We had seven adults and four children stay at the property over Thanksgiving break. The upstairs bunk room with its own private bathroom was perfect for the children. When they inevitably got up far too early, they had the air hockey/TV room where they could hang out. Was a great amount of space, and despite the cold, the house felt cozy. Tony was very gracious and allowed us to check in earlier on Thanksgiving day. The hot tub was as wonderful as anticipated. The water pressure for the showers was heavenly. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room. Tony communicated everything we needed to know about the property and was a great host. If your looking for a place to stay with friends or family I would recommend this property for its location, value, and accommodations.

The property was really great for our group of 7. We all remarked that it was noticeably clean and the communication with the lister was above average. We loved having 3 bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, large living space, laundry and most of all, a hot tub!We enjoyed a short walk into town for coffee and a couple long walks on the Lake Geneva Walking Path.

The pictures didn’t do this place Justice. Stayed here with a big group of friends for our Snowboarding/Ski trip to Alpine Valley. Lots of room and Furniture was very nice and high quality! very comfortable! Beds were all very comfortable also! We loved the Jacuzzi and how close we were to all the bars and restaurants! Tony was great with everything and was an awesome host!Definitely going to come back here again this year!

My 2 sons and their families stayed with my husband and I at the Lake house in Williams Bay for the 4th of July Holiday. Due to the pandemic this was not our usual holiday celebration but the house was perfect for my 5 grandsons (ages 2-11) to get away from home and enjoy some cousin time. They loved the hot tub and air hockey table. The house was large enough for everyone to have some queit space when needed and plenty of room to gather together for games and TV and mealtimes. The house had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was great. We enjoyed walks on the Lake Geneva Lake path which was just steps away from the house. We opted not to eat in restaurants ( we did carry out and used the grill ouside) or use the beach but when social distancing is no longer necessary the house is an easy walk to everything. Tony was great. He was prompt with communication and very accomodating to all of our needs.

My family rented this beautiful house to celebrate Thanksgiving. This is my Mother's (85) holiday that she wants her family together. This house fit the bill. The grandkids loved the air hockey table and the grownups loved the hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a more hospitable host than Tony. We will definitely be back hopefully next Thanksgiving. I would definitely recommend this house.

We rented this property for a family reunion. We had three of our daughters and their families stay here. The house is wonderful for those traveling with children- plenty of space. Location is perfect- within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property. Tony, the owner, was wonderful.

Our stay at the Lake Geneva Lakehouse was excellent. The house was very clean and well kept. We used the hot tub on multiple occasions and was impressed with the cleanliness of the water and overall tub. Parking was located behind the house and easily fit two SUVs and two sedans. The location was spot on as we were a short walk from Pier 290 and Willie's Harpoon. The views over the lake were excellent as well. Overall this is a great home to spend at least a few days with good friends and family. Tony was an excellent host and extremely responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would come back in a heartbeat.

I have had the distinct pleasure of staying twice at this location, the most recent for my 20th Anniversary and renewal of our vows with our large family. It has always been clean, welcoming and Tony has always been accommodating, including taping our ceremony. It has been a joy, conveniently located and I would highly recommend it!

We rented this house to celebrate New Year with my family and friends. We had a great time, house is clean and groomed, hot tub was ready when we like to use it! Tony was all the time on touch with us for any questions! I’ll recommend this house to everybody! Thank you Tony!

Great place to stay for our family weekend. Tony was awesome to work with and very accommodating. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The hot tub was the best part and got plenty of use. If ever back in Lake Geneva, we would definitely stay again.

My family and I (10 adults 2 childen) celebrated Christmas here. We had a fabulous time! The kitchen was wonderful for making Christmas dinner, the living areas both upstairs and on the main floor were great for playing games (the kids loved the air hockey table!), and we all slept comfortably. Having three full baths was wonderful, and the hot tub was an added bonus (adults and kids enjoyed this!). The beautiful Pier 290 restaurant is just a short walk from the house, and all 12 of us walked there for a meal. Tony answered all of our questions ahead of time and was very accommodating. Check in and check out was easy and quick too! Williams Bay was beautiful and quiet; the winter getaway exceeded our expectations. We plan on coming back again in the summer season!

My Family and I decided to go for an Apple picking weekend again this year. Seeing the home was an immediate breath of fresh air. It was so nice to have a roomy upstairs for the kids to spread their wings and play some air Hockey, while the adults entertained on the main floor of this well-kept home. Since I have stayed at many other houses in past, it was a relief to see such a clean and inviting property. My wife couldn't stop talking about how nice is was to have a lakefront home like this. And on top of all that, we were literally steps from restaurants, bars and shops The Next time I visit Lake Geneva, I am calling Tony!!!

This house was great for our group. We come up every year and always work with Tony he is responsible and always willing to work with you. The house was great very clean and in a great location! We will be back again next year!

STAYED HERE WITH A FEW COUPLES HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. CLEAN SHEETS AND BEDS WERE GREAT WHICH WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR US. GREAT LOCATION TO THE GOLF COURSES AND PIER 290 LAKE FRONT RESTAURANT STEPS FROM THE HOUSE IS A BIG PLUS.

Like other reviewers mention, this property is very close to the lake and the owner was helpful and prompt with communication. Aside from that, nothing else held true for our 4 day stay in this house. I would not describe this house as clean. In the main bathroom, there was a large disgusting patch of mold and bugs coming out of the ceiling, the entire house was dusty and reeked of air fresheners (there were air fresheners stashed in almost every room), the carpet throughout the house is in desperate need of cleaning (so much so that we all kept our shoes on when inside) and most dishes and pans needed to be scrubbed. The hot tub chemicals were stored in kitchen cabinet next to the refrigerator making the kitchen area smell like chlorine. The air hockey table was rather banged up and didn’t function properly. The outdoor tables and chairs were filthy. We didn’t even attempt to look at the hot tub based on our experience with everything else being dirty. The owner did stop by when we arrived and, when the bathroom ceiling mold was shown to him, he promptly painted some Kilz over it. This helped a bit, but the bugs remained during our stay. We were very disappointed in our experience renting this home – especially for the price we paid. This house is in need of many repairs and an extensive cleaning.
