Beautiful, spacious, very well stocked kitchen, extremely convenient beach access, awesome neighborhood, great owner, great manager, great cleaning lady … need I go on ?!!!

We had a fabulous time!!! We have been coming to Northwest Florida area for 29 years with our family. This house was in the top 3 of best homes we have stayed in, but it is #1 for their management. Owner Ken, and manager, Helen saw to our every need within minutes of contacting them before, during, and after our trip. Anyone who rents homes knows it is VERY important to have good management. We absolutely loved this house & went ahead and reserved it for next year. It was plenty big for our party of 10 adults. The view was breathtaking off the balcony's. The kitchen had everything you could need. I brought a bunch of stuff from home like sharp knives, extra skillet, spices, etc. and didn't need any of it. The Keurig was a bonus as most rentals don't have that. We didn't need to buy any tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. It was all provided, and I'm talking name brands nice soft stuff, not that single ply sandpaper. They provided high quality bed linens and ample towels, and the beds were extremely comfortable. They provided all the things you could possibly need for the beach, and I'm talking new beach chairs on top of the 6 that are provided. Beach towels are all you need to bring. Everything in the description of this property is accurate. In fact, the house was nicer than the pictures showed. We had never stayed in the Carillon Beach community. We have stayed all up and down the 30A area, and the Carillon Beach community is by far the quietest, most secluded, cleanest area there is. It's a tiny Rosemary but with out the congestion. They pick up trash everyday but Sunday, so on our morning walks, there's no stinky trash. It was also amazing how secluded the Carillon beaches were compared to other beaches with public access. That was the best bonus! The guest house was perfect for the 3 adult kids. They could make all the noise they wanted & not disturb the old sleeping adults in the main house. We rented a golf cart for the week. It was fun tooling around in it to the pool, for a cup of coffee in the cafe or for a pizza, to go listen to the Carillon Bells at 8 pm, going to the pool, or just taking a cool ride at night. A Publix and Winn Dixie are literally a 5 minute car ride away. The lady who cleaned the houses did the absolute best job & I’m picky!!! Both houses were spotless. We are already looking forward to next year!! Thanks Ken for being the best host!!

Great location for family vacation. Beachfront property near swimming pools and village center. Everything you need provided by hosts. Close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach for an outing but no need to leave the community. Planning on returning next year

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our time at Generations. A perfect spot on the beach where the gulf views permeate the indoors as well. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of three generations ranging from 77 to 7 months.

There were 11 of us that stayed at Generations during our Spring break. It was even better than what the pictures online depicted. Our weather was iffy, but it did not matter as we were steps from the beach, had pools to choose from, bikes, a few on site restaurants and others close by as well as Panama City and golfing near by as well. We will be coming back for sure and have recommended Generations to many others.

Overall perfect! We keep going back ♥️

This was the perfect place for our growing family. The beach was perfect! Even though the first few days hurricane Ida limited beach time for us there was plenty to do inside to keep the kids entertained and happy. We will definitely be back!!!!

The house and property is beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Booking, check-in, and check out were all super easy and convenient. We had groceries delivered by Lois and are so thankful that was an option. The beds are so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is ahhhhmazing. Everything is in great condition and well taken care of. Couldn’t have been better.

This was our annual family beach week, and we had a blast! The location is fantastic. The house is large and well maintained. It came with six fixed beach chairs, plus they had a number of portable chairs and an umbrella you could take down to the water if you like. Lots of parking We love the Carillon community. 30A is fantastic, but the traffic is a major drag. Not a problem at Carillon! All the pools are within easy walking distance. Private access to the beach. The house is well decorated, but not overly so (as is the case for many beach homes we have rented). There is a spiral staircase to access the bottom and top floors, and that's not for the mobility impaired. Also, there is a "public" (that is, the Carillon public) walkover next to the house, but that was never an issue for us. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely rent Generations again.

A FABULOUS place to stay. The house and cottage were perfect for our family reunion . We had a variety of ages and all loved it. The kitchen is gourmet and the beds are comfy and cozy. The beach and view are stunning. a gorgeous sunset every night. The books and games and beach toys and chairs fit our every need. All this in a storybook neighborhood. It could not have been any better

We had a wonderful time at Generations! The house was perfect! You cannot beat the location! 5 minutes from Rosemary, 10 minutes from Pier Park, and in a safe, gated, quiet community! The beach was never crowded. We peeked at the beaches in Seaside and Rosemary and they were 4 rows deep! We prefer quiet and private! The little downtown is charming! Gratify was perfect for dinner, Phat Crab has delicious pizza, and the Little Beach Cafe is great for coffee, breakfast and lunch. The house was filled with beach toys and extra chairs. It was so nice to have the beach chair service. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Plenty of towels, garbage bags, detergent, etc... The space was perfect for our group of 12. Having the extra little house was great for the family with teenagers and the extra living room in the main house was great for the kids. We would definitely come back to Generations in Carillon!

We rented a golf cart for ease of getting to darling and convienent community cafe, coffee, pizza and restaurants. I loved doing yoga in the park and on the beach. My husband loved the workout area. My teens had a blast at the heated pools and sports court. The house was just perfect and clean and had everything we could need. We loved the beach toys and extra chairs and loved the ease of walking right onto the beach with our chairs and umbrella already set up and waiting for us! We rented paddle boards at the shop in the community and they delivered them within 30 minutes of ordering and they picked up for us at the house! The owners were wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this house. We hope to be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Generations House!! The Beach is amazing and house had all we needed for an awesome 1 week family vacation.

We always hesitate to share with friends and family about this house bc we don’t want it to gain popularity haha. This is the best house along with their sister property “Celebrations” down the street. Super kid friendly with baby gates/no pool and just a few steps to your own beach loungers with the gorgeous ocean. Very quiet beach and Helen the manager has an instant response if you ever need anything( we tripped a breaker)love love love it. Sad we had to leave! Can’t wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful time at Generations beach house. We had 2 adults and 6 children and could have accommodated more. Pictures do not do it justice. Location and house both beautiful. It’s in a great location to grocery stores and restaurants but also not overly crowded. The personal shopping providing groceries there when we arrived was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by everything that was provided ( toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, laundry detergent etc) as well as more than a fully stocked kitchen. They go above and beyond. We will be back!
