This unit has a great mix of bedrooms, bathrooms and fantastic views from the deck. The property owner is easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with. Please take care of the place if you stay here, as it is clearly owner occupied for much of the time.

Process was straightforward, simple. No issues. Non refundable status made me pause in this Era of Covid but ultimately it was the only place i found that could host 8, slopeside, with private hot tub so I bit the bullet and hoped for the best. Other than having expected guests canceling and leaving me with the bulk of the bill, the place itself is wonderful, everything was as described although slope access can be challenging in deep snow. No clear or visible path..... Basically trudging in deep snow until you reach trails which are nearby.

The property owner sent an additional 3 page contract that she required I sign, despite the different terms vs vrbo contract (ie number of guests allowed). Also included was some ridiculous language that if the snow cloud came and we did not move cars (say on slopes) that would be charged, among many other things. Refund/cancellation was refused an option. I’m not even kidding when I tell you she sent me 15 emails (literally) with different topics that needed amending, such as a witness for the contract signature and resending in a way her “software worked” because she couldn’t open the jmage. All this for a TWO night stay. Once there, place is pretty nice, location good on mountain. Not exactly ski in ski out but a short walk/hike. Can be tricky if snow to get to slopes via foot. Definitely tricky without 4wd in snow. Other than the sauna not working, everything else was OK. We did not mess with the TV because there were warning notes about a $50 fine if the input source was not changed back to exactly where it was. A whole list of additional rules, policies and fines for breaking any of these rules was left on the table. I’m sure Maureen is a fine lady, just seems a little over-protective to rent property. The constant heckling/oversight, rules and emails became so extreme that my group found entertainment in it, so that was a plus I guess.

This property exceeded all our expectations. Its beautiful, specious, super clean and very cozy. The unit has everything unit you need for a fun ski get away. I'm so glad we chose it and will definitly return. I highly recommend it

All I can say is Wow! My family and I were looking for a true ski in ski out vacation and this property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. This property was very unique as it's positioned on the edge of Bear Mountain and also Sunrise Village. You just walk outside with your ski boots on and hit the slopes within seconds. It was perfect for our young children and very easy to take breaks in the middle of the day. The hot tub, pool table and sauna made it very fun for everybody. There was plenty of space in more beds than we needed and the best part is there was a mud room to keep all your ski stuff and right when you walk in the door with tons of hooks and storage. The homeowner, Maureen was amazing and helped us with all our needs and local information. You really can't beat it. We will be back for sure. - A very happy renter

The place was truly ski in ski out, big enough for our group of 9 and Maureen was extremely communicative. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home!

This was a wonderful trailside condo, steps to the trail. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Maureen was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this Ski On Ski Off condo.

Easy ski on ski off, can’t wait to go back

Sitting in the hot tub, zero degrees and snowing, overlooking Bear Mountain and a fire in the fireplace. Skiing was awesome. The whole trip...... Priceless.

Our family of 9 had a spectacular weekend at the condo. A true ski in/ski out location, which was key as we arrived in the midst of a storm which brought over 2 feet of snow. Had it not been for ski in/ski out, we may not have been able to drive down to the based to ski. The unit has lots of amenities and was very comfortable. We used the hot tub and sauna, were able to make breakfast and lunch (ski home rather than eat at a lodge, especially during covid) and brought in take out from one of the many restaurants in the area. Just a great experience.

The views are spectacular. It was peak weekend and the leaves were breathtaking - we honestly didn’t need to leave the condo but we hiked and golfed. We kicked off the weekend with a short hike to the waterfall in the backyard. Then hiked Thundering Brook Falls Trail and ate at Dominic’s. Then golfed at Green Mountain National and hiked Deer Leap - capped off with a pint of Guinness at McGrath’s. Dinner at the Foundry. Hiked to the peak of Killington the next day and enjoyed the hot tub after that!!!Great location. Clean and great communication with the owners! It’s a keeper.

This place was incredible. We had a great time. Plenty of space, ski-in-ski-out, hot tub was a dream, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place, and I look forward to the opportunity to go back.

I can't say anything but great things about this house. The hot tub was awesome, the sauna worked perfectly, and the house was bigger than we expected. If you don't mind being a little bit away from town (10 minute drive) this house is perfect. It's truly ski in/out, and has everything you need. If you're dying to head to the Pickle Barrel or Wobbly Barn (like we were) you can call one of the local cab companies no problem to pick you up. Definitely going back!

We spent New Years with a group of friends (ages 26 - 30) and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. We cozied around the fire, relaxed in the hot tub after a long day of skiing, and enjoyed the great view of the mountain from the balcony. We will definitely be returning for a future visit!

It really is a ski in/out which is nice. You can ski right out the back door down to a small base lodge where you can purchase tickets. Do plan to apres ski at the unit as the shuttle bus from the main lodge does not reach the condo area. There are tons of board games and videos for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to make group meals. It's a 15 minute drive into town for groceries, etc...so plan ahead as the location is very remote from restaurants and nightlife. Also, you need to have 4-wheel drive to get to condo if the roads are at all icy, as it's a very steep road getting up to the condo unit. The condo itself is very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was a sanitation issue with the hot tub during our stay which made it not usable. However, the owners did send someone out immediately to try to rectify the situation. The owner offered partial compensation for our inconvenience. The 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people. Do note that any additional people have to sleep on sofa beds in the open living space with floor to ceiling window,s and people walking through the areas. So no more than 10 people is really ideal. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this property. The owners answered all of my questions and were in good communication throughout our stay.

We just returned from Killington after a great week of skiing. This home was beautiful and spacious. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is a true ski in/ski out location, with a beautiful view of Bear Mountain. We relaxed in the spacious hot tub, and then headed to the large sauna to ease our aching muscles after skiing. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We would recommend this location, and property to anyone who may be planning a ski trip to Killington. One thing only, bring a can opener!!
