This is the third time we have stayed in this home and when visiting central Florida we would not consider anywhere else. The owners are delightful and are quick to respond, it’s a wonderful neighborhood and our dog loves to take up over to the golf course so that he can watch the golfers. He loves it when they see him watching and when finished with the hole they come see their cabin fan. The primary bedroom has a new foam pad which helps the mattress a bunch but it’s still too hard for us. The only thing I can find slightly wrong is that when someone stays two weeks or longer, I would like to see at least 1 roll of toilet paper week per bathroom. That is only a minor concern as we always bring our own. I also suggest bringing bottled water with you, through no fault of the owner, Haines city water is the worst on the planet. The good news is Walmart and Dollar General market are so close you can pop out quickly to get some. This is our home away from home. Our dog even remembers where we place his food and water bowl and he stood in the same place waiting for us to put it down for him. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to our next. Oh and awesome restaurants nearby too. Don’t hesitate to check them iut.

This property was very clean and the screened in porch was a hit! We spent most of our time out there.

Beds and furniture need upgrading

Top marks to the cleaning Company, everything was spotless. Loved the pool, we spent a lot of time in there. The villa had all we needed for a lovely holiday and the Southern Dunes estate was very quiet while we were there.

Comfortable and spacious

The house was exactly as described. Very clean. Beds were soooo comfortable. All bedding and towels were provided, so all we needed were our personal belongings and a quick trip to the grocery store for food. Laundry machines are on site, so we didnt have to over pack ( but we did anyways lol) The pool was clean and refreshing too!

Beautiful home and clean pool was awesome But beds need updated squeak and not comfortable in the two small bedrooms all in all great place to rent

We found Southern Dunes the perfect place for us, so as soon as we decided to return to America we knew where to stay. We were impressed by the pictures of the Villa straight away and felt this would be perfect for us on this vacation. Comnunication with Wilhelm was great. He replied asap any time that i emailed and helped eith any questions we had. First impressions of the Villa was very clean, tidy, spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped for holiday needs. We were very impressed with the outside space (both front and back). The grounds are well maintained and pool extremely clean and the perfect temperature without being heated. We highly recommend this Villa for couples and families, and thanks to Wilhelm for letting us rent his house for our home whilst we stayed in America.

Great stay and great location.

Nice house in a quiet golf community. Shopping and restaurants were very close by; less than a 5 min drive away. Home was spacious and well maintained. Even though we didnt travel with small children, a highchair and playpen were on the premises, for those who may need them, which is a nice accommodation for anyone with babies/toddlers. Pool area was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you need for dining in and a grill is available too. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This home was the perfect vacation home for us. Everything we needed was there and the home was amazing. We received all the information about the home before we arrived so we knew where everything was, all the information for the televisions and internet and the property. We felt very comfortable and right at home.

A wonderful house with amazing owners who are quick to reply. It’s refreshing to rent an place that does not tack on exorbitant cleaning and pet fees. My only wish is that the master had a king size bed but we manage with the Queen. We like paying lower nightly rates and bringing our own extra paper supplies and dishwasher detergent. Basics are included and we bring from home the items we can’t live without. Fantastic location and close to any activities you might want to do. Our dog loves this place and for the first time he didn’t want to come home. He fell in love watching the golfers play on the greens close to the house. Wilhelm thank you for sharing (y)our home with us. We look forward to our next visit.

Communication with owner regarding some minor issues regarding the house were answered in a prompt manner. Bed mattresses needs updating as they were not very comfortable and creaked as you moved. Pool area was comfortable and well used. Neighbour hood was lovely.

The home was spacious, lots of restaurants and department stores around. The home does need a few updates, but aside from that I would highly recommend renting this home for any vacation.

I love this house and the neighborhood. The view of the gulf course from the pool is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Bonita. Prior to our stay we were given all the information we needed and were updated during the hurricane since we were arriving right after Ian hit. All was well with the home and it was very clean. The pool was probably one of the best parts. Not only was it heated, but it was heated to a very nice temp, the kids enjoyed it. There were other pleasant surprises such as a double stroller which came in handy as we only took our single. The community was beautiful. Most importantly, we didn’t have planes flying overhead all hours of the day which was one of our regrets with a previous home we stayed at. Overall, this is a beautiful home and the owners are great with communicating. Would 100% recommend.

Was close to shops and food

Everything was wonderful. My husband stated several times how comfortable this rental home was to him. Owners were great with their communication, property manager was quick to respond. The queen sized bed was not large enough since we have a king at home but it was more than adequate. The pool was better than fantastic, perfect temperature, not overly treated and extremely relaxing. I love the Southern Dunes community, the guards at the entrance are friendly and it’s close to everything. Thank you for sharing your home with us Mr & Mrs Kuster.
