Comfortable and convenient. Just what we needed.

This was our 3rd stay in this Grande Bay unit— communication, check-in, cleanliness are outstanding. We are thankful for free parking— but it is a bit of challenge to park in this garage. We may have 26 point parking to avoid scratching the rental. Obviously— it did not deter us from returning! Thank you again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay from ice chests and beach chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was superb and we can’t wait to get back.

Excellent location and convenience of property. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water. We had a great time and would stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay in St. John! It’s an easy walk to anything in Cruz Bay. The condo was perfectly appointed with everything you would need and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We have a place on St. Thomas, but wanted a few nights on St. John. We were grateful to find a place for only two nights. Great condo and location!!!

Apartment was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including coolers and beach chairs. Lovely view of harbor from terrace which had 4 comfortable bar height chairs and a table. Great WiFi. Can walk to all the shopping and restaurants in town. And if you don’t want to rent a car it’s very easy to use a taxi bus to reach all the beaches. Pool wasn’t great but was ok. A bit small and not a lot of shade. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Immaculate unit, tremendous views, and extremely convenient to all that Cruz bay restaurants and shops! The staff was fantastic! Thanks for making a great birthday celebration for my wife! We’ll be back….if we are welcome!

Southern Serenity (1st part of week/party of 6) and Southern Serenity III (2nd part of week/party of 3) could not have been more perfect. From initial booking to departure both the host and the management company were thorough, communicative, courteous. We had lots of questions, and only one small (no big deal) issue that was taken care of within an hour. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, amenities provided are amazing. Since our last visit in 2020 prices have (understandably) gone up absorbently so it was it was greatly appreciated to have been provided with snokels & masks in Serenity. Grande Bay is so accommodating as well. We were able to leave our baggage in the lobby without worry while we were waiting to change units. The only item we missed this time around was p/u & d/o at the dock. Because there were 6 of us and alot of luggage, we had to rent a vehicle for the entire week rather than just for 5 days. Should you want a seamless procedure from start to finish, we highly recommend our hosts, The Blairs, and St. John Villa Company. Your vacation will be worry free!

Beautiful and clean unit ! Our room had a washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen which was great. Also electric grill, towels, and beach chairs came with the unit to use and was a huge plus! Note: we did have to pay a mandatory $150 rental insurance fee, which We’ve never had encountered with a rental before (and we travel A LOT) - even with renting from other Grande Bay Resort owners. Just fyi .

Property is nicely located and in heart of lot of close restaurants and redhook ferry dock. We loved staying at the property and condo unit was nice. We had few small hiccups such as sofa bed not made and not knowing how to get comforter and other things for that sofa bed itself. Although it was promptly addressed. I wish shampoo and conditioners were not just starter kit but enough for our stay But again these were not a deal breaker at all but something that can be done to improve the experience further. Front office kept our luggage for final day and it was breeze on checkout day. Overall we loved our stay and made great memories.

We just recently stayed at this condo but only for one night as our flight home was cancelled. The condo was super clean and had a great view. The bed was extremely comfy and the updated bathroom was great! The property manager was amazing to work with. With our flight being canceled a second time they were so helpful in trying to assist us in finding another place on Christmas Eve. It was much appreciated in what could’ve been an extremely frustrating time.

Repeat visitor to Grande Bay condos and have stayed in various units owned by Ms. Blair. This one bedroom unit is perfect. It’s on the upper levels with a nice view of Cruz Bay. Nice patio with breeze to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the boats. Walk to town, restaurants, shopping, bars, ferry, National Park HQ, some trails, taxis, market, takes a few minutes. Unit was clean, quiet, and just the right size for a couple. There is a sofa bed in the living area if you bring others, but the bathroom is in the bedroom. Washer and dryer located in the bedroom. If you are traveling with older kids or another couple, inquire about Ms. Blair’s 2 or 3 bedroom. Property Manager, Adrienne, was exceptional to work with if you need anything. It has a parking space in the garage, which is a big perk if you rent a Jeep.

This property was adequate for our needs.

This property is just as advertised. It was clean and easily accessible from the parking spot to the elevator. The view is great for being in the back building. You are just high enough to see over the front building. Everyone was great to work with and the walk to town is super simple and easy even for a 6 and 8 year old.

Beautiful property! Extremely clean. There were plenty of towels, shower is large and updated as well as the kitchen and furnishings. This unit is very well maintained and there are nice touches throughout such as fun artwork. Chairs and coolers are available if you want to go to the beach. I can't say enough good things about this property! We've stayed in others on the island and on STT and this one is by far 5 star! And the view is priceless!

Our family of 4 fit perfectly in the 1 bedroom. It was stocked and clean. Easy walk in the morning to the beach to look for shells and the sunset view was beautiful!
