I live in FL and yes, friends always want to come visit. This time we decided a dose of the Keys is what friends from Utah and NC needed re: a little sunshine to warm their bodies, hearts and minds. Property was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable and the "toys" at the condo were perfect...met all our needs re: golf cart, kayaks, bikes, etc. Jose was an effective communicator and we had no wants what so ever. Excellent location in the heart of Key Largo. The villa is spotless, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available with the villa. Well supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. Outdoor toys, kayaks, bicycles, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, snorkeling gear, etc. We especially loved the boat launch and marina. There is a separate area to store your trailered boat. We brought our 18’ boat on a single axle trailer and used it every day 🌞. We hope to return to the villa and the Kawana community in the near future. Jose was a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions. Easy to communicate with him.

Great condo and excellent location. Well stocked with about anything you would need. Very secure location. I would definitely stay there again.

My family of 7 (husband, kids, and granddaughter) had the best time celebrating my 50th birthday for a week at this beautiful clean home. It was the perfect amount of fun and relaxing all while being spacious enough that we could spread out or all spend time together in the same area! Thank you!!!! I would stay here forever if i could!

This condo is the perfect mix of peaceful, out of the way tranquility - mixed with right in the middle of it all convenience/activity. Just a perfect fit for making the most of a visit to the keys. Jose has this place setup so nicely, cannot think of anything that came up short. We will stay here again without a moments hesitation!

Our family traveled to Key Largo for scuba diving. The location of the condo was ideal! There were 6 of us (2 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 16-22) and the space was perfect. The towels and linens were very good quality and the bedds were comfrotable. We cooked meals every night and found the kitchen to have what we needed. It was great to be able to pick up fresh fish from the market just down the street. It would be nice if there were a few more plates and bowls so we didn't need to do all the dishes between lunch and dinner, but we made it work. The dining table was perfect for family meals and game nights. We all enjoyed the pool, the salt water lagoon, and playing tennis. A couple of the rackets are not in great shape (grip missing, creacked head), but we are not serious players and we still had fun. Jose was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We brought our boat down to enjoy the Keys with us. We loved the fact that the marina was right out the door, so the boat was accessible quickly. The view was great. The community was nice. The neighbors were so friendly. Overall a great weekend getaway spot. We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a very good trip. Enjoyed the sunrise from the porch each morning. We were rising early for scuba diving. The owner was prompt with answering our many questions. There were six of us and we cooked a few meals in and it was nice to all sit together at the large kitchen table. Great central location in Key Largo. Using the golf cart was a fun perk. Only minor complaint, we slept in the downstairs bedroom and I would have preferred a dresser of some sort to put clothes away instead of the extra bed and crib.

We loved the location and the amount of activities and restaurants in very close proximity to this home. The spiral stairs are a bit tricky to navigate with heavy bags, but its great that there are two living spaces for hanging out. The bathrooms have recently been redone and are all very nice. The unit is equipped with all you need to enjoy the community's ammenities (golf cart, kayaks, snorkles/fins/mask, tennis racquets and balls.) I wish we could have stayed longer! The owners were very responsive to questions and concerns.

This was a great condo rental experience. Communicated was great all along, check in and entry to gated community was a breeze. The facilities at Kawama are nice and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and driving the golf cart included with the rental out to the jetty each night to watch the sunset. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the snorkeling equipment as well. The bikes looked nice but we didn’t use them nor did we use the tennis rackets. Having theses extras really put our stay over the top. The location was perfect for us. We took the snorkel tour at John Pennekamp park, shopped at the Winn Dixie and Publix, took a day trip to Key West, and bought an absolutely delicious key lime pie at the Blond Giraffe in nearby Tavernier. The location is great for a wide variety of activities and close to lots of restaurants.We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was stocked well enough to cook our Thanksgiving meal, so kudos for that. Everything was clean on arrival. Beds were comfy, having three bathrooms was convenient, and the AC worked great. The spiral staircase was no issue for anyone including us as grandparents with sometimes stiff knees. The two living areas were awesome. Some of us could watch movies and the rest could watch sports. Perfect! The washer and dryer are brand new and we used them. Jose really has thought of everything needed for a great stay! And the view! You look across the marina and boat slips to the ocean. It’s just beautiful and there is always something to see. We saw two manatees come in to the marina on two days, with a perfect viewing point out on the balcony, so that was a real treat for us. Bottom line, we would definitely stay here again when coming to the Keys.

Worked great for us. We were down for a bit of off shore fishing so regretfully we did not get to enjoy the kayaks, tennis courts or the pool. We found plenty of good restaurants in the area and did not have a bad meal. The property manager was extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to any inquires we had.

