We had a wonderful few weeks at this beautiful property. There was plenty of space for our family of five and we enjoyed entertaining family and friends. The kids loved the pool and large back yard. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back next summer!

After a brief winter stay, this was my 2nd visit and we were able to enjoy the great pool/covered porch area. The home is an ideal choice for a summer Hamptons vacation. Thanks again to Sean for being a responsive host.

This property had such a great feel! So comfortable - bedrooms and furniture. We all slept like babies. Lovely pool, private backyard is great. Well stocked (even spices for cooking) and plush linens. We will be back.

We stayed off-season so didn’t get the full awesomeness of the house, but it was still pretty great. My only pro-tip to future guests - delivery people have a bear of a time finding the house. There is a Bishops Lane, a North Bishops Lane and a Bishops Court. If you order something, be extra specific with your delivery service.

We enjoyed the last few days of the year at this beautiful home. The kitchen/dining room/family room area is well-designed for cooking and entertaining. There is plenty of bedroom and living space for a large group. Communication was very easy, Sean was quick to respond to any questions.

Well laid out house for large, multiple families. Lots of spaces for games, reading books, air hockey and ping pong( huge hit for adults and kids). Great location close to hiking (Quague wildlife refuge) ice skating rink, grocery stores!! Very nice town with nice shops to browse and shop in. Also enjoyed the huge fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the huge background!! Will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy pool and beaches!! Owner very quick to respond with any ? Thanks Sean!

My family (5 adults ages 40-75) and 3 kids ( ages 2,4,5) spent a lovely 2 weeks out at the house. Location was great, a short drive to the beaches and close to all the restaurants & downtown Southampton. Kids had a blast with the pool and firepit. Sean was readily available whenever we had questions and quick to help with any issues we had (eg. my children mistakenly turning off the gas in the house). We also loved the speakers both inside and out on the patio! Would certainly come back! Thanks again Sean!

We had a wonderful two week stay at Sean's property. The backyard was fantastic, and the home itself was perfectly suited for a large family or two families. The basement is a bonus for kids of all ages with air hockey and table tennis. Sean was extremely responsive and helpful. My 6 year old said: "I want this to be our house all the time, because it has everything we need." Can't say I disagree.

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room for our large family and gorgeous porch and pool where we spent the majority of our days. Sean is super responsive and the house has everything you could need. Hope to come back every summer!

This was our second time at the house and it’s such a wonderful experience. We have two young kids (both under three) and the set up is ideal. The backyard is safe and fun. Location is perfect - less than ten minutes to the beach and about a five minute drive to town. Will def return! As a side note, Sean is super responsive. We unintentionally locked ourselves out of the house and Sean came over in less than two minutes - unbelievable!

We loved it so much the first time we came back again. I have nothing but great things to say about the house, the yard and the location. And communicating with Sean is always easy.

Sean's house was terrific. Centered around a well equipped kitchen with island, the house provides both plenty of room for each to have their own space, as well as great spaces for socializing. It looks out over a large yard/pool. While we didn't use the pool (it was january), the fenced in yard was amazing. Sean was a terrific host, both very responsive, yet giving us privacy. We enjoyed getting out to walk around the neighborhood, with both a sidewalk and a small trail nearby. The house is a short drive from downtown Southhampton and a number of beaches. We look forward to another stay at Sean's house.

Had a great time! Felt like we were in our own remote area but close enough to town to enjoy good food wine. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from the city.

We had an incredible stay at Sean's listing - it was the perfect way to end our summer. The listing is just as advertised and was incredibly clean when we checked in. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fenced in pool/playground were perfect for my 2 year-old nephew. We would definitely stay again.

We rented this home to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. It’s the perfect house for a family. I have two kids under two and the backyard was perfect - there’s a fence around the pool, plenty of space to run around and a fun swing set. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen is open and perfect for a lot of in home dining. Our favorite feature was the backyard porch. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Proactively reached out to check in. Lovely rental, will definitely be returning!

Everything about Sean’s home was fabulous! It was clean, gorgeously decorated and the perfect layout for my family. Sean was very responsive and we are really grateful for the wonderful weekend we had in a Southampton.

This property is in the village and very close to the center of town (15 minute walk, 5 minutes by bike and less by car), which is wonderfully convenient. I like biking and rode to the ocean in less than ten minutes and rode along the ocean. A beautiful ride. Sean is very responsive and makes the rental relaxing because he manages the property to be quite clean and highly functioning without making the tenants worried about breaking rules, which was helpful for us as we were there with young kids and pets. A salient pint about this property is that even though it is in the village and there are neighbors around, it definitely has a country feel because of the huge backyard and the continuing property beyond the back fence. Our kids loved the pool, the swing set and the fire pit. The only problem was that they liked playing there so much that they resisted going to the beach! The kitchen/living area looks directly onto a huge porch, which in turn is integrated to the pool. For our family, with kids and a dog, the fenced pool and yard were perfect. Highly recommended.

After more than a decade on Martha's Vineyard we decided to make a change and vacation in Southampton. When I found Sean's house on VRBO I booked it right away hoping it was as nice as the pictures implied. The key word for the vacation would be delightful. The house was delightful! It is very spacious and well appointed. The decor is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean and there is lots of room for everyone. Our family loves the beach but the pool was so inviting that we wound up spending a few days just relaxing poolside. The yard is very large and we had some fun playing games and a great evening by the fire pit. We really enjoyed all there is to offer in the area by visiting Montauk, East Hampton, Sag Harbor and, of course, the town of Southampton. Sean is a terrific host. We had an unexpected maintenance issue with the refrigerator that he not only took care of immediately but also brought a huge cooler of ice to insure we were all set. He was readily available to answer any questions. We would enthusically recommend this rental. Thanks for a great stay Sean.

Out family had a great week at this gorgeous, clean, spacious house. Beautiful big backyard and separately fenced in pool make it safe and fun for small children.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Southampton! Sean's home is just as advertised. Home was vacation "move-in ready". Large, clean, quaint home. Well stocked and appointed kitchen. Bedrooms large and airy with comfortable beds! Large yard for children to be outdoors all day. Beautiful, clean pool. Car or bike ride to town and beaches. Sean was available when needed by phone or text and a great host. We would return again!

Such a gorgeous place on a quiet street that’s still close to stores. Sean lives nearby and immediately responded to issues that arose. Spacious and comfortable for our large family... adults loved coffee on the porch overlooking pool and yard. Fenced pool made it easy with 2yr old, who loved the slide and swing set.

We really enjoyed our time here. We were multiple couples with toddlers and babies. Having a fence around the pool and the entire yard fenced off made it easier to relax when the kids were playing. We all loved the layout of the house. Sean was nearby and quick to respond to a small issue that we had with the coffee maker. The yard was the perfect size for our small children to play in. The lawn is beautiful and well kept. We would certainly consider renting this house again if we decided to come back out to Southampton.
