This property is located 3 condos down from my parents. It was nice to stay close to them in a nice place. Melissa was nice and easy to get I touch with. I would book with her again in a heartbeat!

The washing machine was not available for our stay. The door to the stairwell sticks. And internet was mot reliable. Otherwise a great location and nice place to stay.

We were so close to the beach and within easy waking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. You have two balconies to choose from: on by the ocean and another by the lake!

I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Beach Hideaway. The condo had all that I needed for my short stay. Communication about check-in was clear and parking was easily accessible and convenient. The big draw to this unit is the location. I parked my car the first day and didn't have to drive again. Lots of restaurants and the boardwalk are all an easy walk. Plus the market across the road has prepared meals that you can pop in the oven for a night in. Beach access is just across the street and there is a hose under the unit to wash off the sand. I would definitely rent this unit again or recommend it to others.

Condo was great! Better than I remember (2nd time staying). Kids loved the Arcade Game, we loved the space and the walk to the beach and surrounding areas! So simple and so relaxing!!!!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was nice that there were 2 balconies to enjoy the sunrise and ocean view on one side, and the sunset and lake view on the other. Central location to everything. We had a great time exploring on bikes - so many trails and bike friendly streets. We went to the Battleship and Aquarium at Fort Fisher - all within an easy drive. Was nice to sit out on the back patio and hear the ocean. We cooked one meal in and had everything needed and the other nights enjoyed the local restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything you want. Great location: walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk, beach. No fuss, eclectic-ly decorated condo. Checks all the boxes: great working A/C, well appointed, designated parking spot, comfy little unit. Be prepared to walk some stairs! (We were happy for the exercise after checking out all the yummy restaurants in town, however.) And an honest-to-goodness old school arcade machine with more games than I could possibly remember! Fun place, great location.

This is a nice condo on the beach.you can pretty much walk to everything restaurants and boardwalk has a very nice lake veiw on the one patio,and you can see the ocean from the other patio.i will definitely be going back.

Loved this place ! Much bigger than it looked online. Clean, neat decor, cozy and so close to the beach! Tons of restaurants to walk to. My boyfriend and I loved it !

Fantastic location - short walk to beach, few places to eat very close (went to the Veggie Wagon across the street several times), and boardwalk not much further. Could enjoy fireworks on deck. Spacious living room and bedroom for my husband, me, and our dog, who we were grateful to be able to take. Arcade game was a fun throwback. Nice to have washer and dryer, though washer only holds 3 towels and both are very noisy. Not a deal breaker, just tried to be mindful of time we ran them. Overall, good place to stay and we would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay! This place is right in the middle of everything you could want to do. We walked or rode bicycles everywhere we went.

Thanks for having us again. We enjoyed the stay and as always enjoyed the property (except those steps). After all these years we finally counted them (48 to be exact) - great workout. Weather was hit or miss but it could have been worse. It was great to see all the neighbors again. For anyone wanting to rent this property, other than all the steps, you won't be disappointed. You can walk to just about everything. There are some new items this year such as Oceanview Restaurant at Kure Beach, The Peach Factory next to Vinnie's has great cobblers, Butts N Such had some really great food and please don't forget Kate's for breakfast. And of course all the usuals - Michael's Seafood, The Deck House and you must try the Lake Park Steakhouse (make reservations). First time in many years we did eat at Freddie's at Kure Beach (make reservations) - great dining experience. This condo is quiet, clean, easy access, has parking in the lot so you are not on the street and comfortable. You won't be disappointed. It does have the basic amenities you need, plenty of room for two people, and I do like the fact you used a cleaning company this time - it just felt better. Great views from the back deck and front deck. Bring a bath mat - we always do. And don't forget to bring your linens. See you next year! Thanks again.

Clean condo with a fabulous patio and decent ocean views, walking distance from restaurants, boardwalk, public beach access, paved walking / bike loop around lake.

This condo is a great little spot across the street from oceanfront. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer. The boardwalk is a 5-10 minute walk so it’s an easy walk without having to be on the extremely crowded parts of the beach. Even though the beach is across the street, we found ourselves sitting on the back balcony overlooking the lake most nights because it’s so peaceful and scenic. There are 2 access points to the beach within walking distance. The one on the left (if you’re facing the beach) is about 60 steps away and has some stairs going both up and down. The access point on the right is twice the distance but we found it easier because it’s just a ramp which makes hauling all your beach supplies easier. Either option is great. Another bonus is being on the top floor means not hearing footsteps above you at night. The condo owners were great and easy to talk to and the check in process was simple, and the check in info was given to me way in advance. The only MINOR issue is that the front door is extremely difficult to open, even for a fit 30 year old but if that’s the only issue then you definitely can’t complain. I will definitely stay at this place again.

Great location and just the right size for our family of 4. Everything was as described in the listing. It was great to be able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk and nearby restaurants. The kids loved the arcade games and insist we go back next year!

My teenage kids enjoyed staying here. It is within walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. They loved the arcade machine in it. It had everything needed for the stay other than linens. Would stay again for sure.

We found this place to be in very poor shape. The floors were warped and sinking, broken (“tapped”) furniture. The mattress was so old and sunken in places it was also very hot! The AC was fine but either the mattress or the pad is memory foam and we were sweating every night with the AC and fan on. It’s right by the beach, but not worth the price. We left a day early.

The condo is at a great location, steps away away from the beach. It was very clean and exactly as described. The communication with the property manger was great! Enjoyed the long weekend and would recommend.

This is such a cute place! Great location and views, you can see a bit of the ocean on one side and beautiful sunsets over the lake on the other. The dogs loved the deck where they could layout in sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. It was the perfect size for 2. The beach access was very close making it easy to get back to the condo if needed. We would definitely stay again.

Liked the living unit, the location to the beach, and above all the communications with the owners, we were clued into everything to expect (including the 3 flights of stairs, which became tiresome after a few days), but really enjoyed the stay

This condo was in a great location. You're so close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, walking trail at the lake and the boardwalk. We enjoyed the patio with the table and the arcade game.

Great location and condo, but I wouldn't recommend it for one very warm reason. The condo AC was set on 76 degs per owner request. We arrived around 3. It was very hot out and unfortunately we couldn't cool down much by being inside. I immediately turned the AC down and we left. It took the AC about 9 hours to drop 3 degs (it was at 73 when we went to bed which sucked). It finally got down to a comfortable temperature by morning. Also, it wasn't in the listing, but the owner asked that we provide our own linens (king size sheets, bath and kitchen towels), and disposables (soap, tp, paper towels, cleaning products). That was a lot of extra luggage and we don't even own a king size set of sheets. I had a few other minor comments, but mostly the AC was the biggest annoyance.

We had a Great 1st time stay. The Unit was as described. Only thing that wore us out was the walking up to 3rd floor, but we already knew it was on 3rd floor. Easy check in/out. Would recommend!
