What a beautiful and clean house we arrived to, upon entry we were amazed by the open and bright space this property has to offer, all amenities and modern equipment supplied were above what we expected, bbq and pool area was perfect for them warm days and night, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very spacious everything was perfect. Well done and thank you for presenting us with your beautiful house to enjoy our winter break. Shops only 5min drive away with everything needed for our stay.

The house was exactly as it appeared online, absolutely beautiful, really spacious, great for a family holiday. There were high quality appliances, lovely furniture and just like a home away from home. All those little things you require were supplied, nothing was lacking. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. House is very well maintained, very clean and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. Pool was warm and clean. Loved the house and Palm Cove. Communication with Kerrie was effortless. We will be coming back :)

We had the best stay at this wonderful property. The host was so accommodating, the house was stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location perfect! We could not have picked a better house to stay in, all the little touches made it the best place we have stayed!

The house was absolutely perfect for my family of 4 along with my elderly parents, and mother in law. Kerrie was a wonderful host and communication was superb!

Superbly presented property with first class amenities. All the creature comforts we could possibly want. Lots of space inside and on the outside patio and pool area allowed us to enjoy the Queensland weather. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and pub. Palm Cove was also an excellent touring base for nearby towns and attractions. Four of us had a great time. Looking forward to our next trip there.

We rented this property for a Friend/Family Ski weekend. The house is enormous. It seems like it was an activity center or something before becoming a VRBO and has lots of space to spread out, play games and eat. The layout is a little weird, but it worked really well because the family with small kids took one end of the house, and everyone else stayed on the other. This allowed everyone to have privacy and quiet when needed, and the large central rooms allowed for fun group activities. The yard is large and beautifully landscaped, with great views. It is close to Baker City and an easy drive to Anthony Lakes Ski Area. The only things to be aware of are: 1) The small kitchen was challenging for our group of 8, but we made it work. There is no dishwasher and limited counter space, so larger groups must consider that. 2) I felt the VRBO description was lacking on how the fee structure worked for this property, and some extra guest charges caught me off, guard. I asked the owners to change the VRBO description and clarify this information which, of course, is up to them. The owners quickly responded to concerns or anything else we needed, which was really great and rectified the situation. We are longtime VRBO users and rent VRBO properties regularly. We had never encountered the pricing issues that came up with this property, so it likely was a fluke. I feel it is worth noting, however. We certainly recommend this property and would consider renting this location again.
