We stayed at #461. It was a corner unit on top floor. The condo was 3 bedroom and 3 bath and very spacious. The balcony was large and the view was perfect overlooking the golf and ocean. This gated community is very well maintained. It was very quiet when we were there but we were told that it was between Daytona 500 and Motorcycle week so not as busy. There is not much within walking distance and although we were able to get an Uber to/from a restaurant, it did take a while as it didn't seem like there were many at all in the area. The beach was beautiful to walk on for miles, but the waves were big and we did not go in at all. Would definately stay again.

Had a great time in this unit and the community location. Had our grand children with us and loved the pools when the ocean got rough.

We REALLY enjoyed our 9 day stay at cinnamon beach our unit actually looked nicer than the pictures. Very Clean, everything you need in the kitchen, beach towels in the unit. the only one thing that I didn't like were the carpets in the room are a bit dirty so it was out of tune with the other beautiful floors in the house. But overall I would recommend this unit and the location

There are no keys to keep track of which was nice. The rental company does not allow early checkin. i called to ask anyway, and was very nicely told that check in is at 4 😀 so we stopped for a late lunch and entered the unit just after 4. There are 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and another full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The bedrooms were spaced out such that we all felt like we had a lot of privacy. I was with 2 other women, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We chose this unit because the 3rd bedroom did not have bunk beds. No adult wants to sleep under a bunk. The kitchen was furnished with all of the dishes, glassware and silverware that we needed. There is a regular coffeemaker and a keurig. All furnishings were in like-new condition with no wear and tear. The unit was spotlessly clean. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful ocean and golf course view. There is a walkway to the ocean right by the elevator, but it is a little bit of a walk to the pools. There is a family pool and hot tub, as well as a “quiet” pool and hot tub. I was a little disappointed that the quiet pool wasn’t an adults-only pool but the kids who used it were mostly quiet. The beach is not exactly sandy. It was mainly small pebbles and shells but it didn’t hurt to walk on them. The ocean was rough while we were there so we didn’t get in it, but there are some big rocks that would have to be navigated to get in far enough to swim. Drinks at the Cinnamon Grill were very expensive and the bar was never open at the quiet pool when we were there, so our plan to enjoy frozen drinks at the pool didn’t work out, but the view from our balcony was spectacular so that’s where we always wanted to be anyway.Thi

This property and small town combine natural beauty, a quaint beachside community, and a beautiful condo and facility. The condo looks just like the pictures, which is a rarity. It was comfortable, immaculately clean, had all the bells and whistles to make our stay so convenient. It is just a short walk to the beach, pools, and fitness center. There was ample parking under the building, also very quiet. I will definitely be back soon!

The condo was super clean and stocked with the essentials to use the kitchen. All the furniture was comfortable from the couch to the beds. The building was very quiet and peaceful. The property and beaches were well-kept. The walkway to the beach is right off the building’s elevator so that was nice.We went to the pool by the Grille. The kiddie pool area was great for our 1 year old. I’m addition to the kiddie pool, they have a water play area with a little slide. Drinks at the Grille were great as well.

Overall our family loved this condo. It was incredibly spacious, the views were spectacular and it had beautiful decor. The only things I would have liked were plastic plates, bowels, cups for little kids. and some travels mugs for the beach. There were a few broken things as well. Other than that communication with management was excellent and all our needs were addressed.

The property was beautiful! I highly recommend it. Perfect for a family. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Only issue was the outlets in all bathrooms did not always work.

We rented this same penthouse condo several years ago, and it was really great once again. It looks like the condo had been updated. New paint, new decorations, new floor, maybe some new furniture, nicer washer & dryer than other condos we've stayed in. Best part: the view of the golf course and the ocean. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cooking essentials. We would definitely rent this again in the future. One problem we noticed was that the patio guard rail needs some shoring up. The balcony railings are bowed and don't appear very sturdy due to possible storm damage. The rental agent should check this out for safety purposes. Other than that, it was great!

Had some problems with the television but the technical crew was wonderful and helped us out. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as golf. Not a lot of places to shop for the ladies. A little too far out of the mainstream. Did visit the Golf Hall of Fame which was terrific. Would have liked more bathroom towels - only one set per person -. Kitchen was not as well stocked with basics as other places we have rented. Had to purchase many normally supplied items which we left for the new renters. We really had a good time - lots of laughs with good friends.

I was extremely happy with the view and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I've stayed in other places where this wasn't the case. The only thing lacking is some cooking spices. I'm not saying it's negative but only because I've stayed at other places where there were a variety of small things needed for cooking. The agency I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely rent here again if I had to.
