Well appointed property with great views and access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and our family loved the area, condo, beach, property amenities and local restaurants. It’s also only a few minutes drive to St. Augustine.

This is our second stay at Hibiscus in Rosalie's beautiful condo and we could not be happier. The condo is in a wonderful location. We had coffee every morning on the deck (the deck is great), loved the beach and enjoyed just relaxing. We love Saint Augustine and we feel blessed to be able to stay in such a beautiful home and location.

Once again, Rosalie outdoes herself with her beautiful and spotless condominium. So well organzied and has everything you could ever need for a week at the beach.

This condo is beautiful! It was very spacious and comfortable, as well. It was clean and a pleasure to stay in. We really enjoyed the large porch over looking the ocean. Also nice that chairs, umbrella's, and beach towels are provided.

This is by far the best condo experience we have ever had. The condo is clean, beautiful, and very large. You have ocean front views and access to the balcony from both the living room and primary bedroom. The owner, Rosalie, has gone above and beyond to make this condo feel like home. I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. There are beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, games and movies. We loved being so close to the swimming pool and beach access. It was so easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, and all St. Augustine has to offer. Thank you, Rosalie, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This condo is better than the photos. It is large, nice furnishings and stocked better than any I have ever rented. The owner checked in on us to be sure we arrived and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and driving on the beach a bonus with all our stuff even though the condo is as close as you can get to the beach. I can’t wait to go back again.

Our stay was amazing! The property was very clean and was so well stocked. We would definitely return if staying in the same area. Trust the listing it better than you would expect.

A week at the beach had been a family tradition for many years. The kids are now grown but we are renewing our tradition. Rosalie's condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room for individual pursuits but also a wonderful open space for us to all gather together for meals, games, and conversation. Top of the list for us is also cleanliness; the housekeeping staff had it spotless. We like to cook so the well appointed kitchen was a plus. And if we weren't on the beach, we were all on the huge porch overlooking the ocean. Rosalie is a kind and responsive host; we will definitely be back!

Location and view were perfect! The unit had everything we could possibly ask for and many extras like beach towels and beach chairs. The balcony was wonderful and spacious! Spent most of the time on the balcony when not on the beach. Will return!

My sister and I planned this trip to be with our mother, who celebrated her 84th birthday while we were there. This resort and property are beautiful and relaxing! The unit is so spacious (1800 sq. feet!) and is VERY well supplied and decorated beautifully. The extra large balcony gives such a wonderful view of the ocean and sunrise, and it, too, has very comfortable, well-maintained furnishings. The owner was quick to respond to all of our inquiries, and we just really enjoyed our week together. Would love to come back again in the future!

Beautiful, modern villa with spectacular ocean views from the balcony! Very spacious unit, well-equipped; everything you need to spend an enjoyable week by the ocean. Beach towels and chairs were a plus! Location is great too! It is just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine! Plenty of great restaurants were close by the villa, plus Publix is really just a stone's throw away. Rosalie is a wonderful host!

Condo was gorgeous, well stocked. Quality appliances, dinnerware and linens. Spent most our time on the porch, the views were great. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

Renting was easy, property beautiful, beach fantastic, town so cute, lots to do.

This condo was amazing. We go on vacation 1-2 times a year and this was by far the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Usually the floors are Sandy and will leave your feet dirty, this one wasn’t. The beds were comfortable, the view was perfect. This was also the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. From towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, spices, and cookware. While the location, and neighborhood weren’t our favorites, that’s just a personal opinion, the inside was 10/10 perfect.

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, beds and pillows super comfortable, but the best thing was it was fully equipped with almost everything you would need. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this condo was the first one that truly had everything we needed. I also appreciated the fact it had 3 small pools. If one was a little crowded we could go to another one. Was slightly inconvenienced by the construction going on, banging right at 7 am, and was disappointed that view was slightly obstructed due to construction. We couldn’t enjoy being out on the deck whenever we wanted because of it, but overall was a great stay.

Even with family to stay with in the nearby area, we chose to stay at the beach. With COVID restrictions in mind and not traveling for a long time this was the perfect choice for a spring break getaway. If only we could have stayed longer! The condo was just fantastic in every way. The property is a little oasis tucked in off the road and upon opening the front door and looking out to the beautiful water, relaxation occurs. The owners' suite is expansive and so comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and other details in the space were thought of also. The owner would be a good friend as there are huge makeup mirrors in both bathrooms.:) Waking up to stunning sunrises on the amazing balcony, walking the beach, and swimming in the heated pool were such joys. Directions from the owner were so useful to nearby stores and restaurants. Azalea in the property's office was welcoming and pleasantly helpful. This stay had everything we had hoped for. It was a return to vacationing with calming ocean sounds and special times with family.

This was a great place to stay. It's a little remote from shops and restaurants, which I view as a huge plus. You can get to lots of places with a short drive, so you aren't stuck without access to anything, but it helps you check out. It made for a great getaway and I hope to go back!

Incredible. Took our young family (2 adults, 5yo, 3yo, 6 month) for a week of relaxation. As adults we wanted beach front, but with young kids we didn’t want somewhere they could open the door and sneak out. This place is ideal. Second floor unit was perfect. As the weather was low 70’s, we could keep the sliders open to hear the waves and know the kids were safe all the while. Layout of the unit was better than expected. The separation between master and the other 2 rooms was perfect. The walk-in closet in the master was more than big enough to set up our pack-n-play and turn it into our “nursery”. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Towels galore. Double master shower was a bonus. Living room furniture was very comfortable, especially the couch. Location was ideal as well. Short drives to Walgreens/Publix and all of the great local restaurants. Doesn’t matter the occasion you’re booking for, this place will meet every expectation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s spacious, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. We went into St. Augustine several times and it’s a very quick trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th time staying at this condo. We have been choosing it because it is spacious, clean, updated, has a beautiful view and is convenient to the beach as well as to great restaurants and to the city center. Thanks, Rosalie, for allowing us to enjoy your property once again!

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the home very much. The view was excellent! The only two negatives for us were that the dryer did not work correctly and we were disappointed that the pools closed at 8 in the evening.

This is our 3rd visit in the last 4 years and the property does not disappoint. Amazing amenities and view plus the owner is very hands on and helpful throughout the booking process.

I have stayed at a lot of beach condos - including several others at the Hibiscus complex, and this condo was by FAR the BEST condo we have ever stayed at. It had EVERYTHING we needed - except for beer koozies 😉 we picked a couple up at Alvin's right down the street. The condo is updated and well stocked! And the view is just as incredible as the pictures show. I'd give the condo a 10 out of 10 for sure!

We LOVED this condo. The views were gorgeous and the location to the pool and beach were so convenient and easy. It was renovated and clean. Had everything that we needed. Rosalie was super responsive and helpful with everything!! 5 stars for sure. We’d come again for sure!

Beautiful property. View was perfect. I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise each morning of our stay. Condo was well appointed. I recommend this property highly.

This unit was absolutely perfect! Rosalie was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo’s open floor plan provided great space to gather and relax after a day on the beach. Bedroom and closets were larger than most VRBO condos we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook for a family. We especially enjoyed seeing the sunrise over the ocean while sitting on our huge porch while sipping our morning coffee. This community was super quiet in May, beds were great so we all slept well. I have no doubt that we will return here for future visits. Thanks for a wonderful experience Rosalie!
