Clean and large, the hot tub did not work but that is out of owners control.

This property exceeded our expectations. The place was large enough for us and extended family to spread out. The unit had everything we needed and more. All basics and then some. Kudos to the owners and managers for thinking of everything. The only thing we did not get to enjoy was the hot tub, as it was pretty cold and snowy that weekend.

This condo was far more spacious that we had expected. And the kitchen was extremely well stocked (always nice to have a crockpot to have meals ready after a day of skiing). Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the unit was not clean. We had several items that impacted our stay experience.
- One Bedroom bathroom had hair in the tub and vomit on the outside of the shower curtain and toilet area. We were unable to use the shower/bathroom the entire weekend.
- Bedroom had stains on the pillows and the bedding also. It was very disappointing.
-The unit stated to be comfortable for 10 but there was not enough bath towels or extra bedding/linens for the fold out couches.
We also requested a refund for the cleaning fee due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, we never heard back from the management company on this request.
The unit is in good shape, good location and has plenty of space for large families. It was disappointing that the cleaning was terrible. We have been renting units in Winter Park for over 10 years, and never had this lack of cleaning experience.

This is a great spot for families! The condo is spacious and cozy and had everything we needed. The only downsides were that we could not access the hot tub (key did not work). The property manager was responsive and did try to help us out. The garage door also didn't work, so we weren't able to use the garage. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend this spot. Just ask about hot tub access in advance, if that is something you are looking forward to.

The condo was the perfect size for our stay. We were in a close distance from the bus which was very helpful on busy days at the mountain when parking was limited.
The hot tub was amazing to be in while the snow fell around us. We had some late flights and George was very flexible in allowing us more time to checkout. Great experience!

The condo was clean and felt new. Kitchen was well equipped. Community hot tub was nice at the end of the ski day and just a short walk on a shoveled path. Couldn't find a remote for the TV in the bunk room, so kids were out of luck. Not a lot of parking, but it was fine.

This was a perfect getaway location. We came to ski, but there is so much to do at Winter Park and Fraser, this would be great any time of year. The unit was spacious, very clean, and very well appointed. We're a family of six, so three showers was an amazing benefit. Plenty of room to spread out, and a heated garage for ski gear and your vehicle. And if you're coming to ski, a Winter Park Lift stop 30 yards from the front door. George was very responsive and incredibly kind. A wonderful stay.

This place worked out great for our family ski trip. My parents had their own space as well as my adult son and his wife. Myself, brother and nephew were able to share the other room and living area. Having 3.5 bathrooms was very nice. The location was great for us. Only a short drive to the lifts and with plenty of grocery and eating options close by.

This was our second time staying at this property and we hope to be back soon! Excellent communication with owner and property manager. This condo is well supplied with the usual comforts of home and it actually has started to feel like home when we come to WP to ski. Will definitely return!

We thought the place was even better than described on the website. With 6 adults we loved having our own space with complete privacy but also being able to enjoy the living room and kitchen area together. The hot tub was super cool and it was easy to use the bus system and hit the slopes. Only a five minute drive to all the restaurants we could need and ski rental places and the grocery store was literally down the hill.
Would love to come back if we ski at winter park again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. There was plenty of room for our eight adults and two children. We enjoyed our Christmas and New Years Eve here and made some great family memories.

Great Vacation Home for our Ski Trip!
This vacation home was great! Upon arriving everything was clean and well taken care of. Check in was easy with the detailed entry instructions. Very easy to get to as we have stayed in the Meadowridge area many times. Kitchen was well stocked with all the small appliances you might need. They had many spices in the kitchen to use. Lots of useful cleaning items under the sink as well. The bedrooms were all great. The house stayed on the warmer side while we were there. We turned the baseboard heaters down but still had to open a window for some cool air. The balcony and gas grill are great. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Winter Park. Thanks!

Convent location; met all the basic needs
Overall good experience ! Marcus was fantastic as communicating and he directions were spot on.
These are small items to us but need attention:
Outdoor lighting- no lights at hot tub or on the balcony
Cooking utilities- May of the spoons are in the verge of breaking; good selection just are a bit weathered
Bathroom vents- need a good cleaning :)

Great Location
The condo was just as described and very comfortable. It was nice being so close to Safeway, the Lyft bus for access to WinterPark ski area and a nice neighborhood for walks. Communication with the property manager was great; Marcus was always available and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot close to Winter Park!
My friends and I loved this condo for our stay for the long holiday weekend. It is so spacious and clean. The kitchen was amazing for making group meals and the table was great to be able to enjoy them at. We loved that each room had its own bathroom too. Nice spot, not great listing
Very ideal location for skiing Winter Park, and just cool area in general. Issue I had is that this rental listing makes it appear that the unit has many more beds than in reality. Unless you are staying here with all couples, there is only remotely comfortable bedding for 5 or 6. Small group, and your set though.
Hot tub was not open, despite being advertised, not to mention the property manager indicated that he was aware it was closed, but nothing was ever mentioned until asking.

Convenient condo 10 min away from the slopes
Our group had a good time in this condo. The fireplace is a nice to have, the kitchen is well equipped. A lot of games available in the living room.
One car garage, and parking available around the building for additional cars.
Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo for the bathrooms.
The bunk bed bedroom has one bunk bed. And the sofa bed in the living room is really not comfortable.

August weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fraser. The accommodations and price were just what we were looking for. The condo was very nice and provided everything (beds, seating and so on) that we needed. It provided easy access to a rodeo, local brewery and Rocky Mountain NP. Definitely a place worth renting again!

Nice Place - Beware the high security deposit
Overall, this was a nice place and clean. It was really nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. A couple things to consider... They have a very high security deposit ($1200). They offer an insurance option which is a non-refundable fee in lieu of the security deposit. If you stay in the summer, it gets a little warm without a/c. There are three levels and it is not a good option for someone who can't handle a lot of steps.

The best location!
Marcus was responsive and helpful with my questions. The house was perfect for our mixed family of 8. It was roomy and comfortable and perfectly located! The hot tub was not in service but with so much to explore, we didn't miss it. The house was clean, beds comfortable and best of all the extras were thoughtful and useful! Heating pads, games, books and best of all plenty of dishes and silverware! Thank you for making this the most memorable family trip ever! I will definitely stay here again!

Great winter escape!
Great place and location! Steps away from shuttle to Winter Park ski resort. Quiet and relaxing Frazier neighbourhood. Marcus responded quickly and was very accommodating to our family. Thank you!

Nice place to vacation
Marcus the property manager was very helpful with the process on his beautiful vacation home. It was clean, and well maintained. We only had trouble finding blankets for the pull out couch beds but we ended up finding some in some drawers in the living room and a blanket in the down stairs room closet. Rather then that everything was wonderful. I loved how every bed room had its own shower. Saved us a lot of time when getting ready. I would highly recommend this home to stay at with family and friends. Very roomy.
