Close to surfing area.

I recently stayed at Point 303 for four days, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. For three of those days, we were placed in a family room that was dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom was in terrible condition, and there was no place to hang our wet clothes, which made our stay uncomfortable. I have no idea why we were given a different room than what we booked on Booking.com. On our third day, my girlfriend asked the receptionist why we were still in the family room, and the receptionist sighed and looked annoyed, which was quite rude. On the last night, we finally got transferred to the deluxe double room we had originally booked, but it still had no internet access. This was frustrating, especially for a resort. Overall, this has been the worst resort experience I've had in Siargao, and I cannot recommend it.

New construction and good pool

Still construction work ongoing. Location is a bit remote compared with alternatives. Plumbing work is substandard.

A few staff members were super polite and happy with a big smile on their face and did everything to assure that the stay is nice. The cloud 9 surf area is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel room. Nice restaurants arround, ATM nearby. Little shop belonging to the resort, got you covered wirh water and stuff. The aircon was strong and the room and beds were generally nice. We would visit again if some of the negative points improve.

DISCLAIMER: We had a nice stay, but some things were off: Overpriced for what you get. Some staff members are impolite. Its not my job to ask for a room cleaning if I pay 300 a week. Staff of kitchen has staring problems. I felt like a zoo animal eating my food. I know they did not mean to, its because we look different to them, but thats just a big no go in this sector. Additionally the Pool area was closed for maintenance the whole week, in advance nobody answered my messages about transport which left us stranded for a couple of minutes at the airport. And the wifi strenght was very poor.

the location was good just across cloud nine. was able to surf at 5:30 am because it’s like a 2 min walk to the surfing area for beginners. the staffs are friendly, hot and cold shower!

not many food options around the area. wifi did not reach our room, no free water, the room was hot/warm even with the ac turned on 24/7.
