Very nice and roomy condo. This place has Everything you could need on vacation. From high chairs to every cooking utensil! We would positively stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Condo. Lots of room & big kitchen. Quiet, peaceful deck overlooking the Lake. Will definitely consider returning another time!

This condo is nicely appointed, very well-equipped, and spacious. There is a beautiful view of the lake. It is conveniently located near all of the Branson area attractions. It was very quiet and restful during the week; just slightly more busy on the weekends. We had a terrific week-long stay there, and we would book this property again in the future!

We have rented several properties over the years, and this one ranks at the top! Right on the water, very spacious, and clean! Many listings say fully stocked kitchen but this one really did have everything you would ever need, from a griddle for pancakes to huge pots and pans for a big batch of spaghetti, and plenty of dishes and cups. The owner was timely with information and told us everything we needed to know before we got there. The pool was right next to the building and usually we were the only ones there. Each night a deer would walk by the covered back deck too. We had a great week! We will be staying here again!

Everything was as described and it was in a perfect spot for Silver Dollar City.

The condo and location were excellent! We enjoyed the space for everyone, the lovely accommodations, the lake view, and marina close by. The place was just as pictured, and the property managers were easily reached if needed. Our only recommendations would be to add tissue boxes for the guests and to consider updating the bed in the primary suite. It was less comfortable than what our family described the other beds to be like. Other than that, this was a truly accomodating and relaxing place to stay!

If the title doesn't speak for itself, let me tell you that the host (Clark) and this property are top notch! Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and more importantly very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare and cook food with. There are two grills located in the back. One is electric on the back deck, and the other (charcoal) is located a few feet from the back deck steps. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with shampoo, body soap, hair dryers, etc. if you forget or just don't want to pack your own. The property location is within 10 minutes of Walmart, and another grocery store in case there may be something that you forgot for your stay, as well as other various restaurants, bars & grills, etc. There is a cottage market located two minutes down the street for ice and other minor needs. Overall I have zero complaints. Clark was responsive and accommodating. A TOP NOTCH HOST!! I have already booked again for Labor Day weekend. Long story short, if this property is available and will accommodate the number in your party, book immediately. You won't regret it! A+++++++

Condo is exactly what details provided. Very clean and has everything needed for your stay. Loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the lake view. Close to Silver Dollar City too.

Our family was very comfortable at this condo on Indian Point. The sunsets were gorgeous, and I really appreciated the owner purchasing a high chair and packnplay crib for us. This was perfect for a family with young kids. It's a short commute into Branson, but there was a convenience store on the corner, several nearby pizza choices, and even a pub next door with live music! (It was on the other side of the building so couldn't hear it in our unit. But my husband and I enjoyed a drink at the pub while the kids stayed with grandparents.). We celebrated Easter at Praise and Worship Church just 10 minutes down the road, and did lots of fun activities in Branson. Thanks for the hospitality! We hope to come back someday.

It was a great place to stay for our Branson trip! There was some construction going on at the condo.

Clean and nice to be able to stay out of the craziness of Branson while still meeting close to Silver Dollar City. Woke up to deer almost every morning and had a nice getaway with the family.

The condo is so comfortable. Love that each room has a king bed. Plenty of room to eat and play with our Grandchildren.

It was everything we anticipated. Super clean and the attention to details (like decorating) was impressive. The kitchen was well appointed. We’ve been making this trip with the same group for 13 years and this was by far our best experience.

As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're on vacation! The great smell, cozy couches, retreat-like porch, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds all make for a wonderful stay. We appreciated the great communication too. Thanks for another wonderful stay, we were lucky to have some gorgeous warm weather too!

All of the information we needed to locate and enter the property was efficiently provided. We were impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the space. We enjoyed the special Christmas decorations. The kitchen was more equipped than most places we have stayed. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!! A+

My wife and I recently spent about a week at Table Rock Lake. The condo was just perfect--very neat/clean and very nicely appointed. We had outstanding response from Clark, the owner, with sometimes mundane questions. He always treated us with respect and was very responsive to us on those rare times we contacted him. With all of the hubub of Branson, it was so nice to be at the condo on the lake where it was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony/porch, watching the deer and seeing boat traffic pass by. Our dog felt very at home, as well. It is a beautiful area with lots of fun places to explore outside of Branson.

Lovely condo! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you could want in the kitchen and if you forgot a toiletry item it was there. Felt like being at home. You can get to anything within 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very accommodating and always respond so quickly. The property is perfectly located and the neighborhood was perfect for relaxation and morning walks. The only minor thing or recommendation is maybe to make it hardwood when the property is due for upgrade, since it’s a pet friendly. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when we go back.

An exceptionally wonderful place to stay while in Branson! The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to work in. We all really enjoyed the deck to sit and enjoy the view with deer, squirrels, and boats going by! So relaxing hearing waves of water hitting the shore too. We loved having the condominium’s pool all to ourselves any time we wanted because we came when the season is not as busy. Our host Mr. Clark Kitchens was excellent!!! Any time we had a problem or question he was super quick to help us and accommodate our needs, we couldn’t have had a better host and we our planning to stay again next spring! Thanks for a super great stay!!!

Nice place for a group of six ladies to stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and there was plenty of towels for the shower. The 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds, had comfortable mattresses. There was plenty of room and it also had a nice covered porch with comfortable furniture for coffee in the mornings. It is on the lake but the view is partially blocked by the trees. We did haul our chairs down to the beach one evening to watch the sunset but it is a little uphill trek back to the condo. The marina is nearby and we had no problem renting a pontoon for a day on the lake. It was a nice quiet place to stay and would rent it again.
