Great location and a wonderful condo. Right on the beach, and steps away from the pool. We loved it. Close to shops and restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful property we would start each day with some of the best snorkeling just steps from the condo. Tired of the ocean, hit up the pool. Never got a car great location walked to some great restaurants easy cab to the airport and diving. Home is well appointed, well stocked kitchen plenty of towels etc. looking forward to making this an annual retreat

This rental has it all! The location is fabulous and our family had the best time! If you come to Grand Cayman with children (or without), you will not be disappointed with this property.

Spent 10 days here with family. Great location. Beautiful views of the ocean. The sunsets were especially spectacular.

I can’t say enough positive things about this condo and our experience! It’s an end unit, ground floor, right on the beach. We loved having coffee looking out in the water each morning. Just beautiful. 3 master bedrooms with 3 baths too!

Great location. Right on beach with good snorkeling (Gamma shipwreck close by). Walking distance to cruise port and Camana Bay. Many good restaurants near by. Good communication with management. Cons were broken clothes washer, replaced mid week. Construction at condos, loud with scaffolding on patio. I would stay there again. Cons were resolved or not under management control. I recommend.

We arrived Christmas Eve and had a wonderful time. We were close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach especially with 2 little boys that love to dig! We love the Caymans and would stay here again.

Great location, with a beach and swim area, kitchen stocked for cooking in, nice beds, nice extras (like beach umbrellas, porch, side sitting area, 2nd beach area), walking distance to grocery, beer/wine, dive store, pubs. Host is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall a great place for our visit where we could dive, relax, and enjoy the island.

This place was everything it promised to be and more!! The pictures don't even do it justice. The view is spectacular!!! The house was very well stocked with anything we needed. The owners attention to detail with all of the odds and ends that made our stay more comfortable was greatly appreciated. I would reccomend this place to anyone!!!!

We traveled with three couples and Grape Tree #7 ticked all the boxes to make our vacation ideal. We loved the quiet beach experience away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists! We had front row seats to amazing views of the ocean. Mornings were spent worshiping on the quiet beach and evenings provided picturesque sunset views. We brought beach shoes which were perfect since the sand was more shell and rock filled as shared by the owner. We were not able to access SMB via the oceanfront, but a short walk on the road to the Marriott gave us an opportunity to walk down the beautiful soft sand beach. The condo was exactly as described. A beach theme throughout and cleanliness upon arrival was ideal. Loved having our own bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Many extras provided for guests to use. A suggestion for HOA fees might be to possibly purchase permanent, sturdy umbrellas for the lounge chairs on the beach. Attempted to use umbrella from condo but did not work for us. The sun was very strong and shade was hard to find in the afternoon hours. The pool area was nice but limited shade during that time of day as well. We spent little time inside other than to sleep/shower! Again ideal! Another box to tick was being able to walk to groceries, restaurants and easy use of the “buses” and prompt taxi service. Literally at the door one minute after calling! Be ready to go! Ha’ We ALL have already discussed a return trip to GrapeTree #7! Words can’t describe this perfect location allowing time to REST, RECHARGE and experience this beautiful island! We loved the feel of Grand Cayman. We always felt safe on this very clean island. Loved the wildlife and the locals were always helpful! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The beautiful memories we experienced will be cherished FOREVER!

Lovely spot on the island. Beach is sandy so great for sun bathing. and also rocky which was great for shell finding. The condo is spacious and especially nice with each bedroom having it’s own bath. The weather was perfect!

This condo was very nice. The view and location was perfect. My family of 4 fit perfectly in the condo. The bath towels were a little dingy and could probably be replaced. We did have to buy beach chairs and a cooler. There were 2 tiny rusty chairs to take to the beach and we are a family of 4. This is a condo on an island with beautiful beaches so we thought that would be included in the condo. We had to buy chairs and a cooler for $100!!! Owner wouldn’t refund so be aware you may need to purchase beach items. Not particularly happy about that. Otherwise nice place.

This was a great place for our family to stay for a wedding and we had plenty of room even with a large group. The location was very convenient for several restaurants and we really enjoyed snorkeling just steps away from the patio!

Central location, close to beach and pool, first floor, well equipped.

The Grape Tree Villas are located in an excellent spot for for families or couples trying to enjoy the island life. This property is located on what seemed like its own private beach with great snorkeling steps away. The condo itself has a great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for each room, with plenty of beach gear available. We rented a car from Andy’s and were able to get some of the beach locations as well as Kirks grocery store all were super close. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon to visit our family on the island.

From day 1 it was a pleasure! This is our 4th trip to the island and we loved this location! Family of six adults fit perfectly, with 3 en suites and plenty of space to spread out. The view is spectacular, great pool after a day of beach and snorkeling, large kitchen for meal prep, and open layout for group conversations! We lucked out with a week of sunshine and 2 perfect sunsets! Thanks Bill for your easy communication. The space is full of extra goodies we found as the week progressed. Missed the show and tell from Jennifer since we had a late arrival, but it was fun discovering all the amenities this property has to offer. Great vacation and terrific place to stay. Don't hesitate on choosing this home!

Exactly what we were hoping for... steps to the ocean with great views. Plenty of room with 3 nice bedrooms. Great hosts. Walk to several restaurants, groceries, liquor. Thank you!

Great location. At southern end of 7-mile beach. You cannot walk into the ocean because of rocks, but there is great access via ladders. Snorkeling is great at this location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, drug store and liquor store. Oh and unknown to most visitors, the yellow buses take you wherever you want to go for $2CI. This property was perfect for us . cleanliness was rated low, the toilets had rings, the floors and counter tops were dusty. It wasn't filthy, just maybe not touched in a while. Not a reason to avoid this property at all. We all six said we would use it again. Loved being in ground level and right in the ocean

Big size condo for a big family! Clean and spacious. Great decor. We loved it! We did a lot of snorkeling right out the back door! We played a lot of card games at the large dining table and had fun in the pool! We hope to come back again!
