The property was excellent. The property was convenient to the beach and other amenities. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

It was a beautiful condo in excellent condition. The property is outstanding! It certainly isn’t a cheap option but it is high-quality. I highly recommend to those who are not on a tight budget.

The St. Thomas Ritz Carlton is one of the most beautiful resorts on the island! Our 3/3.5 residence was very well kept and very well situated in the complex. We definitely plan to go back.

Amazing Ritz property. Stayed on the “hotel side” last year. This year discovered this listing and so glad I did. So much more room and all the same amenities. Definitely would go back.

It was a great vacation spot! The unit was spacious and had beautiful views from the balconies. There was a lot to do on the premises. We would definitely come again.

After a week on the sea, the ritz resident was a perfect resort escape. Everything is very nice. The staff were great with kids and the food was very good.

This is a Gorgeous property! Enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises from the terrace. Staff was always helpful if anything was needed. Plenty of restrooms in the unit which was great for multiple women when getting ready to go out. 5 star stay!

We just returned from a week stay in St. Thomas and loved this property. I am very particular about condos or hotels, and this property is top notch. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all the amenities you need. We rented two condos here..a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom to accommodate our family. Both were great and everyone loved it. The concierge at the property is very accommodated and helpful. Views are beautiful and property is lovely. We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton hotel here several times, but after staying in these condos, I would choose these over the hotel even for 2 people. You won't be disappointed here !!

We came just for one night and the property was beautiful spent our day at the pool and had an easy check in and out.

Rented two rooms for family for our daughters wedding. Everything was perfect. Soap/ Shampoo were not replenished every day & had to ask for more, not a big deal, but this is the Ritz. Would come back again. Thanks!!

Excellent experience at this property! They called a few weeks in advance to go over the property and see if I had any questions. We pre-ordered groceries and they were delivered shortly after we arrived. The unit was perfect (just as described) and the resort was outstanding. There was so much to do -- our group had a blast! Now I need to come back here with my wife!

We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again! The property was immaculate, both in the unit and the grounds. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and anything you need for a long stay. Food at the restaurants was great and the drinks even better. A short 5 min walk on a path along the beach takes you to the Ritz Hotel which has even more restaurants, pools, a fitness center and is of course more opulent. It is important to know that the sargassum seaweed is a real problem right now. The beach can not be used and the odor is pretty bad. You can't smell it from the pools but you could definitely smell it from the balconies. This isn't unique to the Ritz, but is an issue everywhere on that side of the island and in the Caribbean in general right now. The only thing I wish we were aware of was regarding the room change. If you stay through a Saturday you might need to change rooms which we were aware of. As I understand it this is because these are Sat-Sat time shares. What we were not aware of is that during this change we would not have a room at all from 10a-4p on Saturday. If we didn't have a 2 year old this would have been less of an issue. Otherwise an awesome family vacation at a beautiful location.

We booked and paid in full for a 3 bedroom villa at the Ritz. A few weeks before our trip we were notified that our booking was cancelled! After purchasing 7 airline tickets from Texas and getting requested vacation days we were locked into the dates we had booked. We could not find anything available at such a last minute notice. The property manager gave us a small credit for the change to a 2 bedroom unit. With five adults and two young children, the trip was not at all what we had planned it to be having our four year old grandson on a rollaway next to our bed and my 80 year old mother on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Fortunately the master closet was large enough to accommodate the baby crib. We had maintenance come several days to repair the different air conditioning units that stopped working as well as spray for roaches. Doubt we will try this route again. With the Ritz Carlton name behind the listing, we were so disappointed in our accommodations. Fortunately, the new pool with the water slide was a big hit as well as the hobie cat rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton Club. Amazing rental, convenient location and outstanding amenities. Will definitely return!

Couldn’t get in the ocean, seaweed everywhere. First day they were not cleaning it up. They did the second day, and dayarted very early. We could hear the tractor and bobcat before 7am going back and forth by our door.

My husband and I are so glad we rented this property. We wanted enough space for my husband and I, our baby, and her nanny to all have our own rooms and be comfortable but still have a 5-star hotel experience. That's exactly what we had. The villa was exactly as pictured. The amenities on the resort and the level of service were what you would expect from The Ritz-Carlton. The host was very responsive. We would rent this property from her again.

Beautiful property and perfect set up for a vacation for family of 4 adults and 4 older teens. Food choices are somewhat limited but we figured it out. Wonderful time!

Property manager was great, but Ritz management was less than responsive. One of the showers wouldn’t drain and it took 1 1/2 days and 3 calls to get someone up to fix it. Also, WiFi didn’t work for my kids iPads and laptops and it took several hours to get 2nd level tech support to change a setting on hotel WiFi to slow then to connect. Was unfortunate because I had to spend an hour of my time on phone with tech support and even then they could resolve. Also, my kids they were supposed to be doing remote schooling and missed part of the day due to the issue. WasFinally fixed around 3pm. Front desk is quite unreasonable regarding checkout. They told us after the fact that checkout was 10am even though VRBO listing says 11am. Front desk said they would be charging us $250 per hour after 10am. If they attempt to do that we will dispute it vigorously.