We rented this amazing villa last year and loved it so much that we returned! It is absolutely perfect and toddler/baby friendly. The bathrooms are updated and lovely, there are two amazing living areas, the location is safe and close to so many activities, and the yacht club amenities are perfect for families. We love coming here!

Views were amazing, owner added lots of perks like personal soaps toothpaste etc! My only issue was the spiral stairs but fortunately there was a bedroom on the first floor. Otherwise this place met our expectations

Unit was very family friendly. Had my son and his wife and 2 young kids. They loved the location and the pool.

The 25th wedding anniversary of our dear friends brought us to Key Largo. Finding the Villa in Kawama was such a treat! The villa was beautiful, spacious, clean, centrally located, and everything the listing described. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio overlooking the marina every day of our stay. The golf cart was priceless as it took us to the pool and out to the jetty which quickly became a nightly ritual. We visited with other travelers, watched boats come and go, took in lightning storms out at sea, and simply enjoyed the evenings with our friends. Jose was very pleasant to work with and we appreciated his hospitality. We fell in love with Key Largo and all the wonderful memories made there!

Large home. Great patio and deck. Well-equipped. Golf cart was perfect for getting around. Many good restaurants nearby. Owner was so responsive to any questions.

We stayed here for 7 days starting March 9th of 2022, it was everything that is advertised, there are 3 beds and 3 baths, three couples all had privacy, there are spiral stairs that may7 be difficult for older people, we are 65 and it was no problem. Kitchen is great for cooking and they have pit that we grilled lobster on. The place was spotless and if there was any problem Jose was right on it, we even made a suggestion for a couple of things and he put them in the next day. I can't say enough about the place, go, you want be disappointed. Thank you Jose for sharing your place Tim

We had an Amazing time in Key Largo! The view off the top balcony is beautiful. The community is very relaxed and quiet. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the Golf cart during our stay. We would definitely book again. Thanks again Jose!!

My friends really enjoyed the stay there. Jose was in contact with me as we couldn’t make the trip due to health concerns. He was very nice and easy to deal with.

The villa was exactly what we had hoped for. All the convenience of home. We are trying to make arrangements to return next year.

clean, close to activities and restaurants

This was our first time renting this villa but we have stayed in Kawama four other years in the condos. This villa had the most beautiful ocean view on both floors as well as a great view of the marina. The floor plan of the unit worked perfectly so that the people upstairs could sleep as the younger 4 adults stayed awake downstairs until 1-2am. Lol. The refrigerator and sink downstairs made things easier also. They kayaks were used everyday with the fishing gear and having the golf cart is a necessity. The location of the unit is also quiet and very private. My family and I are already trying to find a date to return. I will be renting this unit again instead of the three level condos. The home owner is one of the nicest, accommodating and generous owners that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting there. Jose is very eager to make your family vacation memorable and one of the best and most relaxing vacations ever. “The Jones Family “.

After many many years of vacationing at Kawama, We found best Villa! The owner Jose is very accommodating and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and Cuban pastries. The Villa was very clean and the location was awesome. It was well stocked with Everything from toilet paper to toothpaste and soap. The view was amazing. We certainly hope to go back and book the same unit. Thank you Jose!😜

This lovely home was perfect for our crew of 6 (ages 66, 57, 40, 15, 10, and 8). Two story porch at rear faces marina. Tennis courts are only a few hundred feet away. The bicycles were fun for a joyride, and to golf cart was the star of the show, allowing us to shuttle back and forth from Divers Direct, to Walgreens and CVS (both within a 3 min drive), and the fishing jetty. Master bedroom has a single large bed, but other two bedrooms have a queen PLUS a twin, with three full bathrooms! Other amenities included the ping pong setup, board games, TVs, fishing rods, and so much more.

The golf cart and fishing rods and kayaks are a nice feature. The house itself is fine. Nothing special but it works. However, the internet is speed is not great and be warned that the marina smells terrible. We could not enjoy the terrace because of the smell. Key Largo is awesome though.

Lovely location with great outdoor space to hang out in and two pools, very clean. Kitchen could be better equipped , dishwasher did not work and oven took forever to cook things but we were able to make it work. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The area was great, a lot to do with kids and easy to get where we wanted to go. Villa was nice but not stocked like we expected, had to buy simple things like toilet paper, paper towels. None of the trash cans had bags in them besides the large one in the garage, so we had to purchase bags. Besides being dusty, the house was nice and we enjoyed the views. Thank you!
