Great location for sure house keeper needs to clean better but other than that our stay was great

We were stuck in Moab with our two pups due to Truck breaking down while on vacation pulling our RV. This townhome was our home away from home! Very accommodating when we had extend our stay two more nights. Very clean and completely stocked with everything we needed. Fenced yard for pups was a plus! Great grocery store minutes away. Would definitely recommend!

It was well equipped, the communication was good, and the property manager was very professional. The only negative was the master bedroom (which was the only one we used) is in desperate need of new sheets, blankets and pillows. The pillows were lumpy as a bag of laundry, blankets were stained and worn, and the sheets were so thin they must have been washed hundreds of times. Really, really need replacement. Otherwise a very nice place.

The townhome was very comfortable and was nicer than advertised.

Loved this as our “home base” while we were in Moab to visit the parks. Quiet neighborhood with nice views from the backyard. Restaurants and grocery store are a short drive away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had the tools we needed, and it was clean.

Close to town, clean, quiet.

Perfect location, clean, checkin and checkout very easy. Loved the fire pit. A very fun addition to our stay and one of the qualities that made this the place for us. A little more detail on bed types not just pictures would have been helpful. And the full size bed could be changed out. Sags in the middle big time. Had trouble with the code on the front door. Door connected to garage easy entry with code.

The property was well-equipted, clean, and as described. Its location is great: a rather easy walk to most restaurants and drive/bike to Arches. It was well-furnished and well-laid out. The "access to pool" mentioned is actually year-round access to an indoors heated pool.

The VRC group was about the best rental management we have worked with. The house is centrally located and at least 3 outdoor sitting areas.

Condo was nicely appointed with amenities (Aveda soaps) and nicely furnished. Short stay and did not use complex pool. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location to town and nature trails/parks was great.

Very clean, updated and within close proximity to everything in Moab. Loved that we could take the dogs too. Master bedroom is very private. Loved having the community pool.

Will stay here again.

Beautiful home and very clean. Walk to downtown.

Nice size condo with three bedrooms and two baths in good shape close to center of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. Cute fenced backyard with seating and a fire pit, which we didn't get a chance to use. Dog friendly yet nicer than many places that allow pets. Garage and plenty of parking for several vehicles if you need it.

Clean, spacious, and an especially great layout if a master bedroom with an ensuite is desired to get away from the fray; the fenced yard made it a great location for our small doggo as well. Nice neighborhood and close proximity to town, and the ping pong table is a fun addition in the garage. The HOA indoor pool was large and okay for our two grandkids, but too chilly for the adults. The kitchen was very well-appointed and had TWO coffeepots, it only wanted a teakettle to be rated as absolutely perfect.

We loved our stay at this pet friendly home! It's in the perfect location to walk to eat and the yard was great for the dog. The place itself is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could have wanted and we really appreciated the garage. I will say, oddly, the ceiling lights in the kitchen didn't work but the overall lighting in the home was bright enough to be able to work around that little glitch. Also, I accidentally left my Apple charger and cord behind and did call the management company to ask if it was found as I knew right where I left it plugged in but never heard anything more. That was my fault for leaving it behind, however, and absolutely no reflection on the quality or cleanliness of the home. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Moab!

This property was perfect for a jumping off spot to enjoy all Moab has to offer. The dogs loved the fenced yard. The yard also offered patches of shade to get out of the sun for a bit. The place is very nice and very well equipped. We will be back.

The whole Moab experience went very well, from start to finish. This includes the reservation process, the condo/home we stayed in, the outdoor activities we enjoyed & all the local hospitality. We'll be back!!

When we arrived, the property had dead and live bugs in the window sills, the sheets on the bed were wet, there was no coffee, and the floors had not been cleaned. I texted the property manager and she sent a cleaning crew the next morning, and they corrected all these issues. After these initial problems were resolved, we had a lovely stay in this property. Really appreciated how responsive Gloryann was to our concerns.

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in backyard was great for hanging out. They even left wood out for the fire pit but we didn’t get a chance to use it. There’s a ping pong table in the garage too. This place is top notch.

Three bedrooms two baths were great as we had company twice. Our soninlaw and daughter came to visit. First two weeks we beat the crowds when spring break hit the population tripled!A bonus to have our dog along!
