We’ve been coming to Emerald Isle for over 30 years and we needed more space this year. Perfect location, great views of the ocean from second row, superior communication with owners! Bigger living space than we anticipated and bedrooms had all we needed. We would definitely recommend!!

The location of this property is great! The beach equipment was very helpful. However the pictures do not show that there are no dressers in the bedrooms. So if living out of your suitcase is ok with you then it might work! There is so much miscellaneous stuff in the closets that you can’t hang clothes. The master math shower rod is being held together with green sticky tape and the stairs are fixed with blue painters tape. Overall it’s the band aid approach.

The location to the beach access and everything Emerald Isle has to offer is unbeatable. Bradley was very easy to communicate with whenever a question came up, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Have already shared the listing with friends who are looking for a place to stay in EI.

We had a great time. It was very close to the beach, and the two carts made bringing everything we needed to the beach very easy. We appreciated all the beach chairs and the outdoor shower. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only had one issue while we were there, and the host was quick to respond, and the issue was resolved more than adequately. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy access to beach. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony in morning and evening. Easy access to grocery stores and miniature golf. Only suggestion would be to move some of deck furniture off of bedrooms down to deck of living area. Where you were more likely to sit and socialize. Also kitchen is in desperate need of new cookie sheets and scissors in kitchen area. Shower curtain hooks did not work kept coming off whenever curtain was moved Otherwise great house😎

If you’re looking for a beach vacation, we highly recommend staying here. You have a view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was as listed. The beds were very comfortable and we had what we needed. The house was not very clean when we arrived. The hosts responded quickly and graciously refunded cleaning fee plus.

The rental experience was fine. The house was not very clean and two of the indoor steps had tape on them to keep them together (very unsafe).

This house is so beautifully decorated. We loved the two decks and all of the bedrooms. Having laundry on site was so convenient! We got all our laundry washed up before heading home! The kitchen and dining area worked so well for us- we cooked several meals and had groceries delivered. The walk to the beach was nice and easy. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. We only had one issue with a bed and I had quick communication with the owner and it was resolved quickly. We really appreciated that! We loved Emerald Isle and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It is close to the beach and has a wonderful couple of decks for listening to the waves, taking naps, or both. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back another time.

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a wonderful location.--just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the beach. The house is absolutely well stocked with everything you may need and very clean. I am definitely putting it on my list to book again the next time we are at Emerald Isle.

This was our 5th year staying in EI for vacation, and our first year staying at Brad’s home. The location was wonderful. My 14, 10, and 4 year old were with us and being in a cul-de-sac I felt safer when they wanted to ride their hoverboards, scooters, and skateboards. It was extremely close to the beach access and it was also kind of a private access (even though it’s public) but our area of the beach was never crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with staples needed for cooking and basic ingredients. Communication with the homeowners was extremely easy as well! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean had everything we needed! The beach wagons, chairs and toys for beach days were so helpful. The short walk to the beach was amazing and close to the lifeguard. I would love to stay here every summer!

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean, well laid out and nicely stocked with needed household and beach items. The walk to the beach was easy and the cart provided made it easy to carry our beach stuff. We were able to walk everywhere- restaurants, grocery shopping, putt putt golf, shopping etc. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent again! Thanks for a great trip!

A lot of the miscellaneous stuff that you always seem to forget was stocked in the house. The fridge has lots of condiments and waters already stocked. We brought our first meal and didn’t need to hit the grocery store until after the weekend. If you don’t mind using the stocked stuff. You should definitely do a stock check before shopping. The real bonus of the stocked fridge is that it kept the fridge cold from day one. The location is great and the top deck is a great place to sit with comfortable furniture.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. My wife and I stayed with our 5 year old granddaughter, a daughter and her husband, and another daughter, her husband, and a toddler and infant. There was plenty of space for us to all to be comfortable. There are nice views of the ocean and the walk to the beach is pretty quick, and there were several beach carts to help get things there. The place is well insulated. We never heard the people in the adjoining unit at all. As great as the place was, the host made it even better. Communications was excellent throughout the visit. On the day we arrived, the hot water heater stopper working. I let him know, and he called me right away. That was about 8pm on a Saturday night. I was amazed that by bed time a new hot water heater had been installed! Things are going to happen, but to have it repaired so quickly was as good as it gets. Also, I asked before the visit if the house has a Keurig coffee maker. He said that it didn't, which was fine. Midweek a high end Keurig compatible coffee maker arrived with a supply of coffee, and he offered that we could use it right way if we didn't bring our own. Again, just outstanding response. We will look to plan another vacation at this location.

The house is in a great location. It is in a quiet cul de sac with access to the beach. The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The house also has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The owners made the check-in and check-out process very easy and responded quickly to our questions. It was our first time in Emerald Isle, but our entire family loved it!

Overall we had a great stay! It was in a perfect location, within walking distance to the beach and even a view of the ocean. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for heading out to dinner, taking the kids go cart racing, and to the Pier! It fit all of us perfectly and would def recommend it to others. Thank you for allowing others to enjoy your home!

We were able to book 2 weeks out which was fantastic. The place is just what we needed. Cute, clean and someplace beautiful. Everyone had their own room including my 75 year old mother in-law who was able to stay on the main level and have her own bathroom. 2 little things I’d recommend is a new broom and a new frying pan. Other than that things were great!

This property is neat, well kept and well equipped. We had everything we needed for an absolutely fabulous week at the beach. The beach is so close it was easy to pop back for food and drinks and to drop off the shells we collected. We would definitely rent here again!!

Was in town for business and this property was great for our group. Ample space, clean, all the amenities and easy access to everything we needed. The only thing the listing didn't mention was how hard it would be to pull yourself away and resist changing your address to receive mail. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area, it's a rare find for this many beds/bedrooms at this price. Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So easy to have a great, comfortable stay here! This property is convenient to shopping and easy beach access. The owners are sooo easy and friendly to work with. Love that it’s no pets, we have bad allergies. The nearby beach is just beautiful. No major property frills but all the extra beach supplies are great!

We were thrilled with this house. It is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. You can see the ocean from the balconies. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Quick response from owner/manager when I had questions before securing the reservation. I would stay here again.

The house has lots of amenities, has wonderful views, is close to shopping snd dining for bike riders and walkers. Lots of TVs, plenty of floats and chairs...We had a fabulous time here. Thank you!!!
