids or for adults that prefer an extra firm mattress - otherwise bring a mattress topper. The pillows are great.

Pool heat is a hefty extra charge per day with a 2 day minimum, and is not disclosed anywhere until you’re sent a pdf the morning of arrival. Given all the reviews mentioning the heated pool, and no disclosure of cost ahead of time, it felt wrong. No pool floats of any kind, so we picked them up at a store and left them for the next guests. Since the property is non-refundable, you pay. We paid (the pool was the highlight of the trip and it would have been pretty unusable in the mid-October weather without the heat). This brought the cost with fees and tax to well over the listed price per night. You decide if it’s worth it.

We had an outstanding stay here. The house and property was was clean and well kept. There was ample space for us. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

This property was super clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood in reasonable Uber/Taxi distance to Freemont Street, the strip, and the Arts District. Definitely would stay again if returning to Las Vegas.

This was the perfect place for my family and relatives to have a get together and enjoy each others company. Beautifully maintained, spacious and close (1.5 miles from the Las Vegas Strip) so you could take Ubers to get around. Had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this property !

We had a great stay! The house was not quite ready at check in time, but the manager was very communicative and allowed us to drop our bags off and then gave us late checkout so it was not a problem. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

My girlfriends and I stayed for a small bachelorette party and the house was so cute and accommodating and spacious. Super conveniently located close to downtown so Ubers were super quick and easy as well. Would highly recommend!!!

There was plenty of room for all six of us. The house was comfortable and clean. We loved the backyard area and enjoyed the pool each day. Our host was most helpful and was quick to take care of any of our needs. Would definitely recommend this place to others who are in Vegas and want close proximity to the Strip.

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was nice being close to the strip but we really enjoyed being able to relax at the house! Great communication with property manager. The only suggestion we had was that the kitchen could use some more things like cooking dishes, Tupperware and pot holders. Highly recommend this property!

We were very impressed with the property when we saw it on Vrbo. The space was wonderful and it was extremely convenient to get to The strip, however we noticed some things were amiss when we got here. There was evidence of parties having been held here before us. (Tape still stuck to the walls dust on the floors. Some previous guest shoes were sitting by the bed in my room.) This suggested that the cleaning was not very thorough, and in all this wouldn’t be a significant problem just a minor inconvenience. The real issue came when we were unable to freely use the amenities that the house has. The fireplace is zip tied shut and not functional. The outdoor fire pit had no propane tank. On this rare cold night in the desert it would’ve been very nice to be able to utilize these features. Additionally, the hot tub outside is only selectively turned on at the owners convenience. We have to contact the owner and get them to cut it on remotely. The owner was not available for us to contact. Also there is no alternative point of contact for after hours questions. The next day I found a snippy text message declaring that they were quiet hours she is not to be contacted unless it’s an emergency. I found that customer service to be very lacking. Per the contract, we are supposed to have our own remote to be able to cut on and off the pool heater, but that was not the case. And considering the cost of this rental , it seems inappropriate have to ask permission from an outside source anytime I would like to use my own hot tub.

It was my second time staying at the house. 5 stars. Great location and easy communication with the manager. I’ll be back.

Very nicely presented in a good location, with enough space for 6 adults for the week while exhibiting at the convention center.

Pro’s: House is located in a nice area close to smiths grocery and a quick Uber to the strip or Fremont. Everything was nice & clean. Con’s: Down side owner knew jacuzzi jets did not work properly before our stay (main reason we booked) and did not mention anything until I had her turn them on and they splashed water everywhere. Communication could’ve been better a worker showed up unexpectedly during our stay with no notice from the owner. Group of 6 people, none of the beds were comfortable sadly.

The home was lovely, larger, open. Plenty of beds, open floorpan...we had a very nice stay. Would stay there again. The only negative was the massaging jets in the jacuzzi were not operating correctly as that is the best part of a jacuzzi.

Nice layout, needs more attention to accommodating guests properly. Property on noisy, busy road. Needs some attention to outside. Update cushions, grill chairs. Structure cracks.

Stay away. The property is unsafe. My group was robbed while we were out of the house. All doors were locked when we left, so the person who accessed the home either had the key code, an actual key, or was able to pick the lock. I contacted the owner to let him know-- his first question was NOT "are you OK?" or "how can I help make this right?"-- instead, it was "did they break anything in the house?". At no time has an apology been offered-- nor has there been an offer to help in any form or fashion. Guy is a grade A jerk who only cares about his bottom line. The property itself is mediocre at best (it is very clear the property owner is doing/providing the bare minimum in order to maximize his own profits), but the whole robbery thing put it over the top. Avoid at all costs.

Home was perfect. Pool was clean and so was the home located on a busy street perfect for ubers and lyft .
